Brilliant place for a chilled getaway for the night. Loved the hot tub and meeting all the animals. Would definitely recommend to others. Lynden was also a great host who was very helpful and made sure we had the best time!

Cosy cottage, very homely and well equipped - Andy has thought of everything! We enjoyed a family go on the Wii doing Just Dance. Great fun! Liked the helpful little notes around the place, especially those for the bathroom heated towel rail. We enjoyed a lovely walk around Great Gransden & Little Gransden. Lots of thatched cottages and beautiful houses. A lovely peaceful location. Great for visiting our daughter at Uni in Cambridge.

Perfect for our short stay in Milton Keynes, hut was lovely and was nice to have some tea and biscuit provisions. Easy check in and a beautiful area to be set up at. Hut is right next to the farm house and store. Fortunately we had no noise from either. Overall very pleased, only slight issue was that the bathroom fan wasn't working (or we couldn't work out how to turn it on) so it got very humid in there, some signs of mould but could be related to the fan so I'm sure will get fixed soon.

Perfect for us, a fabulous place, charming yet wonderfully quirky, just as we like. Beautifully quiet and calm. Some great furnishings and extremely well presented with a lovely little open fire adding to the character and ambience. The space outside is great especially, if like us, you have a dog and we were super fortunate to get 19 degrees of warmth on the 22nd of Feb so spent most of the day outside! I would highly recommend this holiday let. We will definitely be back.

Fred's place was the perfect place for our getaway with friends last weekend. Everything was spotless and there was plenty of space for us all to relax together in multiple different views. We were lucky to have nice weather which made the views from the place amazing. Thank you very much for a great stay, would definitely recommend staying to anyone else

This was the perfect place for an escape away from everything. Roger & Caroline were very welcoming and friendly. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed, we were appreciative of the bacon, eggs etc!

Awesome couples weekend away in a beautiful and comfortable barn. One for the memory book. Sally communicated well from the start, describing the simple check-in process and gave local recommendations. Each room in the barn had something special to offer, whether it was the space and views from the mezzanine floor, the accessible room off the lounge with adjustable beds that both had massage function. Or finally, the bedroom closest to the entrance which had the hideaway snug, which we used for our girls chats. The barn comes with Netlfix and all the kitchen utensils that you will need. You just need to bring your own food ingredients if you wish to cook or you can dine out locally or easily head into Cambourne or Cambridge. Sally allowed us to have a very relaxed check-out, as there was no booking the next morning. Great added bonus!!! We will definitely be back again! Thank you so much Sally.

Caravan was clean and very cosy, and had everything you could possibly need! Was in a very quiet area but the directions took me straight there. Incredibly friendly hosts who replied instantly to my message when I had a minor problem. Even my dogs had a great time there and enjoyed meeting the sheep. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely loved our stay at Windmill farm! We spent our Christmas break here and it was just the perfect setting. Chickens would greet you everyday and the kids were able to roam around and see the animals, the ‘reindeer’ were a hit! Thank you so much!

We had a great stay at the Silos. The accommodation was clean and well laid out and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Georgiana was very responsive to messages and even kindly dropped off some sun loungers as the weather was unexpectedly warm! We would definitely stay again and would recommend the silos as a great place to stay.

Absolutely beautiful and unique place to stay. Complete relaxation and so cosy! Completely off grid but still able to charge devices, and have warm water. Ben and Vicky are really lovely hosts. Will definitely be back. Thank you!

Outstanding hosts. We were super happy to stay with them for a second time! The welcome basket was a really thoughtful gesture and the extra touches like robes and slippers were very helpful.

I recently had the pleasure of hosting a staycation at Ashmi’s delightful home in Royston, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with the warmest of welcomes and a beautifully presented basket of goodies. It was filled with delectable local treats, indulgent chocolates, and even a bottle of milk to have a cuppa at the start of our stay. Accompanying this was a thoughtfully compiled book of recommendations, brimming with insider tips on the best local spots to explore—from quaint tearooms to scenic country walks. The house itself was absolutely immaculate, with a spotless kitchen that was a joy to use, and spacious, beautifully designed living areas where we could all relax and unwind. Every nook of the home exuded charm and comfort, ensuring that everyone felt right at home. The highlight for us all was undoubtedly the jacuzzi, a luxurious retreat that provided hours of relaxation and laughter under the stars. It’s soothing warmth!

This place is just stunning. Beautifully decorated and kitted out. Everything comfortable and homely. The hot tub was spotless and soooo lovely. Parking right outside your lodge. The setting is idyllic with the fishing lake just in front and it’s so very peaceful. You can feed the ducks as they come up to the lodges. There’s donkeys, geese, ducks, alpacas and peacock/hen. There even a games room on site with a snooker and pool table and dart board with lots of board games etc you can play. A lovely welcome package on arrival that included a bottle of Prosecco, bread, milk and biscuits. Really helpful guy on site that couldn’t do enough for us (think his name was David). Good comms with the owner Sharon. Would highly recommend.

a really lovely cottage – extremely well equipped and beautifully presented. Everything was absolutely pristine; all the furnishings are very good quality and we were very comfortable. the garden was perfect for our dog – a fenced section so that she could go outside without constant supervision and a lovely orchard where she was allowed to chase her ball. just perfect

Mark is a superb host and his Annex is fab - perfect for our work trip. Mark booked us a table at the local pub for dinner and even dropped us off - an all round great stay, would highly recommend.

We spent 6 nights in the annex and enjoyed our stay very much. Burton Overy is a beautiful village and the annex is located in a quiet and peaceful spot right on the edge of the village. Both my husband and I slept really well. The annex is well kitted out with a powerful shower, comfortable beds and lots of useful kitchen utensils. Tracey was a brilliant host - very responsive to messages and friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We would highly recommend the annex to anyone visiting the local area.

I booked this for my boyfriends birthday and the Wimbish hall cabins didn’t disappoint, the squirrel cabin was cozy, the hot tub was amazing and the views were beautiful! We will definitely be coming back in the future
