Great place to stay in Carolina to get away from the crowds in San Juan. It’s located a short drive from the city but still more relaxed in a residential area. The murals and back patio area are also nice touches that make this place more unique.

We couldn’t have asked for a better or more accommodating rental situation. Very clean, straightforward, and well air conditioned apartment! We can’t wait to come back! Thank you, Joanne!

We were a group of 9, and stayed in apartments 301 & 302, for a week. Both apartments were as described in the listings. Kitchen counters are a bit tight if you plan on utilizing the space for more than just breakfast. The various layers of security, like locked gates to the parking areas, locked main door to the apartment building, and locks on the individual apartments are nice but a bit cumbersome at times. Overall, a good experience.

Very nice place for a date or just relaxing alone. Very planned and well thought :)

Carmen’s place was great! Perfect location for my visit. The bakery next door was great for our morning coffee. We enjoyed the outdoor space and hammock every day. Carmen and her husband were very nice. I would recommend their place and will stay here again.

The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. The enclosed patio was lovely. Both dinner and breakfast restaurants were within walking distance.

Eddie, his wife, and son-in-law were amazing! We got lost pretty late at night and Eddie/his son-in-law did an amazing job guiding us to the Airbnb! Eddie gave us great recommendation and the little store they owned near by was awesome! Thank you so much for getting my daughter a birthday cake and balloons! The cake was not only thoughtful, but delicious! We enjoyed the hammocks and the place was spotless. The shower was hot for all three showers and it was just so comfortable. We also enjoyed the arcade games! Absolutely will stay again and sharing with everyone we know!

This is a spot I’d stay in again when I come back to PR. The neighborhood felt safe, especially with the gated entry, and it wasn’t too far from The places I wanted to go- about 8 minute Uber rides from condado and isla verde beach. I’ve been to PR plenty of times and will never get tired of visiting. On top of a great place to stay the host was able to help me retrieve some important items I needed for my flight back home, he was quick with his responses and handled the situation with care.

I loved everything, the house is very cozy, the neighborhood place too. We were very happy there.

Stayed for a weekend with girlfriend as a Valentines Day trip. Spot was very quaint, clean, and closed off with gate and privacy fence for hot tub. Location is only 20 minutes away from San Juan. Plenty of local food spots and businesses within the area. Felt secure and safe with gate. David was responsive with any questions or issues within a timely manner. Would definitely come back here using this place!

I have to say that it was a great experience. We had a great time and the property is on another level. But the attention and help from Angel, our host, stands out even more than the property. Thank you for everything and we will be back soon.

The house is great for large groups , it’s clean , comfortable and has many beds and bathrooms . It has also parking for many cars , the gate works perfect and it’s really close to San Juan , the airport and to the Atlantic beaches . I loved the coffee maker with the coffee station . The host responds very quickly . I would stay again with a large group, I could reunite all my kids in the same place . And all a/c’s work perfectly , which it is really important to sleep well . The washer /dryer is a big plus , and the terrace was a great thing . It’s fully equipped so I didn’t need to buy extra things, and it has a lot of towels ! Definitely recommend !

I did not want to leave! The view was so beautiful and being able to lay in the maca was perfect. The apartment was clean, spacious and everything we needed. We will definitely be back. Gracias!

My friends and I had the most wonderful stay at Rose and Jose’s home! The penthouse looks even better in person than in the pictures! We loved the large balcony overlooking the beach, and all the ocean views from the bedrooms. The location was amazing! It was right on the beach but also close to the nightlife in old San Juan! Right outside the building there were chairs to rent for $5; the apartment had towels and beach Essentials . We had everything we needed! We loved every minute of our stay here; we didn’t want to leave!

Loved staying at Tania’s place in Isla Verde. The apartment is spacious, clean and in a great location. The building is secure and has a pool and direct access to the beach. Tania is a great host, attentive and responsive. Highly recommended and I will be definitely staying here again!

Didnt disappoint. Sometimes you are unsure about what you are walking into, but the descriptions n quality were spot on. Feels like your are right at home and vacation all in one. Nice to have so many extras available when going to the beach, from chairs to umbrella to coolers n towels. Thanx again, my family will definitely use your home again

We loved Mary's condo and will be back! Wish we would have spent more time on the rooftop porch. This was our 3rd time in Luquillo and 2nd at Punta Bandera. This condo is as advertised and Mary is both responsive and helpful. Richie and Angela

We booked almost 6 months ahead of time for our first time vacation to Puerto Rico. The place was absolutely exact to what was described and in the photos. I never give five star reviews. but I feel that this small place met all of our needs 100%

The condo is beautiful. Well maintained and clean. The AC was great. Janet & Kyle are very responsive, I highly recommend.
