Had a lovely few days stay. Was a very tranquil location and very relaxing. Stopping by to see the animals on site was a wonderful experience. The kitchen was equiped with enough pans to make meals while we stayed there. The shop was a wonderful touch to pick up produce from the farm or just a few ammenities that might be needed. So relaxing to sit in the hot tub in the evening after exploring local attractions which have very helpfully been highlighted in a small guide. Looking to return in summer to make full use of the bbq on site and firepit.

Menna was great, always happy to heat the hot tub up for us! The little sleeping pods were comfortable with a really nice bed! And the location was brilliant, not too far from Snowdon which has the most amazing view! We had a fantastic time.

Great host, and great place. We are always worried about beds being comfy and they were so spacious and comfortable. Toilets and showers clean 24/7. Always someone there to help when we needed it and gave great recommendations. Hot tub was amazing, hugely dog friendly and plenty of space for your dogs to roam! Super friendly hosts and only 30 minutes from Y Garn. Thanks so much for having us, we were so happy with our stay!!

me & my girlfriend stayed for 2 nights to celebrate her birthday, 5* for the whole stay, Rachel and Alan were lovely hosts, & very helpful with anything or any questions we asked, the location was amazing, with very accessible walks nearby, & including a nice pub style restaurant a 3 minute drive away. The site was always spotless, we stayed in shepherds hut which was cozy & well equipped with anything you might need, all kitchen utensils, a heater incase it was cold ( the hut kept in the heat so well! ) a fan incase it gets too warm, the list goes on, nothing bad to say! such a nice get away, will definitely be coming back!

We are a family of 11 - mixed adults, kids, toddler and a baby. We all had a great time. Hot tub was lovely. BBQ was big and plenty of coal. We had lots of firewood at our disposal and the outside fires was the real highlight in the evenings- just sitting around talking and roasting marshmallows. The area is very quiet and secluded. Lovely listening to the sound of the lake that ran through the grounds - very surreal. The kids loved the treehouse and the adults enjoyed playing pool and darts in the games room. Joe’s local guide was invaluable - supermarkets just 11 mins drive away. One tip - make sure you bring warm clothes for the evening as it gets quite chilli and also bring some extra blankets to snuggle up with. We would happily come back again. Joe was always very quick to respond to any questions we had which was great. Highly recommend.

Lovely little getaway. The host had the hot tub ready for us when we arrived which was really appreciated. Great value stay, beautiful location, very peaceful. We enjoyed watching the lambs playing in the field in the morning whilst having a cup of tea in the hot tub!

We have just returned from our minimoon after our wedding on Friday. Our stay exceeded our expectations! Bryn's communication was exceptional. He was flexible with our plans changing to include our fur baby, answered messages quickly and with accurate map Pins to make places easy to find. His recommendations were great, the nearby pub 'The Ravon' - delicious food, attentive staff and a cosy atmosphere. The nearby indian, wow the best we've had and the 'Bay Tree Cafe' what a gem! Bryn was friendly, approachable and went above and beyond to make our stay special with newly wed bunting, a bottle of bubbles and some homemade produce which was super tasty. Everything from the property itself, to the log burner, views and hot tub made our stay one we will never forget. It was a really special time as we enjoyed our new bubble as husband and wife! We will definitely return, Bryn has a special set-up here and his personable approach makes it. We will be regualars how. The Listers x

Beth was a brilliant host. My partner and I needed somewhere quiet to just unwind and this place was perfect. Sitting in the hot tub, drinking the views and the beauty of the area was just what we needed. The bird song just topped it of perfectly. Beth was great at communicating and has made her Shepherd's hut perfect, everything we needed was there.

Beautiful hut. Designed, crafted and decorated to a high quality. Lots of privacy, having the oak field all to ourselves...the dogs loved it, as did we. Bob and Lisa were very friendly and hospitable. Highly recommend a stay.

Everything about Jessica Hut is perfect for a true, unadulterated dose of nature and relaxation. The hut is super cosy with a comfy bed, and the out-building with toilet and kitchen has all you need. My partner and I stayed at Penny’s place for a long weekend and we couldn’t have asked for anywhere more perfect. The location is so peaceful and really allows you to re-centre. The Shepherd’s hut and the barns are so cosy and have everything you could possibly need for a more “off the grid” feel. We loved spending evenings in the barn - playing darts before the sunset and bird spotting with the binoculars Penny provides, then later sitting in candlelight and taking in the night sky. Make sure to listen out for the Tawny Owl who is very vocal! Penny is so friendly and is more than willing to give you walk recommendations or anything else you might need help with. She’s also left us some of the nicest carrot cake we both ever had. Thank you, Penny. We will definitely be returning!

We had a brilliant stay in this gorgeous shepherds hut. We were warmly welcomed by the hosts and shown around the place. The highlight of our trip was cuddles from Gary the goat who was very friendly and fun to feed. What a lovely family and great place to stay for the weekend. The cabin itself is very comfortable, and we had lots of firewood to keep ourselves warm, indoors and out the outside fire pit. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The stay at Winnie’s Hut, from booking to check out was faultless. Booking was easy and Medwyn was in touch to advise on check in and making sure we had everything we needed. The hut was spotless, had everything we needed, and was just as it was advertised. The outdoor space at the hut was ideal for our two dogs. It was massive! And they couldn’t escape. Medwyn gave some suggestions of places to visit and had the hot tub ready for when we got back. He couldn’t do enough for us, and was extremely approachable. I would definitely stay again and would recommend this place to anyone.

Very happy with the stay, all the necessities were already there which meant less stuff we needed to bring. Showers and toilets were nice and clean. I wish we could stay longer. Everything was well explained in the emails and guides. Beautiful surroundings and over all great spot.

The shepherd's hut was so pretty and beautifully decorated. The welcome sign as we pulled up was lovely and personal. The complimentary welcome package was a lovely touch. We would definitely book the accommodation again!

The hut was just lovely! Perfect size for that cosy feel but with enough space for me, my partner and dog to be comfortable. The log burner is a great feature, it was so nice to put a log on in the evening. My dog Edie absolutely loved running around in the garden, and with it being fully fenced in I didn’t have to worry about her escaping. Just a lovely weekend overall, would definitely recommend!
