Our second stay at this beautiful hidden gem was yet another successful family vacation. Kathy and Robert are such amazing and generous hosts. Despite several challenges that arose such as a hurt elderly dog and several damaging storms that knocked out power, Kathy and Robert jumped into action without missing a beat. They made sure we were comfortable and had what we needed every moment of our stay. Whether it's a peaceful retreat or a family glamping experience you're looking for, this place offers so many options. Hike, bike, fish, and explore their private piece of Midwest wilderness. You can't beat the experience for this price. Myself, my husband and our two little boys enjoy this place so much, it will be a yearly vacation to look forward to. We already miss the sites, sounds, and lovable pups. And if course our fabulous hosts who are now like family. Until next year....

This place was lovely. It was very clean and organized. The beds and couches were all comfortable. It was very well stocked with anything you might need (trash bags, dish soap, laundry detergent, and plenty of dishes to cook with and serve a family of 12). There is a beautiful outdoor kitchen under a Phillips right next to the river where the host also provides wood for a fire. This is the perfect place for a little family get away. Highly recommend 10/10

This house delivers on every level. The views are fantastic. You feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere but a grocery store is only 10 min away. And the hosts made sure we had everything we needed from propane and firewood, To even giving a gift and some s’mores ingredients!

Absolutely perfect!!! Our family was looking for a place big enough to comfortably accommodate us. There were seven of us & we were celebrating three birthdays. Julie's place certainly fit the bill! Our entire family loves Current River! Even though we are in the cold month of February, we could still enjoy the beauty of the river & it's surroundings. Magnificent views from River Blue Cabin! The cabin was very welcoming. The layout was great for our bunch. The added bonus of having two separate living areas & kitchens was perfect! It was cozy yet everyone had their space. The kitchens were very well set up with most everything you might need. ( Liked the coffee mugs so much in the upstairs kitchen that I ordered a set for home.) Our host, Julie, was very accommodating & so responsive! There were four generations of us staying in River Blue Cabin & we had a great experience! Many laughs & memories made! Thank you for allowing us to share your beautiful cabin!!!

We had a great stay. Cabin was cute. Owner stopped by and introduced himself. Very friendly. We didnt have any issues with check in or things not working. Just be aware at this moment the road has larger rocks and it was a very bumpy ride. We have verizon and had just enough signal to text, make a call and look things up online that we needed to. Overall great stay!

Beautiful deck on the river. Linens were of high quality. Everything was just as described. Highly recommend.

What a magical cabin retreat to spend with family or a romantic get away! Plenty of room for everyone with stylish comfy furnishings and the sounds and views of the River make it magical. Amber was such a welcoming Host to us and we loved visiting her Mom Bobby’s farm to get some of the best eggs ever! Ambers 1950s charmer cabin has been set up to take you away to a slower time. It beckons you to allow yourself be present and sit awhile, where you can admire a beautiful view from every window, read a book or play some board games. You’ll make beautiful memories there.

I went on a work-related trip. It was an excellent place to stay, very peaceful and beautiful

I have stayed with them before. They properties are always great. Close to my family that lies there. It’s very convent for me.
