Everything was beautiful and safe. I will definitely be coming back. This place was spotless. Everything was clean. It was so clean you barely wanted to touch anything and I mean I felt like home. It was so peaceful and just romantic, and it was a great memory overall thank you for giving me this opportunity to visit a place like this thank you❤️

Our family had an unforgettable stay at Agua e’ Coco Villa! From the moment we arrived, Fransheska made us feel incredibly welcome with her warm hospitality and attention to detail. The villa itself is a tropical paradise—beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location couldn’t be better! Just steps from Playa del Yunque, we woke up to the sound of the ocean and spent our days enjoying the stunning beach, clear waters, and breathtaking views. The outdoor space at the villa was perfect for relaxing, whether sipping coffee in the morning breeze or unwinding under the stars at night. Fransheska went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience, offering great recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a peaceful yet luxurious retreat in Puerto Rico, Agua e’ Coco Villa is the place to be. We can’t wait to return!

This condo is AMAZING. The pictures do not do it justice. I did tons of research before booking and I'm so glad we chose this place. Carlos was super responsive and accommodating. The apartment is about 40 min from San Juan in a beautiful area, right next to the Windham hotel. Very spacious shared spaces for our family vacation of 7 (4 adults and 3 teens), bedrooms super spacious and comfortable too with AC units each. The grounds are impeccable, it is a very safe and quiet place. Wonderful for families with big or little kids. The beach is OMG, the best we visited in Puerto Rico! It is shallow, calm and almost noone around, a complete paradise. There are restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, etc within driving distance. You won't regret booking here.

We had an amazing stay at Cookie and Enrique’s Airbnb in Rio Grande! The location is absolutely perfect and was great for our family. I was able to wake up in the morning and walk with my toddler to the beach. Cookie and Enrique also had towels, beach chairs, a ton of beach toys, and a travel crib, so we didn't need to bring a lot of things to have a great time. The location was also an easy drive to daytrips, so we did a trips to Old San Juan, El Yunque, and to a bioluminescent bay tour, all of which were 30-45 minutes away. The space itself was spotless, comfortable, and Cookie and Enrique were very responsive, and full of great recommendations for local restaurants and activities. One thing I'll note is that infants were not allowed to use the larger pool. That was a surprise to us, but not an issue as the beach was right there. There is also a smaller infant pool next to the larger one to use. We would definitely recommend this Airbnb anyone staying in Puerto Rico.

Stay was amazing. We did have difficulties locating the entrance to the apartments due to the instructions but was able to locate it shortly after looking around! It is to the left coming from the entrance! Beautiful view btw! Rooms are very comfortable, definitely recommend this stay!!

We had the best time in Puerto Rico with our 2 daughters. This place surpassed all our expectations, truly wonderful. The beach is gorgeous. Nice drive from San Juan. It's out of the way from the hustle and bustle yet close enough to go do things. We'd do it again in a heartbeat. Felt very safe and secure.

This was our second time staying with Rafael. We loved it so much the first time, we had to return. The view is nothing short of amazing. The apartment is very clean and well kept. The AC works wonderfully. The pool is a wonderful added amenity as some times you just want your own peace vs the beach. There are more restaurants nearby than our previous trip so that was a bonus. The new doors are appreciated! I would suggest to any first time guests to have a sleeping mask unless you like to wake early, as the sun definitely makes an appearance. The sunrise is amazing so highly recommend walk-in up for it. The kitchen is just what you need for a short getaway. Rafael and hosts are always great with communication. Thank you again for another wonderful stay.

Ignacio & Angèlica are phenomenal hosts. They are not only kind and communicative, but they’ll welcome you with a basket of treats and sparkling rosè, then chop down a homegrown plantain from one of the many tropical trees in their lush backyard and even lend you an air fryer so you can “fry” said plantain. Their space was comfortable, quiet and had everything we needed for our weeklong stay, from beach towels and bicycles to a well-stocked kitchen, smart TV, work from home desk station, on-site laundry and comfortable sleeping quarters. You’ll feel right at home at the cozi coqui.

Thanks to Carlos and the team for a great place to stay. We had 13 guests including 3 kids. We rented a van from them in addition to the house. Communication has been great - we messaged whenever something came up and they replied right away. This house has all the essentials including a decent kitchen and appropriate tools. The pools is great and we spent a good amount of time exploring in the ocean at low tide with our water shoes on. We used the kayaks a couple times as well as the stand up paddle board. We walked to the beach. This is certainly not a luxury stay but it is a great vacation spot for families who want a place with the basics on the ocean and with a pool. It’s close to Luquillo Beach, rainforest and not too far from the ferry. We ate at Erik’s Pichanos twice! Bug bites -People in our family are going home with lots of itchy bites. I’m not sure if it’s because we are so close to the rainforest or something else… but we’ve stayed in the tropics and not had bites like

We had a wonderful time at Tom’s place, very neat and clean, beautiful views, everyone was so friendly.

