So nice we came back twice! Didn’t expect to return so soon but when an opportunity presented itself to re-visit Taos, we knew exactly where we wanted to stay. In between commitments, it’s so lovely to settle into this sweet space for a quiet repose. We can’t say enough good things about the boxcar, its beautiful surroundings and generous hosts.

We had the most amazing visit at Vivien's beautiful property. It was an impromptu visit and she made it very easy to accommodate our last minute request. So many thoughtful amenities and beautiful surroundings with lots of interesting outbuildings including a chapel and sunset view casita. We hope to return!

This property is a true gem. My family enjoyed our winter stay. The home is perfect for the location, all the modern comforts with no fuss to distract from the natural beauty. You can tell the care that went in to designing this home. Each window perfectly frames a new angle of the landscape beyond. Gordon was the perfect host; just the right amount of communication to put me at ease. We were able to completely unwind and relax in absolute solitude. That’s what I will remember most from our stay - the absolutely life-changing solitude surrounded by breathtakingly beautiful views. At this property, you feel like you are sitting at the edge of the world, with no signs of civilization in nearly any direction. We will definitely look for an opening to return! We have been coming to Taos for over 26 years now and have stayed at various hotels, bed & breakfasts, etc. We loved this casita! It is a 30 minute drive to Taos Ski Valley, walking distance to shops and restaurants, across the street from Michael's Kitchen... The casita was extra clean and had everything we needed, including privacy space for a teenage boy! Leslie and her husband were so friendly and helpful, and they were so welcoming to our two dogs. We can't wait to stay here again! Thanks again for having us!

This may be the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in! It was truly the coziest and most stocked Airbnb we’ve seen yet. Lots of towels/linens/any kitchen supplies you’d need, firewood for the fireplace, a beautiful hot tub, two car garage, bathrobes, board games, it was really the best. Tom was friendly and responsive, and provided a lot of helpful info the days leading up to our trip. We’d love to come back! Best spot ever!!!

We loved our stay! It was a great location and close to the mountain and town! It was so relaxing. The stars at night were incredible. India was very friendly and very accommodating to our needs! Would love to come back and stay again :) Thankyou for everything!!

Wonderful stay! House perform great temps outside down in the 30s warm and cozy inside. The Earthship design was a pleasure to experience. Lots of other Earthships in the neighborhood and a really unique experience. Dan was very responsive and helpful. Everything was great would definitely stay again. Thanks again.

What an amazing and beautiful adobe house in Taos. Well appointed and comfortable with beautiful artwork in a classic northern New Mexico adobe. We really enjoyed staying there. Cozy and comfortable and a great value. Walking distance to great places to eat and shop as well.

There’s many things we can say about this place. One that stood out was the location not too far from town but far enough that we had plenty of privacy and quiet. The home had a great layout, tv was great and watching movies even better with the surround sound. Kitchen was perfect for us to cook meals each day before and after our skiing adventures. One thins that you don’t want to overlook is the water pressure it’s outstanding which to us was a definitely most 😅, instructions are easy to understand and as long as you respect their home you will have a perfect get away place for you and your family. Host was incredible responsible and polite which we can always appreciate but over all I extremely recommend this home for you and your family or friends and will definitely book for our next trip to Taos.

The casita is lovely, clean and comfortable with lots of natural light, and feels safe. The kitchen is really well stocked and has everything that you might need to cook a meal. Julie and Scott are very welcoming, flexible, and easy to communicate with. The property itself is very cool, lots of room to walk around, even has access to a river. Would recommend to a friend!

My wife and I had a wonderful 4-night stay in Abiquiu. The house was exactly as advertised, beautifully decorated with great views of the desert in all directions. We enjoyed slowing down and enjoying the peace and quiet. The location is remote but located well for hiking and exploring. Went spent a day hiking at Ghost Ranch (~25 mins away), a day visiting Monastery of Christ in the Desert and hiking a section of the CDT (~1 hour away), and a day in Santa (~1 hour away). Would highly recommend!

Absolutely excellent!! The place and Rex were over the top awesome!

Ben was an excellent and responsive communicator. Google maps took me right to his place in the dark. The space was very open, one large room with bed and living room furnishings and a kitchen. Think a very good sized rectangle area with a separate bathroom. Beautifully decorated with a southwest vibe. The views outside were of hills and mountains. The outside space was inviting. I would definitely stay here again if in the area. Thank you Ben.

I visited from Chicago for a a fairly long stay (~12 days), and it was a great experience! The living space was very cozy and had a very usable kitchen. The views of the mountains during the morning and evening were pretty great, and the location was far enough away from people to remain quiet while still being close enough to grab groceries on a whim. Plenty of outdoor activities to do in the nearby area.

Cheryl’s place is very cozy for our family of three. I love the attention to detail she put into her lovely place. The location is great for skiing at Taos Ski Valley. Cheryl is clearly an outstanding host. She was very responsive and gave clear and detailed instructions. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely stay there again when we are in the area.

Everything you could want was available in this suites hotel resort atmosphere. All attractions were within walking distance. Perfect all around!

Condo was clean, well-appointed and perfectly adequate for a stay of a few days in Taos. It's more like a hotel room with a Murphy bed and kitchenette; however, it did appear to have been recently remodeled and updated. The resort has a game room, pool, communal kitchen, lounge area and laundry available for use. The location of the property is walking distance to the plaza, Kit Carson Park, and many other restaurants and attractions. The price seemed a bit high for the actual room, but it was a holiday week so I'm sure that had some bearing on the price.

We’ve stayed here several years in a row over Thanksgiving. It’s a great location-between Downtown Taos and Arroyo Seco (lots of good dining options there!). The property is exactly as described and Monica is always incredibly helpful and responsive. The property is also VERY well stocked. We were never lacking anything in the kitchen or bathrooms.

I have stayed at many different places in Taos. This is definitely the best for the money that I have ever stayed in very conveniently located very nice property the accommodations were fantastic
