Clean, bright and well furnished townhome within a few block from the beach. Other renters in the community were quiet, but friendly. The pool was so nice. We would definitely love to stay here again in the future.

This has been my third time to Del Rio to visit my son at Laughlin Air Force Base. The first time we stayed at the Hampton Inn and it was barely ok. We came down here for his pilot graduation and for his job drop and we stayed at this Airbnb both times. I highly recommend it. It is not too far away from the base and it definitely gives you the room that you need to be comfortable. Our son stayed a night with us and it was fantastic to be able to hang out like a family and then go out to dinner at Ocho Dos Dos and then come back and hang out some more. There is a cool back yard and fire pit with some games to play. Just by coincidence there was a parade the next morning down Main Street that we got to see and went to Benny’s for breakfast. It was an old fashion diner that didn’t break the bank. The house is extremely roomy, very comfortable bedding, warm showers, very clean. There was a Keurig machine with all sorts of coffee and liquid sweeteners that I absolutely loved.

Great price for the amount of space we had. We didn't spend much time in the room since we were out fishing but it's definitely more than enough room. Easy to get to the beach or jetties from the room.

this was our 3rd visit to Karen's. it is always a peaceful respite from the city. we appreciate the beautiful views, stillness in nature and of course the amazing hospitality. the sourdough always makes my day. this time around we headed to Hill Country State Natural Area which is about 30 minutes away.

The location is a short walk to the beach, it's the middle condo and we had no neighbors the majority of the stay so that was nice, the garage is large and they have some beach chairs and toys for kids in the garage, a few of the appliances were out of date, we communicated that with the host and was told the items would be addressed for future guests, overall it was a nice place with everything you'd need to enjoy a vacation on South Padre Island.

This home was one of the cleanest rental homes we have ever stayed in! We always cook a majority of our meals so it was lovely to have a range of seasonings and a Blackstone! The bed was softer and smaller than we are used to, so a bit harder on these old bodies. The view was so peaceful! Just perfect for me to work either inside at dining table or outside at deck table and still have a view! The lounge chairs were amazing! My husband loved the hot tub. Very quiet street and neighbors. Only negative was the extremely loud barking dog from house on the street below, but that is out of Christy's control. Yet something to be aware of as we did need to go inside at times just to get away from the noise. We will not hesitate to return to rent this home if we are ever back in Texas again!

This place was top notch. The kitchen had plenty of silverware and pots and pans. There were power-bars on the bedside tables making it easy to plug in devices to charge at night. It just seemed like whoever set this up wanted to make their guests comfortable. The host was super responsive. I highly recommend staying here. I usually send the host a list of areas for improvement when I write my reviews, but in this case the only thing that went wrong was that a bulb burnt out. And the host would have come and replaced it on Jan 1st if I hadn't told them that they should enjoy their holiday instead.

Erica’s place looks newly renovated and very clean. I was able to check in a bit earlier and she has a quick response time. We didn’t get to check out the pool because of the cold weather, but I would love to check it out in my future stay.
