Bella casa, pratica e ben strutturata. Molto godibile il balcone, ancorchè in comune. Molto bella e rilassante la vista con affaccio sul torrente, sulla montagna e sui meleti . Anche la strada statale pur posta nelle vicinanze non dà fastidio e rende comodi gli spostamenti. Abbiamo trovato un poco scomoda l'organizzazione della raccolta differenziata, per cui è necessario giornalmente trasportare per un certo tratto le varie tipologie di rifiuto.

I think this was one of the best Airbnb's we have ever stayed at. The apartment was exactly as pictured, spotlessly clean, very comfortable and had beautiful views. The beds, pillows and linen were all great. The sauna and the hot tub were fantastic after a day of skiing. Robert was a fantastic host - very communicative and thoughtful in the welcome drinks and snacks as well as the very comprehensive guide book for the area. We would definitely try to book again the next time we are in this area.

Heidi og Stephan var fremragende værter og vi nød vores ophold hos dem. De var meget venlige, imødekommende og ordentlige. Lejligheden var super flot, organiseret og kold (pga velfungerende aircondition). Udearealet var rigtig flot - man deles om det med de andre gæster, men det virkede super fint. Der var liggestole og parasoller til alle, og så en varm pool. Heidi og Stephan var rare at hjælpe os med at finde vandreruter, restauranter m.m. Vi kunne også bestille morgenbrød hos dem, aften for inden, og så hentede de det hos en bager næste morgen, og afleverede det foran døren. P-kælderen var rigtig flot og fungerede godt. En rigtig god oplevelse.

Everything was perfect! Thank you so much for the warm welcome of Sovara Residence! Warm, clean and cosy rooms, complete kitchen, large beautiful terrace with stunning views of the mountains and green expanses. The bath, sauna, hammam we also really liked, especially the relaxation area. You can order fresh bread and rolls to your room for the morning. There is also an indoor garage, souvenir shop, breakfasts. The hostess was very friendly and helped with all our questions. We really enjoyed everything, would recommend it to everyone!

Appartamento perfetto! Le uniche pecche riguardano il parcheggio a pagamento “convenzionato” con l’albergo a 37€ al giorno. Il parcheggio ha anche 3 postazioni di ricarica per auto elettriche, peccato, che i posti fossero sempre occupati da auto non elettriche

Casa accogliente, ordinatissima e pulitissima. In inverno ben riscaldata. Antony è garbato, disponibile ed efficiente nelle risposte. Apprezzato il terrazzo. Consigliatissima.

Klady: výtahy; možnost vnitřního parkingu; dobře vybavený, čistý a uklizený apartmán; skvělý přístup na sjezdovky (zadní východ asi 10 schodů od apartmánu); balkón s úžasným výhledem Zápory: hlavně měkké matrace a rošty v postelích (velmi nepohodlné), museli jsme si nakonec dát matrace na zem; chybí wifi; bylo by dobré mít k dispozici adaptéry do zásuvek přímo v apartmánu; snížený strop ve spací části, ale pro vyspání dostačující a Fulvia to uvádí v popisu apartmánu

Top verblijf! Hele mooie locatie, mooie algemene ruimte en geweldige sauna! Vanaf deze locatie zijn alle activiteiten goed bereikbaar. Helemaal met de bus kaart die voorzien wordt. Aanrader!

Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit. Es war alles bestens in unserer Ferienwohnung. Die Küche sowie die Zimmer waren mit allem ausgerüstet was man sich wünscht / benötigt. Samuel ist ein super netter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Unsere Fragen und Wünsche wurden sehr schnell beantwortet bzw. erfüllt. Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle noch einmal. What a GEM, by far the most beautiful setting we have ever seen. Stunning lake in the front and beautiful mountains as a backdrop. The apartment is perfect, we used the sauna every night and everything we needed was in the apartment. You won’t regret booking here. We went to return every year for a family vacation.

Das Check-in verlief sehr flexibel. Der Gastgeber nahm sich genügend Zeit, um die ganze Anlage zu zeigen. Man kann den tollen, grossen Indoorspielplatz nutzen. Zudem gibt es ein Hallenbad mit Rutsche und einer dazugehörenden Sauna! Ein Gym ist auch dabei! Die Wohnung verfügt über viel Stauraum. Die Küche ist modern, das Badezimmer tipptopp. Zudem hat man vom Balkon einen super Ausblick auf die Berge!

