Wilmel's place is incredible; the view from the top of the mountain is breathtaking. The house was exactly as described and had everything we needed; kitchen, laundry, pool, patio, tons of rooms/bathrooms, and TV. Wilmel gave us plenty of recommendations for local restaurants and places to visit. Our first time driving up the mountain to the house was challenging because of the narrow roads, hairpin turns, and steep elevation but we eventually got used to it.

The place was great and host was super responsive with good recommendations! Kids loved the pool, pool table and local lizards. Frogs at night were delightful. Had a little bit of a hard time finding the place, even with the instructions, but were able to navigate our way there. Would stay again!

We recently stayed at Demi and Andrei’s Airbnb & it was perfect! The location is not far from the airport, but you'll need a rental car to get around. Having visited PR many times, my husband & I are familiar with the roads but if you're not, just be aware that the roadways can be different. Grocery stores are about 12 minutes away. We rented 2 of their villas: a 3 bedroom and a 2 bedroom. The 3 bedroom villa is located at the bottom of a hill. If you are traveling with elderly people, I would suggest renting one of 2br villa instead. Each villa was beautifully decorated & had super comfy beds with controlled AC units in each room. The kitchen was well-equipped with a small countertop oven. The pool area was amazing, 2 Jacuzzi’s & floats. Only 1 jacuzzi worked. The volleyball area is nice, had a gazebo, sink, grill, + games. We did have a spider situation in the villas but that’s to be expected surrounded but nature. It was gated + outdoor cameras. Overall, it was a lovely place.

Was a nice and quiet place to relax. Good amenities and felt safe. It is in a working class neighborhood. It so happens there was an islandwide blackout. having the Tesla battery backup and the water tank was invaluable.

My family and I had a great time staying. Hosts were very quick with responses and accommodated everything we needed. We have family a couple doors down so the location is perfect and it’s not too far from manyyy beautiful beaches ! But having your own private pool for days you don’t want to get sand everywhere was perfect ! The house is very spacious and perfect for a family vacation home to stay in. We can’t wait to come back and stay again ❤️

Beautiful and safe place! Great for larger groups as there is ample seating with a larger dining table and patio, washer and dryer in unit which was helpful with a toddler, beach accessories, games, kitchen essentials, gated community. Host was very responsive, friendly and communicated proactively.

Darya's place was perfect for our family. It was clean, spacious, and had plenty of extra amenities. The kitchen was one of the best stocked I have seen at an Air BnB and she had plenty of beach gear available to use. There was nothing extra that we wished for! The rooftop patio is amazing. I spent some time up there having morning coffee and reading my book in the afternoon. Beds are comfortable and the A/C is cool. The neighborhood is very quiet. The only noise we heard was from the frogs at night. Darya provided helpful restaurant and beach recommendations. We loved Lluvia and Mi Vida! Luquillo ended up being our favorite local beach (we went out to the west side of the island for more body surfing activities). Going into town in Rio Grande is so cute. I was really indecisive about what part of the island to stay on, and I am so glad I picked this area. Perfect distance from San Juan, laid back, great beaches, and close to El Yunque. Would stay at Darya's again in a heartbeat!

This property is beautiful with nice amenities. The pool was fantastic and the sea breath-taking. Nice view from the apartment. My boys and I really enjoyed our stay.

A great apartment, footsteps from a beautiful beach. The hosts are incredibly responsive and helpful with all questions. Highly recommend this stay and we will certainly consider coming back.

Beautiful place and great location!!! Super close to Margaritaville and Luquillo Beach. Found good restaurants and Walmart was appropriately 20 min away to get stuff we needed. Found a quiet beach and enjoyed ourselves. We had a group of 6 and we had plenty of room. Had a great stay. Thank you!!

We loved our stay at the villa. The pool and hot tub were great and open till 10pm! It is not a far drive to the ceiba to take the ferry over to Vieques or Culebra. Also very close to the Marina in Fajardo to take a water taxi over to Cayo Icacos. Everything was very clean in the Villa, bed was comfy and the views are beautiful.

… Sharon you where the best host ever! We stayed so many places in PR but you were the best. I have to say that this property is huge, so much space, great location, gated community,close to everything! We are Family of 4 and wanted to stay outside of San Juan but close to beaches and this was perfect choice. Two parking spaces are great to have. Pool was nice to have after long day at beach evenings at pool were great! Groceries and restaurants just across the street you can easy walk if you dont have the car. I just wanted to thank you for checking on us and Thank you for letting us stay at your property! Until next time :)

Our stay was wonderful and we enjoyed walks on the beach, swimming in the pool and going to the local towns! Great spot.

The location was amazing. So easy to get around the island, Luquillo Beach was down the street, great restaurants within a 5 mile radius. The apartment was great! The layout of kitchen, bedrooms, and living room were so functional and spacious. Having A/C in both bedrooms was a plus. The kitchen had every appliance and accessory you would need to make every meal. Beds were super comfy, and it was great having Netflix to watch movies at night. It was also soothing to hear the coqui at night! Ricardo was the best. He was super friendly, attentive, and really strived to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We were fortunate to spend time with Ricardo outside the AirBnb and solidified a friendship! We plan to visit again very soon. For future guests - if you are looking for a place and want an idea of what it would be like to physically (and mentally) live as a local in Puerto Rico, this is the spot for you.

We had a splendid time! Our hostest was very attentive, she answered every question we might've had before we even had a chance to think of them. She was definetly a 10/10. The view and the surroundings are just like no other, it's a hidden paradise. It's a overall perfect place to be with friends and family, we instantly felt at home. Thank you very much Yesi for making this weekend so special for our friends and family. Will most definitely be staying again soon!

My husband and I had such a wonderful stay here. The place was incredibly clean, thoughtfully decorated, and it was so peaceful. The area is stunning with direct beach access and its close to restaurants and coffee shops. Every place we ate at in the area was delicious. We absolutely want to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

My family and I travel to PR yearly. We had orrignally booked at a different listing that turned out to not be a fit for my family despite the good reviews. There were too many issues that shouldn’t have been knowing your space is being used by anyone. I travel with husband and two toddlers. Sebastian’s place was a quick find, but also the perfect fit. Clean and well maintained residence, nice views of the area, responsive and near the areas we usually go to. Wish I would’ve booked here first! He worked with us and helped the trip to end well. The host/listing makes all the difference when you travel abroad and I’m so happy we got to experience a good outcome with Sebastian.

The beauty of the nature in the area is unreal. Super cozy home in the middle of the jungle. Instructions were clear and helpful. Amenities were great with lots of board games to play and tools to cook with. Thank you!
