Great stay at this apartment!! Spacious enough for a comfortable longer solo stay and enough room for 2 people on shorter visits. Alley access to the place is ideal for privacy, safety, and reduced noise- but is also walkable to anywhere in the downtown area (and also the grocery store, riverwalk, etc.). The appliances and finishings are definitely "luxurious" and it's likely the most "luxurious" stay in Del Norte. Angela went above and beyond to make sure the stay was comfortable- she was super kind, friendly, and responsive with recommendations and offers to pick-up last-minute supplies. I'd definitely stay again and recommend this place!

Cassie’s was a wonderful place to stay during our ski trip. It was peaceful and private, easy to get to, and close to the mountain. House decor was beautiful and homey and the local wildlife right outside the house was a joy to watch.

It's my second time staying at this property. Never disappointed. The location is beautiful and isolated, the house instead of perfectly for gathering of close friends and family, and the scenery and atmosphere of the location are unmatched. Also can't forget, Stan is an amazing host.

Another Amazing Stay! This was our third year staying at this Airbnb, and we couldn’t be happier! The house is spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our large family. Every year, it feels like a home away from home, with everything we need to relax and enjoy our time together. What truly sets this place apart is the owner’s hospitality. From the beginning, they have always made us feel more like friends than guests. Their attention to detail and care for the property make each stay seamless and enjoyable. We keep coming back because it’s the perfect spot for our family, and we always leave with great memories. Looking forward to next year! Highly recommend!

To start- This was the PERFECT place for our family of 6 to stay for our holiday ski trip. While the photos in the listing are accurate, the house is better in person. All we were looking for, in the rental, was essentially just a place to eat and sleep after a long day at the slopes. Unfortunately, we were so tired after skiing that we did not have time to really explore the ranch, but we did have an evening roasting marshmallows in the firepit outside. The sunrises were some of the prettiest we have seen. We also enjoyed our evening fires in "The Princess" and it helped us defrost our toes. Thank you for our stay!

We enjoyed our stay here and will definitely will staying next time when we are in the area. My family and I (7 adults) were able to spread out comfortably thought all the bedrooms. It was a great midway point for our family most of us from Denver and my brother and his wife from Santa Fe. We loved the bee and antique furnishings throughout the house. We especially loved going to the hot springs almost every day we were there. We also enjoyed playing a little poker and other games after soaking in the spring. We really appreciate Donnie responding promptly for a minor issue we had.

We enjoyed our stay at Sasquatch Ranch. The house had everything we needed and is the perfect vacation spot. We skied Wolf Creek, the drive was easy and we loved having the house to come back and relax. Melissa and Jake were great hosts and responded quickly. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting the Southfork area.

This is probably one of the best Airbnb's we have stayed at. The house was so beautiful decorated and everything was clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals. Which was a major plus since so many other places we have stayed have an non stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable and each room was spacious. Our kids loved the swing upstairs and the friendly cat that greats you. The location is perfect for visiting the sand dunes and hot springs. It was nice to be somewhere so quite and with incredible views. If we make it back to the area again we'd definitely stay again.

Keeping as an option for future trips. Comfortable and well located for adventure in the area.

We came for a wedding and had 3 kids with us. It was the perfect place for us to unwind for the evening. Beau was very friendly and his place is very nice right off a beautiful river. We felt right at home.

We LOVED this place! I can see why it’s a guest favorite. It was probably the cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed in. The whole entire place felt super fancy. All of the furniture and beds were so so nice. The price was super reasonable for what we got! We stayed here to ski at Wolf Creek and it was perfect. The kids loved the upstairs and there was so much room! Looked way bigger than the pics even. We are already planning our next trip and definitely want to stay here again! 10/10 recommend this place!

Beau’s condo was a great place to stay for skiing at Wolf Creek. The grocery store in town was good and let us stock up on what we needed as well. The condo was well appointed and Beau was quick to respond to any questions. Easy drive for skiing!

Beau's place is quaint and charming. Has everything you need & more (hot tub + river access, to name my favorites). We chose to stay here so our drive to Wolf Creek ski area would be quick. My boyfriend and I drove the 18 minutes to Del Norte when we wanted good brekafast, coffee, and dinner. Highly recommend Raisin Rye, and Simple Goods (health food grocery store) across the street for organic + whole foods. Three Barrel Brewing, also in Del Norte, fed us great pizza - Highly recommend. Thanks Beau!
