A fantastic apartment facing the sea. The apartment was first class and had everything that you could need. Carol greeted us on arrival and showed us everything. She recommended a couple of restaurants and was very friendly. The apartment is made up of the top two floors of a four storey house, so it might be a little difficult for some people. The location is perfect for getting to all of the attractions in this stunning part of Wales. We will definitely return if we go back to north Wales in the future.

Had an excellent 2 night stay in this beautiful place, Grady was a responsive host and had clear instructions. The area was beautiful and it’s in walking distance of all the amenities and everything Barmouth has to offer. A beautiful property exactly as described. It is in a stunning location- you can see the sea from the drive! A very clean and beautiful space. Layout is great and felt right at home. Clean and comfortable with great amenities and an enclosed space at the back. We had a great time and wished we could have stayed longer! Rich was really friendly and communicative; everything about the process was really easy. We would love to stay again and book the Discover Llŷn paddle boarding. I would highly recommend this property, location and owner. The property is only a short walk to a local cafe, the beach is a stones throw and town is only up the road. It’s also a short drive to picturesque countryside.

This is our 6th visit to Seaview Cottage and the second this year. It is warm, comfortable and well equipped, and suits us perfectly. The location is great for views and access to the Wales coastal path. The walk from New Quay to Aberaeron is one of our favourites. We look forward to another stay next year.

Our third festive stay. We love this place. Perfect for hosting family who live locally. Lots of communal space and space to spread out. Fabulous to stay in a place with such a well equipped kitchen too particularly at Xmas. Thank you.

Absolutely lovely bungalow, great views, warm inside, clean, tidy, perfect & will definitely be visiting again soon. Also the owners were superb. If your in going to Borth make sure you book this super Bungalow.

This place is perfectly located to the train station shops and take aways. The premises have everything you can think of for cooking , relaxing and entertaining. We love this place and is exceptionally run with so many extras that add to a great few days away . I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in fairbourne . We will be definitely coming again 👍 10/10

Beautiful house with everything we needed, everything was very clean and tidy and decorated to a high standard. We very much enjoyed playing the games provided. They were a big hit on a rainy evening. We ordered shopping from Asda to be delivered which went smoothly but any extras were easily accessible from cost cutter around the corner. Would definitely recommend.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here. Linda was a great host and greeted us with a smile, along with freshly baked bread! The hamper was a lovely touch. We greatly enjoyed going for walks along the coast then returning to the cottage to play some games and relax. We will certainly be back!

A lovely 3 storey house overlooking the sea. Beautiful views & a perfect location for the beach, shops & pubs. The house was lovely & clean, a beautiful property with the added bonus of 2 private parking spaces. The property is exactly as the photos show & was a great size for us 6 adults who stayed there. I would highly recommend this property & we’ll definitely be back!!

Great little gem of a place, right on the seafront at Barmouth. We were grateful that Geoff gave us advance notice that we could arrive a bit earlier for checking in, which helped us make the most of our stay. It was lovely to be greeted with a bottle of Prosecco too, a very generous welcome. The place is lovely, is exactly as described, it was quick to heat up after we arrived (we visited in February), the facilities seemed great, although we didn’t do any cooking during our stay. Bed was comfy, although at 6’4”, I found it a little small for me. Bathroom is lovely, plenty big, very clean and everything works well. The location is brilliant - you can see the sea and it’s a short walk to both the beach and the town, including Barmouth’s pubs and restaurants. Barmouth is a beautiful little seaside town, with its long beaches, mountainous backdrop, great places to eat and drink - it’s massively underrated. Geoff was very friendly and responsive, I would recommend and we will stop again

Great apartment, absolutely lovely. Mandy left a great starter pack with milk tea and coffee with a few biscuits thrown in as well, oh and breakfast items, very much appreciated. The room was spotless and very comfortable. great location in the town with parking a few minutes walk away at St Michaels Church. If your not in a car the train station is about ten minutes away. Mandy left loads of recommendations for us and we tried quite a few out and they where worth the visit as well.

Stayed here early March & had a throughly great time. It is a super place & an ideal location for exploring the local area with loads to see & visit and great area for walking.

The seafront flat was the perfect spot for us during our stay for our Uni reunion. Comfortable flat and beautifully laid out. Would absolutely stay again.

The house was beautiful, light and spacious with an idyllic view over the mountains estuary and Barmouth bridge. It was only a 5 mins walk to the centre so it was away from the bustle of town centre. There is a little beach across the road as well and then large sandy main beach of Barmouth. Highly recommend a meal at The Last when staying here . The food is always brilliant!

The location of this property was ideal for our stay to watch a show at the theatre and then for a few drinks around the town. The property was very clean and tidy and we most certainly appreciated the milk, sugar, tea, coffee, butter and welsh cakes. We will certainly stay here again for a similar event.

Me and my partner enjoyed a beautiful two night getaway at Adele's lovely apartment. Located right on the harbour, it was just what we needed; peaceful, clean, and comfortable! Just a short drive to Snowdonia and surrounding areas, it was the perfect location for us. I highly recommend Adele's beautiful apartment to anyone who's looking for a relaxing break - lots of lovely pubs and walks around, would absolutely visit again. Thanks again for having us!
