Great place to stay in when visiting Carolina PR with an even more amazing view of the beach! Host was super responsive and really friendly & undertanding. The power went out for a night & most of the next morning but that’s PR for you lol Alfredo was a great help when this happened and kept me up to date on news on when the power would be back on. Highly recommend this place to anyone that wants a great beach view that won’t break the bank with lots of walkable places to each & at a great distance to uber around anywhere. Will come stay again in the future! :)

Arena's place was perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood next to the beach. The apartment was fully functional. There was a little balcony that we enjoyed in the mornings and evenings. The bedrooms were very quiet and comfortable. They each had a firm queen bed with quality bedding as well as excellent AC and fans. The living area, kitchen and bathroom were adequate but not posh. Those rooms could use some updating, though this was not our priority. We felt fortunate to find this apartment at a reasonable price given the perfect location. Arenas was all we hope for in a host: responsive, professional and friendly. We would stay here again.

wonderful experience! Jose's place is spacious, clean and in a great, safe location. very close to the beach and lots of restaurants and bars. it is highly recommended! Jose was also kind enough to allow a late check out due to our flight being late at night. no complains, very happy with the stay and experience!

The apartment is in a great location. Walkable to many restaurants and the beach. It was clean and comfortable.

I definitely recommend staying here when in the San Juan area! The place was cute and well kept. Also very close to viejo/old San Juan. It was in a residential area but it was quiet, we always felt safe, and had a parking spot off the street. Definitely follow the address/coordinates given to you instead of typing in the address in a Maps application. It's spacious enough for two people. One thing to consider is that the place has stairs, which is difficult when getting luggage inside. Regardless, I would stay again! Steven was also super responsive and friendly. Can't recommend this place enough!

Hernans place was perfect for us as we visited San Juan. They always say location, location, location. And for this it was amazing. The bed was comfortable. The Airbnb was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. We would stay again.

The location was very convenient and it was nice to have two bathrooms (one quite spacious and the other smaller). AC kept the place quite cool but we were comfortable with open windows and fans--it was humid but that's Puerto Rico! The kitchen had everything we needed and we put the coffeemaker and coffee to good use. The balcony and rooftop were very nice. The place met our needs well!

Ms. Marta is an excellent host. We (me, hubby & 2 cats), just moved here to Puerto Rico from Pennsylvania. We rented this Airbnb because we wanted to look for a place between here and San Juan. Ms. Marta found out that we were looking for a place to buy/rent in the area and offered us an extended stay to continue looking for a place. (Relieved)! The villa we rented was clean, cozy and private. The linen smelled so good. There is a washer/dryer right on the property for your use. The hospitality was amazing. You want for nothing. When we told Ms. Marta we didn't have any internet service, she immediately responded. She spoke to the owner Mr. Juan, and that same day we had internet service. (Loose cable) Chewy is the awesome grounds keeper. If anything is needed, ask him once, and it's done!! He even brought my husband and I fresh coconut water. Gigantic coconut with a hole drilled on top. Yum. Nature, horses, dogs, singing coqui's and a pool! It felt like home. A must stay!!

Our stay in San Juan was absolutely wonderful. The beautiful flat was perfect for our family of five, spacious and comfortable and with anything we could have needed. The location is ideal, within walking distance to everything one could possibly need. The building is gorgeous and very peaceful. Margarita was a delightful host, highly responsive and helpful. She also has a great list of recommendations in the apartment (and she sent us loads of information in advance to help us prepare for our trip). We would definitely stay here again and recommend this flat to anyone visiting Puerto Rico. Thank you Margarita! We were so sad to leave.

Manuel was really communicative with us and the house was fabulous. We loved hanging out on the deck and eating dinner while watching the sunset. We saw parrots from the deck too. The location is fabulous. Very close to the airport but tucked into a neighborhood. Great air conditioner. We would stay here again. Thanks Manuel!

Julia was great! unit was available for early check in, she's very responsive and kind. great clean little place!!! locals were all friendly, grocery store around the corner and close to the marina and other activities.

We booked last minute and Ariel was very accommodating. The place was amazing and you can’t ask for a better location. We would stay here again in an instant!

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment for our time in San Juan! Karim was a great host and very helpful in his recommendations for places to go in the area. It’s a very short walk to a great beach (Ocean Park) and Calle Loíza has many great restaurants and coffee shops - we tried something new every day and found it all to be amazing. The area is safe, walkable, and quiet. The apartment is as advertised and was very clean and had all the amenities listed. The only thing to note in booking this apartment is that the bed is very, very soft, so if you are older or have back issues it’s something to think about. All in all, we had an incredible stay in San Juan and highly recommend booking with Karim!

it was a very satisfying state even though I'm not sure if we got it confused or not but on the first picture we looked at it said it was a three bedroom but it was two bedrooms all we needed was two bedrooms but everything was perfectly cleaned and everything so overall we're very happy with it the only thing I believe that you do need to work on the first step when you come up the stairs the unevenness makes it a little difficult when you have a few medical issues it needs like an extra step to step into the other step that's there other than that everything was great

This is a hidden gem in the tree tops, our stay was amazing. The rooftop deck was the best part of our stay, it stays cool up there and it's perfect for hanging out. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was very comfortable, cute, spotless, and had everything we needed. The outdoor amenities included a sparkling pool, wonderful hot tub, pool table, patio, and grill situated in beautiful, peaceful and private surroundings with views of the mountains in the distance. The host was kind, helpful, and always responsive.

Great private place to stay! The jacuzzi was a plus.

Wandy’s place is very clean and in a perfect location. Old San Juan is walkable or you can ride scooters there in like 5 minutes (could also ride them to Condado if you wanted to). The pool is great and never crowded and the view of the ocean is awesome. The hosts are very responsive and helpful 24/7. They have a book in the room with recommendations for places to visit and eat at.

DEFINITIVAMENTE ME VOY SIN QUERER IRME, que lugar tan tranquilo, muy ordenado, buen olor, LIMPIO, organizado, bonito, modern, equipado. Los anfitriones son de primera calidad, responden muy rapido y SIEMPRE estan al pendiente de los huespedes. Muy amables!!!!! Lo que dicen del gallo de madrugada solo me sucedio 1 noche y no fue mucho tiempo, pero a lo positivo es que me sentia como en CASA, TODA UNA EXPERIENCIA!!! ME ENCANTO Y VOLVERE!!! DESDE LOS ANFITRIONES HASTA EL DETALLE MAS PEQUEÑO DE ESTE LUGAR ME ENCANTO. SUS ATENCIONES. EN FIN TODO, MUY FELIZ Y CONTENTA!!!! DEFINITIVAMENTE VOLVERE CADA VES QUE VIAJE A PUERTO RICO QUERIDO. We had such an amazing stay, from the incredibly friendly security staff and other tenants to amazing hosting and communication from Fernando and Ismari, we could not have asked for a better stay. The unit was clean and had exactly what we needed for our week stay. The building amenities are beautiful and we were walking distance to everything you’d want to check out. Highly recommend would definitely stay again when we come back to PR which we definitely will be.
