We have stayed in this area multiple times, and found Juan's place a great option. The outside patio area is one of the best we have had in Rio Mar. The inside was a bit small compared to some other units, but was utilized very well and had high quality furnishings. A big benefit for Cluster 2 is the large pool in the center, which keeps us coming back to it over other areas of the complex. It is also the shortest drive to the Villa beach resort area, which my son has proclaimed to be his favorite beach in Puerto Rico (he has seen quite a few of the in our visits). This area in general is where we keep coming back to on the island. The Rio Mar complex is very relaxing, with lots to do close at hand. The last note is that Juan had the place prepared for the occasional reality on PR right now of power outages. We had one for a few hours, and there were lanterns right on hand to light up the place and make for quite an enjoyable last night without much light and sound in the near vicinity

Had a wonderful stay, Adriana was a great host who was responsive and provided very detailed instructions for check in / check out as well as provided suggestions for activities to do in the area and where to eat.

We had a great time staying in this condo. It was right on the beach. The whole area was beautiful and relaxing. Just as pictured. We also enjoyed that there was a hotel next door that we could go to for restaurants and such.

We were very happy with our stay at the Penthouse by the beach. It was spacious for 3 families, 10 people. Things we liked were cleanliness, location: private, safe, and close to the beach and pool, and close to adventures. There were some misc. condiments in the kitchen, beach toys, and other miscellaneous items that were useful. Cindy and Jason were great about everything! It was easy to book, they were very helpful, and they answered questions right away. We would definitely recommend their place.

Very convenient, especially if traveling with kids. Juan made it especially easy for us to have our first trip with our five month old. He accessed a Pack N Play and bought a new sheet for us! The pool is right out the back door and the beach is a few hundred yards away. My five year old was so excited about the beach toys available for him to play with and my husband and I were happy with the beach chairs and cooler. The house was equipped with just enough that we needed. Everything we needed beyond the apartment was close by as well. I would definitely return :-)

Our family of four had a wonderful stay! The place was immaculate and very well equipped. We loved using all of the resort amenities (golf! Kayaks! Bikes! Pickleball, Pool! Beach! Crazy American ninja-style water play structure at the boathouse!) and everything was easy with the guest passes on our phones. Joshua was very responsive and recommended a tour guide who gave us a private tour of El Yunque. Stay here if you get the chance!!

This location is amazing!! The private beach was gorgeous and never crowded. The space was exactly what we needed. Vanessa responded so quickly and had great recommendations. We would definitely stay here again!

The villa was very nice and in a great location. The golf carts provided were excellent transportation to get around the resort and beach. Irma was very responsive to any questions and a great communicator. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay at Karli’s ocean villa within the Wyndham resort. The pool was conveniently located close to the condo and there were beautiful ocean views from the terraces. We were able to enjoy the restaurants at the hotel but actually preferred the ocean villas pool which was cleaner, quiet, and larger than the hotel pool. There was ample space in the condo for our family of five. Karli responded quickly throughout our stay. There was also a caretaker who helped us with check in. I would recommend Karli’s place to anyone who is looking for a relaxing stay with all the amenities of home!

France's property is in the quiet gated Wyndham resort. The unit was clean, comfortable, stocked with everything you need, and the view was beyond gorgeous. While sitting on the balcony you can enjoy the gorgeous ocean view as you walk out the front door you see the beautiful rainforest. Overall France's was easy to work with and I would highly recommend staying at her property. If you're looking to have a relaxing time, this is the perfect place.

This condo was perfect for our family. It is on a lovely property with a golf course and high end resort. The unit is well kept. It could probably use a little updating but that didn't really bother us. The entire condo building and pool area could use a little upkeep, but again that didn't bother us and we loved our stay. Thank you!

We needed a place quickly and Katherine made it happen. The place was clean and nicely furnished. A great place for fun in the sun, a very large TV, an enjoyable pool, and located near great restaurants and venues. We’ll be back!

Idalee’s place was everything we hoped for and more. The condo has everything we needed and more, is spacious and has the most amazing views. It was so comfortable, clean, and well appointed. Our favorite was sitting on the open air porch in the evenings, feeling the breeze and hearing the ocean. A true slice of paradise! Loved having easy access to the beach, the pool, and pickleball courts. The property is well maintained and was quiet. Lots of other families there, too. Close proximity to the rainforest and Luquillo. Idalee was very responsive when we had questions. We would absolutely love to stay here again!

Jorge was a GREAT HOST! Was there for check in and walked us through everything! Location was exactly what we were looking for. Private, secluded but drivable.

I truly enjoyed my stay!! The view of El Yunque from the balcony was breathtaking. There was lots to do within driving distance & the apartment itself was very quiet & peaceful. I would definitely stay again. Thank you again!!

Ody and Tom were great hosts. We enjoyed staying at their property in cluster 2 of Rio Mar. The location was great and the condo was nicely decorated. We enjoyed the pool. We had an absolutely amazing stay at La Villa Flora at Bahia Beach Resort! The resort is second to none, offering so many incredible activities – from golf and multiple gorgeous pools to beach and water activities, biking, nature walks, and more. There’s truly something for everyone. The villa itself had everything we needed – a well equipped kitchen, plenty of space and a golf cart to get around the resort. The setting is gorgeous with a lovely patio offering breathtaking views of the golf course and El Yunque Rainforest. Lucia was an outstanding host – so responsive, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay – truly one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation. We will be back again soon!

Valeria was a great host— excellent, friendly communication, and she kindly accommodated us last minute. The unit was quiet, clean and spacious and is a short walk to a semi-private beach. Location was very good. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Nataly’s place was nice fairly up to date and had amenities for you at your convenience didn’t have to go shopping for much. Convenient location if you want to be away from the city but not so convenient if you want to go out near the city we are use to being on islands so a rental car and drive are no problem for us. Nice food places near by that are also convenient. But if you want to be near the city I wouldn’t recommend the drive can sometimes take 1:40 min from San Juan with congested traffic but on a good day 40 min overall nice place for the price!

The home is spacious, clean & as described! AC in every room, which was so appreciated after a long day of play! We had a problem with the gate opening clicker the first couple of days, but there is always a friendly security guard 24/7 available to help. We did end up getting a backup clicker mid-way, which worked perfectly We found the locking of the door to be a bit tricky, to unlock is easy- with the 4 digit code and pressing the lock button, but unlocking you had to shut the door and then wait until the lock turned (which it didn't always do). Allow some time when leaving to double check it locks before heading out. We did not end up using the pool/hot tub with the beach so close, but they were easy to navigate to; an immediate right from the gate and then a left down the path. The location is not far from San Juan and has much to do- highly recommend!

My friends and I had a lovely stay at Hillside Village in Rio Grande. The place was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed, including beach towels and chairs. I would definitely recommend Sherry’s place.
