Claudia’s place was exactly as described. A warm, relaxing and peaceful spot! The host was extremely welcoming and gave excellent recommendations. The breakfast at the onsite cafe was also a brilliant way to start your day.

We had a wonderful time at The Stables and it was perfect for us and our 2 dogs. The property was super clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Lynley the host was fabulous, so welcoming, lots of fantastic local recommendations and nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic access to the Heath directly from the garden and we even managed to get in a lovely long walk and lunch in the garden at the local pub in-between the soggy weather. Would highly recommend for a weekend away with your dogs!

The log cabin was amazing!! It was the perfect place to stay with my family for my dad's 80th birthday weekend. The cabin is decorated so lovely, and super cosy with the log burner! Andrew the host is very helpful and always got back to me very quickly to answer my questions. We loved the little birthday gifts and decorations that were left for my dad It was really special! Thank you. we will definitely be back to stay again!

Mike’s place is utterly charming. Extremely comfortable and cosy with all amenities needed. Highly recommend. Especially good location if visiting local castles.

A really delightful place to relax. Keith was fab. Place was wonderful. Robes for Us both and sliders to get up to the amazing hot tub. Good pub round the corner and most especially the breakfast was brought to the door and was utterly fab. Thanks Keith. Lovely all around.

We loved our time spent at the lodge. It is easy to locate if you follow directions left by Julie. Everything was clean and tidy . The lodge has a lovely cosy feel. The hot tub was great. We did plan to go out for a meal at a restaurant near by but decided not to as we just want to spend our time in the lodge! Definitely recommend, thank you Julie

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at the Olive View. As you walk through the gated entrance you feel like you are in a secret garden. It was very private and secluded. Tony was very helpful with recommendations. I don’t think we could have wanted anything more from our stay. We will definitely be making a return visit!

Such a cosy cabin with beautiful surroundings and easy access to Alfriston. Couldn’t recommend it more and Mandy is an excellent host.

Seven Acre Woods was amazing, just what we needed for a last minute night away. The Lodge was clean with all the basics you need. The forest setting lends itself to making you feel relaxed and reset. The kids absolutely loved going on an adventure through the woods and the woodland play area. We will definitely coming back in the summer for more adventures 😀

Nick was very helpful prior to our stay . Gave us direction for Bolney Vineyard and the Cider Tap room . Allowed us to check in early . Cabin was as described a comfortable bed and peaceful surroundings . Nice overnight stay with a bottle of wine looking at the stars . Will definitely be returning . Highly recommend the pizzas at the Cider Tap room . Big thank you to Graham who gave us aloft from the petrol station as we couldn’t order a taxi . 🤣🤣 Alan & Debbie

Nice chalet in a nice location, and convenient for a wedding we were attending in nearby Benenden. Clean, warm and good value for us because the two bedrooms and fact that we could self cater our breakfast made it all up less expensive compared to two rooms in a hotel/pub/guesthouse. Our friends booked the other two chalets which was lovely as we were 3 families together and we enjoyed seeing the horses as we took our morning coffee.

Fantastic accommodation with a spacious living area and high quality facilities. Everything was as described, clean and suitable for our needs as a family of 5. Thanks again for being a great host Liz!

A really lovely place for my colleagues to stay whilst working away for the week. The property was lovely and communication with host's was brilliant. We had a fantastic stay in the beautiful Sussex countryside. The accommodation was perfect for our family, our toddler loved the horses and friendly dogs. Nick and Nicole were super hosts and we appreciated extras like a welcome hamper and dressing gowns. Although the weather was cold and wet, the cottage was very warm and cosy: a real home from home! would definitely recommend and love to come back sometime!

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely shepherd’s hut! The hut itself was modern, spotlessly clean, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable getaway. The host went the extra mile by leaving us a welcome bottle of champagne, which was such a thoughtful touch. Throughout our stay, they were incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. The peaceful countryside setting was perfect for a relaxing weekend away. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cosy retreat. I’ll definitely be back!

I loved this little place- the indoor/outdoor living is very refreshing and the view is endlessly beautiful from the cabin. Everything is really well though through from very well prepped fire lighting material to storage and so on. Hosts kind and thoughtful. Thank you.

I'll be coming back here for another weekend of Rye Harbour birdwatching. It's ideally located to just walk through the car park and into the reserve. The hut is in a quiet and private location and the hosts are helpful, responsive and friendly.

Cabin was bigger than I expected and was easy to find, in a very quiet location next to a green space and not far from the beach. It is thoughtfully set up with a small kitchen facility and plenty of crockery, and I'm always grateful for fresh milk in the fridge. Breakfast was available although we didn't have much time for it. The shower was a bit tricky to work and there's not much room in the bathroom for washbags, but all was neat, clean and tidy and the choice of shower gel and toiletries was appreciated. The cabin is a short walk from the town and beach on a quiet road. Overall it was a lovely stay and I would be happy to use it again.

Larissa’s quaint little cabin was a wonderful escape from the hustle & busy world we find ourselves in. She was responsive & left us some fresh eggs & also delicious homemade jam. We are a family of four & and whilst we were very comfortable the place is small. Our girls slept very well on the futon bed in the lounge. I imagine this place comes to life in summer when you can utilise the outdoor space; like the dining table. We found it quite crammed at mealtimes. The pool, even in November, was fantastic! Fresh & an absolutely wonderful experience. Thank you Larissa.
