It’s a nice place. Looks newly renovated. Nice shoe storage, patio with furniture to sit. Pool view. Laura has stocked most of the things needed. Spices, enough dishwasher pods, laundry detergen etc.. Pots and pans looked little old. Check-in is very easy and the auto lock works really well. One assigned car parking was given. Not easy to get a parking spot on street. A nice stay overall. Felt like home..

I was extremely satisfied with Roman as a host. He was always responsive at any time during the day. He also cared for my packages so that they don't get stolen. The place was even better than the pictures with new couches and renovated bathroom/bedroom

Everything was as listed. The place was clean. The amenities matched descriptions.The host was responsive when necessary. I would stay there again.

Well-stocked, simply furnished bungalow-type attached residence in the Seabright neighborhood, convenient to the northeastern residential sections of Santa Cruz and to supermarkets and natural food stores. Many new, easy-to-operate small appliances and good laundry set-up. Ample kitchenware and condiments. Quiet city surroundings, easy parking. Overall, staying at the unit (and interacting with owner) was a pleasure.

Amazing place; apartment was wonderful! Spotless, nice furnishings, comfortable bed and easy to make sofa bed. Host was always quick to respond and went beyond what we expected. Parking garage was available, but we decided to not rent a car due to the location. There were bars, great restaurants, upscale shopping just outside the door. Also, the Winchester House was within easy walking distance and if you wanted more shopping the mall was across the street. The apartment was in a secure building that you access by a key fob. There were two elevators in the building that we used. The apartment was close to the south end and made for an easy entry/exit close to heart of Santana Row. I highly recommend staying here. I would love to visit and stay here again.

Ron’s place was great. We loved the location, so close to the beach. It was nice that the bedrooms had the bathroom in between for a little more privacy. The kitchen was well equipped and it was wonderful to have a washing machine and dryer available. The place was even nicer than the pictures and Ron was amazing with communication before and during our stay. Would love to stay there again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at [carlos]'s place, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The apartment was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, situated just a short walk from local attractions and great restaurants. [carlos ] was incredibly responsive and provided excellent recommendations for things to do in the area. It truly felt like a home away from home. I will definitely be back on my next visit to [San Jose]! Thank you for such a fantastic experience!

Emily and her team helps me a lot during my stay and considerably offer me to have a later check out due to it rains heavily at the original check out time. The location is also perfect, for it can reach Santana Row at a walking distance. Will definitely come again for my next visit.

My family and I had a great stay at Yvonne's cottage. The location was ideal—just a short walk to the ocean, nearby restaurants, and the Santa Cruz boardwalk, yet the cottage itself was nestled on a peaceful, quiet street. The cottage was beautifully designed both inside and out. We truly had a wonderful time and highly recommend it!

This is an extraordinary place. The house sits above the others on the ridge, so there are unobstructed views in every direction. The yard is a stunning mature garden with trees the owner played in as a child. The kitchen is enormous and there is so much living space! I never wanted to go out, but we were 10 minutes from both old growth redwoods AND beach walks! I can't recommend this place enough!

Always a favorite spot for us! We especially appreciate to ability to easily get anywhere in the South Bay Area. Highways 85 and 280 are close by as well as the San Jose airport. The place was super quiet, as always, and very private. We'll be back for our next visit! Thank you.

I always choose to stay at Emrehans when I need a place near San Jose. Very beautiful, clean home/yard, great location. Emrehan communicates well and has been very accommodating to me. Very good price for the stay. Would recommend.

Really loved staying in Santana Row. We did not even have enough time to do everything we wanted to do, just in the walkable vicinity of the space. Eugene was awesome communicating with us and immediately responded to any questions. The space was clean and comfortable. The amount of amazing restaurants between Santana Row and just across the street in the Valley Fair mall was extensive. And all of this is in walking distance. Really great location and a wonderful feeling of abundance.

This was the cleanest AirBnB we've ever stayed in! Pristine! Tidy! Stunning ocean views from both the living room & primary bedroom. The entire villa has been remodeled yet still has the Old World Charm and coziness. This Villa is located on the 2nd floor of North Bluff - is very private - has a pool jacuzzi just steps away. The resort offers many amenities, restaurant, bar, room service (or pick up) massage, sauna - endless. Aptos Village is right across the street - walking distance offering many shops, market and a great place for pizza and Italian food. We will definitely stay with Sue again - as soon as we can! Next time, we'll try her other property #33. Sue is a GREAT hostess in every area and has earned Super Host many times over!

We liked this place so much that we returned for the second year for our winter getaway. The space is ample for a couple and the furnishings very comfortable. There are restaurants and coffee shops in easy walking distance and the beach is also just two blocks away. Aaron is always ready to help

The view from this property was extraordinary with amazing sunsets from the deck each night. The location was perfect to visit Santa Cruz one day and Pinnacles National Park the next. The host was very responsive. We’ll definitely save this to our wishlist.

My husband and I booked a last minute trip and this place did not disappoint. New to the area, our host gave some great recommendations in the area. The views were spectacular and the condo had everything we needed to enjoy the weekend away. We hope to be back to stay some time soon!
