This ocean villa is wonderful. Steps to the beach, very private, and perfect views of pool and ocean. It’s great for a couple or couple with a child. It has everything we needed in terms of amenities.

It was a great place to stay for a few days before our cruise. Absolutely beautiful views! Great amenities in the condo. The property was a bit confusing and our driver couldn’t find “cluster 2” and we had to ask a few people for directions. Also hard to get any food delivered. We walked to the main hotel (through the golf course) and ate there. Food was great, but expensive!

We had a great time at Lydia’s place. We had plenty of space, it was very clean, golf cart was great addition, and great views! The king bed was very comfortable. We would definitely come back !

This place was absolutely amazing! The villa is super equipped with everything you could think of. Our family had a wonderful time and we would definitely stay here again. Working with Lydia was a joy! She was very attentive, responded quickly to all of our questions and gave us many practical tips. Christmas 2024 was a complete success! Thank you!!!

The condo is nestled on the gated grounds of the Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Hotel with stunning landscaping and beautiful beaches. We didn’t rent a car during our week-stay and found everything we needed within a few minutes walk from our condo to the hotel, restaurants and bars. Our favorite was the Jimmy Buffet Five O’Clock Somewhere outdoor bar. Great food and friendly service. The condo had a perfect sized kitchen with everything you need, coffee maker, blender microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher and full sized refrigerator with ice maker. Dishes, silverware, pots and pans…the works! The bedroom was good size with a comfortable king sized bed and nice view of the pools and beach. Living room was big with plenty of seating. Our favorite hang-out was the private, covered patio facing the pools and ocean. The condo was very clean and well equipped including beach towels and a little cooler to take to the beach. We hope to go back and stay there!

We loved our stay at the casita! It was very nice to feel secluded and have our own little oasis but also still be within 30 minutes of beaches and the rainforest! We enjoyed driving the mountain roads to and from the house (be aware they are quite steep!) Everything was very clean and it was even more updated and modern than the pictures showed - new furniture, painted walls. We enjoyed the pool every evening and it was the perfect temperature for a night time dip! It had all the amenities we needed, even AC units for every room which was so nice for a break from the heat! Listening to the sounds of the rainforest at night and early morning was beautiful! We would love to stay here again!

It’s our second time staying at Bri’s place. Once again our family enjoyed the gulf cart rides to the beach and amazing views. Just like last year, the villa was very clean and Communication with Bri is very easy as he responds quickly. Looking forward to return next year 😄

Spent 10 wonderful days at Olga villa we have stayed in Three different villas in cluster 2 Olga’s is by far the best of the 3 . We give it more than 5 stars my grandkids loved it and didn’t want to leave . They will do their job getting good grades so we can return again next year. Thank you so much for such a beautiful stay. This place was very nice. Location to the beach was great. The convenience of the beach and pool was good. Less than 15 min drive to local dining which was great. I would definitely revisit.

Perfect location. Pool and beach steps away. Quick walk to the main resort with additional pools, restaurants, shops. The grounds are so spacious and peaceful! All staff were so wonderful. Quick 10 min drive to all the activities we had planned (El Yunque, UTV riding, Luquillo Beach Kioskos). Also easy 30 min drive to Laguna Grande bioluminescent bay (underwhelming, but glad we went). Easy drive to the property from San Juan. Euniz provided clear directions and photos so we could easily find the property. Next time, will consider bringing golf clubs. The course looks beautiful. We had the BEST time. Paradise. Can't wait to go back.

This place is incredible. Multiple people in our group said they slept like a baby every night. Fall asleep to the sounds of Coquis and wake up to the sound of songbirds. We came in mid-March. It got a little chilly at night, and perfect during the day. So many people were asking me about the place when I posted on social media. We left yesterday. I already miss it.

My family and I travel to PR yearly. We had orrignally booked at a different listing that turned out to not be a fit for my family despite the good reviews. There were too many issues that shouldn’t have been knowing your space is being used by anyone. I travel with husband and two toddlers. Sebastian’s place was a quick find, but also the perfect fit. Clean and well maintained residence, nice views of the area, responsive and near the areas we usually go to. Wish I would’ve booked here first! He worked with us and helped the trip to end well. The host/listing makes all the difference when you travel abroad and I’m so happy we got to experience a good outcome with Sebastian.

Beautiful and safe place! Great for larger groups as there is ample seating with a larger dining table and patio, washer and dryer in unit which was helpful with a toddler, beach accessories, games, kitchen essentials, gated community. Host was very responsive, friendly and communicated proactively.

I spent my honeymoon here and had such a great time! The airbnb us close to Margaritaville, luquillo beach, Carabali and Fajardo. Ubers are accessible so it’s easy to call one and explore. Also the private beach is only a few feet away. I would highly recommend staying here.

This was our mother daughter trip with my mom my sister my daughter my Bff and her daughter. We made some wonderful memories for our first trip and hopefully of many trips to Puerto Rico💕 🇵🇷 Isla Encanta!!! Katherine’s villa was a beautiful place to come home to every day!! The beds were so lovely and comfortable. The balcony had a spectacular views!! Plenty of room for all of us to have our space. Thank you so much for this wonderful opportunity to create beautiful memories to last a lifetime.

This condo beach was amazing. It looked even better than the photos. George is an amazing host. His instructions are really clear, he’s very quick to respond to all of my texts. He also gave amazing recommendations for local restaurants and other spots.

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay at Loly’s place. The complex is nice and right by the pool and the private access beach with plenty of gear to use. Comfortable beds for all of us. It was a great spot to go explore the rainforest as well. Loly was helpful about how to get groceries since we had a late flight, and she is very responsive.

We had an amazing stay at Cookie and Enrique’s Airbnb in Rio Grande! The location is absolutely perfect and was great for our family. I was able to wake up in the morning and walk with my toddler to the beach. Cookie and Enrique also had towels, beach chairs, a ton of beach toys, and a travel crib, so we didn't need to bring a lot of things to have a great time. The location was also an easy drive to daytrips, so we did a trips to Old San Juan, El Yunque, and to a bioluminescent bay tour, all of which were 30-45 minutes away. The space itself was spotless, comfortable, and Cookie and Enrique were very responsive, and full of great recommendations for local restaurants and activities. One thing I'll note is that infants were not allowed to use the larger pool. That was a surprise to us, but not an issue as the beach was right there. There is also a smaller infant pool next to the larger one to use. We would definitely recommend this Airbnb anyone staying in Puerto Rico.

Book now! Glissette’s place is beautiful. Extremely clean and well taken care of. She is extremely organized and has thought of everything. Our kids loved the boogie boards and sand toys for the beach. Having access to the golf cart to get around the resort was helpful. The beds were comfortable. The patio was a great spot to have coffee and enjoy the views. We really enjoyed our stay. It’s a beautiful place in a great area. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Jesse‘s place was awesome. The hosts were super kind and helpful with local recommendations. The space itself was so inviting. The dogs were super cute and friendly. The pool was clean and a great way to finish the day. The apartment itself was clean, had air conditioning and was everything we could’ve asked for. The location is a short walk or drive to great beaches, restaurants, and shops. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to ball on a budget.

Beautiful, spacious and so many activities. Such an amazing family vacation. The resort had everything and more you could ask for and our 4 kids ages 9-14 loved the golf cart rides, pool, waterpark and the sand dollar beach. We cannot wait to go back!!
