Jannely and Gleny were absolutely amazing!! Questions answered quickly. Always available to help and give suggestions. The surrounding area is clean and people are friendly. The condo is so beautiful and well decorated. Will definitely coming back this year. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience. You have been amazing.

This is our second visit to the same complex. This unit in particular is large and very well appointed with a beautiful balcony and lots of natural air flow. Virginie was very responsive during the reservation process and during our stay. We had a special request before arriving and she accommodated that request. It made our stay that much more comfortable. It is with mixed feelings that we rate this property and owner with such high marks because it may actually make it more difficult for us to find it available in the future. We would not hesitate for one second to return to Virginie and Julien's beautiful property.

Sunrise Point is a quiet, well maintained little oasis. The owner and workers are friendly and very responsive. Great view of the ocean from the second floor and yoga loft. The beach adjacent to the Villa is beautiful and great for a walk (but not swimming); playa Cabarete is a 5 minute walk, as is the downtown area. Highly recommend.

Amazing place located right on the beach. The unit is spacious, clean and charming. Its located right by supermarkets, restaurants and close enough to enjoy the nightlife, and far enough to enjoy the serene peace and sound of the waves. By far one of my fav stays on Airbnb.

Our stay at David’s exceeded our hopes for a great beachside vacation. The place was cozy, clean with modern style, yet not cold and impersonal and had some Dominican style to it as well. The community that David’s place is in, is welcoming, safe and we met lots of great people. Great pool, landscaping, gardens and there are so many great places to just sit back and enjoy. David was responsive with questions, had lots of recommendations for Places to eat and things to do, and we thoroughly enjoyed every minute. We will come back to again for sure!

To say this home is beautiful is a huge understatement and the view is even better than the house!!! Martina and Apolinar are very responsive and their local contacts and recommendations are SO helpful! We especially loved Chef Daniel and Carmen who will come to the house and prepare meals! Modesto was amazing for transportation, as well. We had an amazing vacation and could not ask for more from this property or these host.

Great place, close enough to walk to center of Cabarete but far away enough to be quiet at night.

Host was great and was there when we got there to show us around. The driveway to get back off Rt 5 is narrow but is fine for a car. Unit was very clean and airy. No ac but we didn't need it with windows open. It's about as private as you will find for the price. There is a house close by on one side but we barely saw anyone there the whole time. It's also only a 30 minute drive from Cabarate, where there are lots of great eating options. Host was super responsive. Would definitely go back!

Very friendly place, security, big kitchen, 2 parking space, safe area, neighborhood very friendly. Walk close to natural pool. R 2 rooms w A/c and one with fan, very confortable.

The place at Bahia de Arena was superb. Quick access to beach and walking to restaurants. Joe communicated throughout our stay. House keeper coming in MWF was helpful to keep things clean and even doing our laundry mid week for us! Note that listing states there is a washer and dryer but it is kept locked up by the house keeper so we weren't able to use it the day we left to dry our wet suits, etc. Additionally we had a broken glass one day and there is no broom available for guest use. Only suggestion I have would be to let guests use the washer/dryer and cleaning supplies!

Lea a été une hôte fantastique. Le logement était encore mieux que sur les photos. L’emplacement, à l’écart de Cabarete était idéal pour être tranquille. Nous voulons absolument y revenir lors de notre prochain séjour.

This place was great for a family with kids. You can see the playground from your balcony. Had four pools, including two smaller one for kids. The beach is very wavy, so the kids couldn’t go in the water, but it’s beautiful to look at. There’s an Italian restaurant on the property that we didn’t love, but you could walk 5 min to the nearest coffee shop for brunch, or 10 min to two other great brunch spots. At night, you could either walk 25 min to a ton of restaurants or drive 5 min. All on the beach. The apartment had three large and beautiful bedrooms. It was fully air conditioned and comfortable for our family of four adults and two children. Overall recommend this place.

Our daughters loved Jenni’s place. Beautifully decorated yet casual and comfortable. The views from the balconies were outstanding! Everything was in good working order. And Jenni always responded quickly to any questions we had. The Seawinds property is incredibly beautiful with an outstanding staff that keeps it pristine including the large pool overlooking the ocean. Definitely a 5-Star experience!

Wow .. might be my favorite, so far in the Dominican Republic. Nice friendly community. Restaurant on site. Store close by and don't forget Quebec Smoked Meats across the street. Patio was unbelievable, listening to the ocean waves crash everyday, morning to night. And finally, the beach, unreal sunrises, quiet stressless walks, no vendors, an surreal environment. Will definitely book this place again. Thanks Teresia.

The condo was lovely! Was actually bigger than I expected. We spent hours on the balcony which was very comfortable. It was alway cool with a breeze off the ocean. The communal grounds were perfectly maintained. Really nice. We loved sitting in the colourful chairs watching the kite surfers. Nice deep pool with plenty of comfy lounge chairs plus a shaded spot for mid afternoons. The master bedroom was amazing. The back bedroom was noisy from the road traffic. Kitchen was nicely equipped. We cooked several meals at home. Both Linka and Cyril were very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. They arranged a driver for us at the airport that we ended up using throughout the month. Overall a very nice experience. If we come back to DR we will re book this place.

The place was nice and big with all the necessities. All the restaurants were walkable through the beach or town. Would definitely stay again.

Incroyable séjour! Ocean Point est vraiment le Meilleur endroit de KiteBeach. Kitesurf In/OuT. L’appartement est tout équipé, avec une très belle décoration, le tout dans un environnement intime, paisible, et luxueux. Les hôtes ont été vraiment accueillants, s’assurant d’une expérience impeccable tout au long du séjour. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.
