As an Airbnb host myself, I truly appreciate when a host goes the extra mile, and Stacy is one of those exceptional hosts who puts so much thought and care into her property. From the start, check-in was seamless with clear instructions, and her communication was excellent throughout our stay. We especially loved how well-stocked the house was—her attention to detail was evident in everything from the kitchen gadgets to the serving dishes, which made cooking several meals a breeze (a rarity in many Airbnbs!). The open floor plan was perfect for our group of 10, allowing us to spend time together without ever feeling cramped. The location was ideal, just a short drive to both the mountain and the town of Taos, and the views from the home were absolutely beautiful. Stacy truly goes above and beyond to make her guests' stay as special as possible, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would absolutely stay here again!

We came to Taos for a multi-generational ski trip (me and my husband, our kids and my parents). The home was spacious, offering lots of places to gather for meals, Super Bowl viewing and board games. The fireplace and hot tub were the perfect amenities to come home to after a day on the slopes. Would love to stay here again!

This spot was everything I’d hoped it would be and more. So many little details made it special—from the incredible decor, well stocked kitchen (all the cooking tools you’d need and a good range of spices) to the peaceful outdoor hot tub. I went for a relaxing weekend with girlfriends and that was the perfect place to unwind.

Here are the highlights: The mountain retreat had more indoor space than I expected. The buffalo room could sleep all our 5 kids, and there were plenty of toys, games, books, vhs tapes, and an organ for indoor fun. The Large dining room, large stocked kitchen, and the fireplace living room were so cozy and welcoming after a day of skiing. The covered parking was nice too. It takes about 30 minutes drive to get to Sipapu ski resort. Jim and his wife Marilou were super. They brought sleds and pie over and we spent one evening visiting with them. We enjoyed the fresh dry mountain air, and the well water. We had 4 adults and 5 kids and the place accommodated us easily. Note: There's a dirt drive for about 1/2 mile before you reach the home. We had limited cell service up there. The wifi worked great though. The refrigerator runs cold. You have to go through the first bedroom to get into the second bedroom Overall our vacation at the home was perfect for our family. Thank you!

Wonderful stay! House perform great temps outside down in the 30s warm and cozy inside. The Earthship design was a pleasure to experience. Lots of other Earthships in the neighborhood and a really unique experience. Dan was very responsive and helpful. Everything was great would definitely stay again. Thanks again.

There’s many things we can say about this place. One that stood out was the location not too far from town but far enough that we had plenty of privacy and quiet. The home had a great layout, tv was great and watching movies even better with the surround sound. Kitchen was perfect for us to cook meals each day before and after our skiing adventures. One thins that you don’t want to overlook is the water pressure it’s outstanding which to us was a definitely most 😅, instructions are easy to understand and as long as you respect their home you will have a perfect get away place for you and your family. Host was incredible responsible and polite which we can always appreciate but over all I extremely recommend this home for you and your family or friends and will definitely book for our next trip to Taos.

I can’t say enough about Kitty and Joe! They are delightful, so helpful with any request and the location is everything and more than we hoped for. Quiet, beautiful views, lots of hiking nearby. We have already signed up to come back next summer! If you love a semi rural, quiet home within 15 minutes of excellent restaurants, grocery stores, cultural activities, etc this casita is perfect.

Steve’s place has a nice southwestern influence with radiant heated floors, which were nice in the winter. The location is about 10 minutes north of town and not far from the ski valley.

An incredible stay. Dark Mesa has a special place in our families heart now. We definitely will be returning! Thank you Kim for opening your beautiful space to us.

We had a great stay at Kelly & Eric’s Airbnb. It’s even more spacious than shown in the pictures, with really high ceilings and a bright, light atmosphere. There are beautiful views from every room. The beds and the couch were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped and clean. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Taos!

The host was really responsive. The house was nice, had snacks and a lot board games and a big living room. It feels super nice and warm inside, highly recommend to stay!

What an amazing and beautiful adobe house in Taos. Well appointed and comfortable with beautiful artwork in a classic northern New Mexico adobe. We really enjoyed staying there. Cozy and comfortable and a great value. Walking distance to great places to eat and shop as well.

The house is really well placed for some beautiful hikes. The bed was super confortable and the garden was a good size for our dogs. We didn’t use the hot tub.

My wife and I had a wonderful 4-night stay in Abiquiu. The house was exactly as advertised, beautifully decorated with great views of the desert in all directions. We enjoyed slowing down and enjoying the peace and quiet. The location is remote but located well for hiking and exploring. Went spent a day hiking at Ghost Ranch (~25 mins away), a day visiting Monastery of Christ in the Desert and hiking a section of the CDT (~1 hour away), and a day in Santa (~1 hour away). Would highly recommend!

This place was perfect for me and my family. Pristine, beautifully decorated, with details like coasters in the living area and local art, comfortable beds with clean sheets, and beautiful patio area. Gorgeous kitchen with mountain views was very well stocked with all the pots and pans you could need. We watched the sunrise from behind the mountains from the kitchen. Easy drive to ski valley and to town. We loved it so much that we plan to come back.

We’ve stayed at Nick’s place a few times and it always feels like we’re coming home. The beds are comfortable, have everything we need, Nick’s homemade goodies are welcoming, and the area is super quiet. Highly recommend and we’ll definitely be back again!

Deborah and Rudy’s place is amazing. My family of 4, plus one nephew, loved it. It is really close to Taos Ski Valley. The house is immaculate. The host is very sweet. Looking to come back soon Thank you Deborah!
