Great location , 3 minutes from main town . private courtyard of properties sharing a single gated entrance . parking permits provided by Helena a must , but parking spots in the vicinity a lottery.

Just had 3 nights in Torquay, staying at Adams place which was spotlessly clean and tidy. The beds were very comfortable and the bed linen really nice quality too. Lovely welcome hamper from Adam. It was a 10 min walk into Torquay from the house so a very convenient location (quite a steep hill home) and quiet too. I would really recommend Adams place and will stay there again.

Lovely place very clean , it is a hill up to it if you have anyone elderly just be mindful car park was grand across the road you have to pay between us all it wasn't much and it's free in the evening till morning , everything was in the house hair dryers etc and everything is spotless great hosts

We had a lovely stay, wish we could stay longer! Brixham is beautiful and so much to do, and the accommodation was perfectly situated, comfortable and full of character. Would recommend the Dartmouth Steam Railway, a trip to Totnes, the river cruise to Dartmouth, a walk around Berry Head or for the hardier walker the trail to Greenway and back. And for early risers it’s great to see a working fishing port in action. The harbour is so pretty at night, with lots of choices for fish n chips.

Such an amazing property in a great, central location. The house was very clean and has everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Julie was a great host with good communication.

We loved our stay, it was everything we needed for a peaceful get away. Beautiful decor and Interiors and we thoroughly enjoyed sipping tea sat in the rocking chairs in the morning listening to the birds chirping. The kitchen was perfectly equipped for making delicious meals in the evening which was much appreciated. Evenings were spent in the hot tub or snuggled up by the fire, we would really love to come back again some time. Thank you!

Had a booking cancelled at short notice and had to find an alternative sharpish.. found this one and the host was back to us straight away and remained in regular contact. Directions and getting in were easy and we even got notification that the accommodation was ready early. Very clean and comfortable inside - nice and cozy Great job by the host.

I think Freya’s - The Old Tea Hut, must rank as one of the most perfect stays that we have had through Air BnB - The chalet itself was extremely comfortable, well furnished with every amenity. The interior and exterior spaces are gorgeous with every attention to detail. I already knew the area well - and the views and environment are outstanding and the stunning weather was the icing on the cake. The chalet was immaculate when we arrived - I cannot rate it highly enough. Hopefully we can revisit again in the future.

Le logement en lui-même est vraiment super. grande cuisine, chambres confortables, petite vue sur la mer, décoration très locale et familiale et un emplacement en plein milieu de Salcombe (un peu bruyant parfois, mais ça n'a pas dérangé nos enfants). c'était très pratique d'avoir accès au cabanon extérieur pour ranger la poussette ! Nous sommes arrivés tard dans la nuit, et l'accès n'est pas éclairé donc il est important d'avoir une lampe de poche. En dehors de ça, nous avons été enchantés de ce logement avec nos enfants de 16 mois et 3 ans, et aurons grand plaisir à y revenir lors d'un prochain séjour.
