This place was very clean, free of clutter and had very considerate of the guest needs from adult and kid games tucked in the closet to a coffee bar in the kitchen. The host is very responsive to messages.

The Beach House was exactly as described - tastefully remodeled while retaining the classic Aptos Beach bungalow vibe. Very thoughtfully prepared with outdoor games and items you would need for a beach getaway. The outdoor area and backyard are cleverly organized for everything you would want. I just wish we could have stayed longer (and had warmer weather!). Lots of great information in the folder for things to do and places to eat. Kudos!!

I always choose to stay at Emrehans when I need a place near San Jose. Very beautiful, clean home/yard, great location. Emrehan communicates well and has been very accommodating to me. Very good price for the stay. Would recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Ali’s home. They were very responsive to all questions and requests. The location was perfect, very walkable to downtown and also the boardwalk, but private and peaceful at the same time. A perfect spot to explore and enjoy Santa Cruz!

Lori's place was perfect for a large group of people to both enjoy each other's company in the large living/dining/deck areas, while having privacy for sleeping. It's two stories with lots of space inside and outside with a third story outside crow's nest deck as well. The hot tub was a bonus! The beach access was incredible and the best thing about the location. It's just a 2 min. walk away! The neighborhood is tranquil. Lori was easy and great to work with as well! What a special time!

Our family rented the home with adu unit and it was worth the experience. The kitchen was the main highlight and we spent most of our time there. Highly recommend this home for a large family trip but still feel right at home. The home had all the ammenities provided and the location was very safe with a nice park for kids to play closeby. Eric was a pleasure to communicate and any concenrs were addressed promptly. Wish we stayed longer. Truly a value for the location.

Come for the convenient location, stay for the shower. Vic’s home was a welcome place to rest for a night while in San Jose. The home was very clean and also spacious if you are traveling with multiple people. The king bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable and the water pressure in the showers was amazing! After cleanliness and safety, comfy beds and exceptional water pressure are really appreciated. Try not to drive up the water bill by living in that shower, but know you will be refreshed and rejuvenated. Vic and the management team were extremely responsive and helpful with all of my questions. I will definitely try to rebook the next time I come through San Jose.

Thanks to host Mina for their kindness and flexibility in allowing us to stay an extra hour. Our experience in their home was wonderful, and we felt very well taken care of. Everything was perfect, and we hope to stay again in the future! Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Checking in instructions were clear and easy to follow. We were in town visiting family, will definitely consider staying here again in the future. Host were very responsive and friendly. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable, great location and definitely enjoyed the privacy it offered our family.

A beautifully appointed home in downtown Capitola. Walkable to the beach, bars, and shops. The house was fully stocked with amenities. The terrace was lovely for morning coffee, and sun bathing. 10/10

Very safe, clean, quiet and comfortable room with private en-suite bathroom. Great location just a short drive to downtown Campbell or Los Gatos.

This spot was perfect for my weekend trip! Gorgeous view and serene little terrace backyard to sit and meditate in. So much space! There was even a little office. We came on a cold and rainy weekend and the little place was so cozy it was hard to go do fun things in town when we just wanted to stay 'home' and enjoy. I celebrated my grandbaby's first birthday two streets over and my dear friends 50th birthday weekend. All in all a great spot! Hoping to come back to this one!

Well-stocked, simply furnished bungalow-type attached residence in the Seabright neighborhood, convenient to the northeastern residential sections of Santa Cruz and to supermarkets and natural food stores. Many new, easy-to-operate small appliances and good laundry set-up. Ample kitchenware and condiments. Quiet city surroundings, easy parking. Overall, staying at the unit (and interacting with owner) was a pleasure.

We had a great stay. For us, traveling with a toddler, there's never an ideal place, but Cynthia's place was organized in such a way that we were able to make it work for us. For us personally, it was close to our family who we were visiting and it was nice to be able to take our little guy for a walk to the downtown Campbell area. Cynthia was responsive to our needs and quick to reply when we had a question or issue. We met Glen when we needed a high chair and pack-n-play, and he was very nice and quite helpful. When we return to visit our family, we'd definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for a couple of days for spring break. We will definitely be back. The location is amazing. Two blocks from the ocean and a beautiful walking path and 1/2 a mile to the beach. Really enjoyed our stay! Comfortable bed. For people with accessibility issues it is a second floor so there are stairs.

Amazing views of the Pajaro River and the ocean. Perfect place for wildlife viewing. We enjoyed the comfortable seating area with panoramic coastline views through the large picture windows. There's also a nice deck attached to the living room and master bedroom.

This was the cleanest AirBnB we've ever stayed in! Pristine! Tidy! Stunning ocean views from both the living room & primary bedroom. The entire villa has been remodeled yet still has the Old World Charm and coziness. This Villa is located on the 2nd floor of North Bluff - is very private - has a pool jacuzzi just steps away. The resort offers many amenities, restaurant, bar, room service (or pick up) massage, sauna - endless. Aptos Village is right across the street - walking distance offering many shops, market and a great place for pizza and Italian food. We will definitely stay with Sue again - as soon as we can! Next time, we'll try her other property #33. Sue is a GREAT hostess in every area and has earned Super Host many times over!

Marc’s beach view condo was absolutely beautiful. Spent a girls weekend there and it was very comfortable for three people. Kitchen was fully stocked, fireplace was nice and cozy. He was very flexible with our check-in time. I highly recommend this place if you’d like a peaceful location & quite beautiful ocean view. This is a perfect location in between Santa Cruz and Monterey/Carmel.

Perfect spot for a nice weekend vacation. Everything is within walking distance and our host was just amazing in every way! Will definitely want to come back again!

Staying at Seascape was the perfect kid-friendly vacation. The pool was easy to access from our condo and the views were beautiful. The condo's set-up with two bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and a half bath downstairs was great for our family of 5. The private beach was beautiful - we saw otters, whales, and my son found two perfect sand dollars walking down the beach. It was a little bit of a trek to get down to the beach with three little kids and all the beach gear, but once we were there no one wanted to leave. Several near-by restaurants were delicious, especially the newly opened Dos Pescados. It was fairly easy to get into Santa Cruz too, but we did have to time traffic or it would double the drive time (to almost 45 minutes).

We liked this place so much that we returned for the second year for our winter getaway. The space is ample for a couple and the furnishings very comfortable. There are restaurants and coffee shops in easy walking distance and the beach is also just two blocks away. Aaron is always ready to help

The view from this property was extraordinary with amazing sunsets from the deck each night. The location was perfect to visit Santa Cruz one day and Pinnacles National Park the next. The host was very responsive. We’ll definitely save this to our wishlist.

This condo was perfect for my getaway trip. Spacious, well-appointed, and the views from the balcony were beyond amazing! Although this was a solo trip, I could easily see staying here with others and not feel the least bit crowded. I was blessed with blue skies and warm temperatures. Perfect weather for al fresco dining on the balcony and exploring Aptos.
