Fantastic. 3 min walk to dog friendly beach. Is a bit far to anywhere to walk to eat other than Venus Cafe if you have your 87 year old mum with you but house is so gorgeous you could happily stay in and enjoy the view from the dining table.

Dave's bungalow was ideal for our needs, which were about accessibility but also allowing dogs to stay. The bungalow is furnished to a high standard and very clean. The bathroom is wonderful and although the kitchen is a work in progress, it's quirky and well equipped. The garden is enclosed and dog safe, with a handy path behind it. Dave provided us with some good recommendations; Budleigh Salterton beach was lovely to visit on a warm Friday evening. Overall we had lovely relaxing break and would recommend this accommodation.

Blissful stay at Stargazy for our family of 5 was truly memorable. Spacious, comfortable interior with touch of relaxed luxury throughout really brought a home feel. The views are beautiful, the sunrise over the lounge decks was superb. Generous outdoor and indoor dining space treats with ample space and comfort. We only booked 3 nights this time for sake of easy access to the Bigbury beach and nature walks. Beautiful back garden with incredible rosemary landscape snuggles around the outdoor bar, great for rejuvenating and peaceful evening ( seagulls are part of the deal, though:) Overall outstanding and highly recommended. Great location with driveway parking and a short walk to the beach. Sea views and plenty of sunny, sheltered space for relaxing outside. Clean, spacious and modern with everything needed for a short break. The ‘welcome’ supplies of coffee, tea and biscuits were much appreciated, as were all the helpful extras such as toilet roll, dishwasher tablets, basic toiletries etc. Ian was very responsive and helpful via Airbnb messaging prior to arrival and recommended several local restaurants. The Journey’s End was a definite highlight (delicious Thai mussels) and we thoroughly enjoyed breakfast by the sea at Venus Cafe. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

We had a lovely stay in Challaborough , the caravan was equipped with all you needed, dvds to watch books to read,games to play.Nicolas left us some flowers in a vase,some scones with cream and jam, Bakewell tarts, a loaf of bread and some dog treats for our dog Marlow which we appreciated .

Thanks for a great stay. I thought the place was nicer than the photos looked. Would definately stay again, really handy to get too, near city centre but not loads of traffic around so worked really well. Lovely to have parking there and all the facilities we needed for the weekend. Can't fault it.

We had a lovely short stay in Sarah's bungalow. It was spacious and well-equipped and in a peaceful location. The roads are quite rural though so be prepared for reversing! We had a bit of difficulty locating the exact house and how to get in but a friendly neighbour pointed us in the right direction. We spent time in Dartmouth, Blackpool Sands and visited the Dartmoor Otters and Butterflies along with the South Devon Railway and had a little walk in the pretty village itself. Sarah was very friendly and helpful - thank you!

beautiful private place to stay with large hot tub and lovely outdoor spaces. everything was lovely and the milk,tea,coffee, prosecco and home made scones were such a welcoming gift. very responsive hosts and had no issues during our stay. wifi went down for a little but obviously not in the control of the hosts but they contacted their tech guy who sorted it very quickly. cant rate highly enough and willl definetly stay again.

Very comfortable stay in beautiful surroundings really quiet location very close to golf courses, great hosts.

I would highly recommend this Airbnb. It is very spacious and the location is perfect just close to the station but also a short distance to town.

We contacted Louise on Saturday night to ask a few questions about the property as we were in need of somewhere to stay from Sunday onwards, Louise answered swiftly and accurately our queries & we booked the property from the Sunday until the following Saturday. Louise sent us full and detailed instructions of the location, how to access and useful information like wifi codes etc and we arrived the next day. We were so pleased with the accommodation, it is quirky and filled with interesting items, there was access to the garden which is being cultivated to encourage bees, butterflies and birds and the property was immaculate, everything we needed was provided as well as things we didn't need. There was a host of local information available and the most comfortable bed away from home we have ever slept in. The location is a 15 minutes stroll from Dawlish Warren Beach, which is stunning, with views across to Exmouth. Five stars for Louise & Darren for being the perfect hosts.

We had a good weekend stay at Catherine’s, a perfect location to explore Dartmoor, although we came to visit family in the area as well. The bungalow was modern, comfy and warm, we didn’t need anything extra to enjoy our stay. Catherine communicated everything we needed to know leaving us to make the most of our time. I can highly recommend staying here.

Snowdrop Lodge was beautifully located in a really peaceful area with nature all around. It is one of the better located lodges with direct view of a beautiful wild flower meadow. Crucially, the hot tub is well hidden from the rest of the lodges, which isn’t the case in other properties. Nicky, the host, was amazing, friendly and responsive. I would highly recommend and would stay again. However, do bear in mind that there is no private enclosed area around the individual lodge for small children or dogs which a reflection of design flaw by the developers and not anything that Snowdrop could have control over.