Es war wirklich alles perfekt: Die Wohnung war blitzsauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet – man merkt sofort, dass sich hier jemand Gedanken gemacht hat, um den Gästen den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet – ideal, wenn man gerne selbst kocht. Das Bett war unglaublich bequem und ich habe dort super geschlafen! Außerdem gibt es richtig viel Platz und Stauraum, was vor allem bei einem längeren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm ist. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist einfach fantastisch . Ich komme sehr gerne wieder!

The apartment is located on the second floor of a family house, has a separate staircase and entrance. You can park next to it or in the garage (we didn't use the latter). The accommodation is very spacious, practically and comfortably furnished and includes a very well-equipped kitchen. The atmosphere is very pleasantly complemented by a functional fireplace (the owner also provided fuel). Our son took a separate separate space with a bed, a separate TV and a toilet. The apartment has a beautiful view (especially from the balcony) of the mountains, including cable cars. The cable cars (and restaurant) are really very close (slightly over 100m). A big advantage is the skidepot (right next to the cable car) for 4 people (heated, not only for skis, but also boots and helmets), all included in the price of the apartment. The owner (he lives on the ground floor) was very helpful and provided a lot of useful information.

Alessandro's place is a gem if you want to visit this area of the Dolomites. The place is spotless and very modern. We visited in early September and it was slightly hot at night since the place does not have a cold air conditioner (only heating is possible). Beautiful decor and must be lovely in Winter.

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gegend ist wirklich toll. Das Haus bietet eine tolle Ausgangslage für viele Aktivitäten. Gleichzeitig laden Garten und Ausstattung dazu ein, auch Zeit im Haus zu verbringen.

Wir haben beide Chalets Zoll & River für ein verlängertes Wochenendende mit der ganzen Familie (11 Personen) im April besucht. Der Aufenthalt war einfach großartig! Beide Chalets sind top neu renoviert und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Der Garten ist ein Traum und bietet viel Platz. Es gibt eine Grillstation, einen beheizbaren Whirlpool und eine Sauna, die sich beide mit Holz befeuern lassen. Die Chalets liegen gut angebunden an der Straße, man ist schnell auf der Route nach Meran, und kann super in Ausflüge starten. Sabine und Peter sind als Vermieter großartig, sie waren immer für uns da und haben mit sämtlichen Empfehlungen für die Umgebung und Sonderwünsche mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Ganz lieben Dank!

This is the most spectacular accommodation I have had the pleasure to stay at in the Alps, and I've been travelling there almost every summer since I was a child. The house is large, impeccably clean, and cosy. Everything is in the right place to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The park is just incredible (quiet, green, and gigantic), and the hosts have been so kind and generous, suggesting unique places in the surroundings and sharing some fantastic local products with us! In a nutshell, this is one of the best places you can find on Airbnb!

Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswertes blitzsauberes wunderschönes Haus mit toller Aussicht und geschmackvoller Einrichtung, schön warm beheizbar, ausreichend Duschen und Toiletten für viele Leute, Küche groß und perfekt ausgestattet, man kann wunderbar für viele Leute kochennund sogar Kuchen backen, goßer Esstisch mit ausreichend Platz für alle, Wäsche sehr sauber, Handtücher konnten in der Mitte der Woche gewechselt werden, wurden bei Ankunft sehr freundlich und persönlich begrüßt und eingewiesen, dazu haben wir sehr hilfreiche Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung erhalten, Bushaltestelle gut zu Fuß zu erreichbar, von dort fahren regelmäßig Busse ins Skigebiet und nach Meran, gemütliche Sauna mit Holzofen und schönem Ausblick. Alles wie im Angebot beschrieben. Wir waren im Januar 2025 dort und hatten einen wunderbaren und entspannten Aufenthalt, herzlichen Dank an Familie Gruber

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vor allem der Saunabereich hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

We stayed at Annalisa’s apartment during our skiing holiday. Lifts to the ski slopes are a ~5 to 10 min drive away. Annalisa was an amazing host, responding quickly and clearly. She was always very kind and helpful. The apartment itself has everything you need and is very clean. There is even a sauna and washing machine available! She gave us amazing advice on restaurants too! We are very thankful for Annalisa’s beautiful apartment and kindness.