The environment was private, relaxing and peaceful. Nelson had the home ready with many extras for the kids. The pool was really nice, the bbq, the beds are very comfortable, great air conditioning and the best part the location had everything near by, restaurants, lake, beach and a huge shopping mall. Nelson was the perfect host. I will be returning.

We had an issue with a previous Airbnb and Dorca was very empathetic and accommodating. She let us check in early since we didn't have a place to stay. She saved our vacation. Everything was spotless and smelled great! The location is very close to the beach, and we felt very safe there. She provided more amenities than I expected. We would definitely return.

Our stay was only one night, but the amazing location next to the rainforest, rock water slide, and a beautiful waterway just steps from the front door made it feel like a great location for a longer stay to explore the rainforest. This spot is a nature lover's dream. Even though there are other properties close by, this property felt private, safe, beautiful, and like an introduction to the rainforest. The owners also appear to be actively working on improvements, plantings, etc. on the property, which would make it exciting to see again in the future.

Stayed at Edith’s home with my husband and 3 kids for a week. There are many fans in the house and a few rooms have AC units…we never turned on the AC, it was perfect with the fans on and windows open. It was great to be able to do laundry, the beach chairs and umbrella were nice to use and the coolers were great. The beach at the end of the street was gorgeous and super private. The proximity to Old San Juan and the places we wanted to visit east of Loiza made this a perfect location for us. We cooked breakfast at the house most mornings, some lunches and some dinners and the space worked well for us for that. My kids loved the sweet outdoor cat Keke and enjoyed giving her food and water. There are many stray dogs around the streets but they didn’t approach us at all. There was a dog next door that barked many times in the middle of the night.,.it didn’t bother us much but might be an issue with people with babies. Overall we loved the home and would absolutely stay there again!

A very nice and cozy place to stay while on vacation. Lots of amenities throughout the house and in a very private and peaceful neighborhood. Very modern and clean house with very easy check in and check out. Maribel was very responsive and helpful if we had any questions or concerns. Would definitely come back and stay here again!

We had such a wonderful stay. It was a little tricky to find, especially at 230am, but Isaac was very helpful. The best surprise was the beach. If you love secluded beaches then you will fall in love. It is pretty much across the street. It was very cool to check out the old water park. Made for some pretty cool pictures. Cute backyard, complete with some rogue pomegranates. Friendly neighbor dogs and a pond to walk around. We would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful visit to Luis's condo. The kitchen had all of the supplies we needed for our month long stay. The unit was clean, spacious, and well laid out. We had guests visit using the second bedroom and everyone had great visits. We loved our long walks along the beach which had very few in any people on it. We visited some of the more popular beaches, but due to crowds our favorite was the one adjacent to the condo. Luis was a very responsive host. Thank you Luis! We hope to visit again.

We had a great time in this rental. It was close to everything we wanted to do and we loved the private beach access. The rental itself was clean and had everything as described except the beach umbrella. Overall, we would definitely stay at this place again if we return to Puerto Rico.

As described. it was a very well kept apartment. Great location, nearby different restaurants, local bars, beaches and El Yunque. Very peaceful beach just steps away from the apartment. We loved it. Thanks David and Anthony. We will visit again soon.

Casa Osobuena was a lovely place to stay! The location was great being about 15 minutes from El Yunque National Park and 30-45 minutes from San Juan! The pool right outside the condo and a short walk right down to a nice and sandy beach was also amazing. Casa Osobuena provided a a boogie board, beach chairs, and towels which was very useful. Would HIGHLY recommend this place for a relaxing stay in Puerto Rico!

We loved the rooftop. It was awesome to have a private patio overlooking the ocean on one side and the rainforest on the other. Though the surrounding homes and structures still show heavy signs of hurricane destruction, walking down the street felt very safe. The neighbors were friendly and would wave when you walk/drive by. Dewey also had a lot of nice amenities for the kids, like sand toys, knee boards, beach towels, etc. Very well stocked. AC also worked well to keep us cool in the evenings.

Me and my family Loved everything about this place. It was wonderful. Nice, clean, peaceful, and very quiet. The condo was right next to a private beach. What more could you ask for! Peter was very friendly and always very responsive to any question or doubt I had. His place is very easy to find and he made sure me and my family was comfortable by providing all the amenities that I need to ensure I had a great stay. I would recommend his place 100%. I'll be back for sure. Thank you!

We had a great stay at Scott’s condo. It was great to have 2 bedrooms with attached bathrooms and a spare bathroom! The house had a lovely view of the ocean and the beach was phenomenal!! The condo is gated in with security which was a plus. We walked down the beach and found a little restaurant with drinks/food and music. We had a great time

Our stay at the condo and having Dally as a host was beyond remarkable. The place had everything we needed and more, and the location on the beach is heavenly. We had a number of hiccups during our trip, and Dally went above and beyond to help us. We are a family of four with two young sons and my boys loved the place and all it had to offer. Tears were shed when it was time to leave! We will be booking this place again when we return to the island!
