This apartment is a bright and rare pearl of the Cote d'Azur. Full of light, spacious, very fashionable, and comfortable at the same time, thought out to the smallest detail made our vacation unforgettable! Many thanks to its owner Nadine for her friendly warm welcome and attention.

We stayed at the apartment for a month and found it to be ideal. The location is perfect for exploring the local area. The train station is just a few minutes walk away as is the Promenade des Anglais and the old town of Nice. There are numerous bars, restaurants and small shops in the area. With any luck we'll be back again next year.

Nous avons passe un très agréable séjour sur la région de Menton. Hôtes disponibles, réactifs et donnant de très bons conseils quant à notre séjour. ( Endroits à visiter, mode de transports à privilégier, restaurants à découvrir....). L'appartement est fonctionnel et conforme aux photos et descriptifs. Possibilités de cuisiner ou de découvrir le bar lounge ( ML Lounge )qui fait aussi restauration, juste en face de l'immeuble sur le vieux port. Sympa !!

A modern gem! The amenities were top-notch, the apartment was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. It is exactly the same as shown in the pictures and within walking distances to various attractions. Our host went above and beyond.Communication was seamless! The host was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish.

We had a magical stay at Remario's ARBNB, in Quartier des Musiciens. The clean and bright apartment was the perfect size for 2 people. We enjoyed our time relaxing on the balcony both day and night! Having aircon and a washer/dryer in unit, was a welcome convenience. Location cannot be beat, with access to the train, tram, museums, promenade, and cafes at your fingertips. Remario and Sylvia were fantastic hosts and went beyond to ensure a successful experience. We long to return soon! Merci beaucoup.

The place is beautifully renovated and tastefully furnished ( I still miss that comfortable couch.😄) Air-conditioned, a big plus! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary, even a microwave. Bathroom is of generous size as well as the shower and modern.

Appartement spacieux et très bien situé à proximité du port et de la place garibaldi. Gisèle à été arrangeante pour l'entrée dans les lieux.

Ich war selten in solch einer komfortablen Wohnung: Wunderschöner Hof, gemütliche, warme Wohnung. Viel Platz und Stauraum/ Abstellfläche. Stilvolle Deko. Ausstattung genial. (Küche / Staubsauger usw.)... Silvia war zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und sehr freundlich. In der Straße Café, Bäcker, Obst/Gemüse, Supermarkt. Umgebung ruhig, entspannt und nicht touristisch. Einfach nur zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank für alles !

Ho soggiornato in questa casa ed è stata un'esperienza ottima. La casa è esattamente come descritta nelle foto: pulita e spaziosa. La cucina è ben attrezzata, perfetta per preparare pasti in autonomia. Il letto era comodo e ho apprezzato molto la tranquillità della zona. La proprietaria è stata molto disponibile e rapida nelle risposte. Consiglio vivamente questa casa a chi cerca un soggiorno confortevole.

Casa molto bella, immersa nel verde. La vista dalla camera da letto è mozzafiato. Diego è sempre stato puntuale e preciso nelle comunicazioni e a disposizione per qualsiasi tipo di info. In poche parole, tutto perfetto!

Wir hatten schöne Tage und die Terrasse mit dem Ausblick haben wir bei sonnigen warmen Temperaturen sehr genossen. Wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso casa di Cristina per 3 notti. Abbiamo fin da subito ricevuto istruzioni estremamente chiare e video esplicativo per il funzionamento dell’ idromassaggio. La casa -si vede anche dalle foto- è un sogno davvero. La zona è silenziosa e tranquilla. Ha una vista incredibile sul mare da ogni finestra della casa. C’ è un ampissima zona esterna dotata di idromassaggio riscaldato, barbecue, dondoli e sdraio. La proprietaria Cristina, causa minimi problemi con l’ acqua calda, ha voluto scusarsi facendo un omaggio a noi genitori, e un pensierino anche per la nostra bimba. Assolutamente non dovuto anche in considerazione del fatto che segnalato il problema, in 10 minuti al massimo si è mossa per risolvere il tutto. Una persona dunque davvero onesta e attenta con i suoi ospiti. L’ abitazione si trova a 5 minuti di auto dal centro di Andora. Attualmente non è possibile raggiungere il centro a piedi ma c è in costruzione una pista ciclabile proprio ai piedi dell’ alloggio.

Laurie è stata gentile e premurosa. La casa era impeccabile. Peccato per il tempo perché altrimenti avremmo sfruttato anche la parte esterna che si affacciava su una vista meravigliosa della città e del mare. Ancora più bella che le foto. Super pulita!

J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet écrin naturel absolument magnifique. Le logement, idéalement situé, est d'une rare prestation. Matteo vous met à disposition tout ce qu'il vous faut. Il est aussi un excellent guide local. Je recommande à 200% !

10/10 for our girls weekend get away doubling with dog sitting duties. This beautiful villa is pet friendly. We literally laid out on the patio all weekend and crotcheted and enjoyed the sun and the pup could roam freely because the patio is all walled in. I was pleasantly surprised that my SUV fit in the parking spot so do not fret, if I can fit you can also. There's a grocery store right down the block and if you cant find the kitchen utensils you need, check the kitchen table. The hot water takes a minute and the city is walkable if you brought the right shoes. Lots of hills.

Sandra's house is an amazing place, located in a tiny village, on the hills, refined in the smallest detail. The house is comfortable, wonderfully located (those views!). Sanda is a great host, she took care of us from the beginning (thank you for the escort to the house and help with carrying the luggage :)) we highly recommend staying with Sandra - it is a great pleasure to live in such a unique and beautiful house. Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit! Zwei Erwachsene und drei Kinder. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, gepflegt, hat alles, was für einen unbeschwerten Urlaub brauchen! Allein der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist schon einiges wert! Die Wohnung liegt ein paar hundert Meter von der Altstadt entfernt, sodass Sie bequem über die Uferpromenade laufen können. Und auch eine hervorragende Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Das Ein- und Auschecken in die Wohnung verlief ohne Probleme. Ausgezeichnete Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter! Vielen Dank für die wundervollen Momente im Leben der Touristen! Immer wieder gerne!

The penthouse is as described and although refurbished a few years ago, it looks like done yesterday. Serge greeted us and gave us a quick tour. The location is easy to reach from airport with Uber or tram. The area has plenty of good restaurants even visited by locals (rue Bonaparte) and bakeries within walking distance (Bordonnat is the best). Easy to walk to Nice old town, beach or train station (Monaco Cannes Antibes). You cannot go wrong with booking this apartment.

Really loved my stay in the studio! Is very well equipped, in a great location and the balcony with a view is 👌. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a base to explore south of France!

Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.

Wir haben uns in der Penthauswohnung hoch über Loano sehr wohl gefühlt. Vom Vormittag bis zum zum Sonnenuntergang über den Bergen hatten wir auf der Terrasse Sonne und es war perfekt für einen Sundowner nach den Unternehmungen. Die Lage ist hervorragend zum Bergwandern und Radfahren (Rennrad und MTB). Zu dieser Jahreszeit war es auch kein Problem Parkplätze zu bekommen.

Logement parfait pour un couple! Nous avons adoré! Bien placé, bloc sécuritaire et tranquille et apartement parfait! Le parking était également très pratique.
