Lovely stay in Abergavenny right in the heart of the town and a cosy cottage

Gorgeous house and lovely location. Drive is tight but we have a big car and managed it absolutely fine. We had a lovely relaxing weekend there, we did some walks directly from the house and relaxed in front of the fire, which was exactly what we went to do! House was exactly as described and felt huge! The living room was very cosy, and it was great having the two log burners, and all bedrooms were very comfortable.

Hannah was a great host and we really enjoyed staying at her lovely cottage. Lots of great walks available in the surrounding hills and a nice peaceful nights sleep to recharge your batteries. Would 100% stay again

Stayed one night as at a wedding in the area. Very flexible with check in (after midnight!) and great communication. Couldn’t recommend more.

One of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed. Beautiful location and the hosts had thought of everything from a little hamper with eggs milk and bread, to shower gel, toothbrush and sanitary products. Could not fault the place. The alpacas were great and Gav let us help with feeding them in the evening. They are super friendly (even if one of them spat food in my partners face!) and by the end of our stay we were petting them like they were are own. Will 100% stay again, thank you Gav and co host for a great stay!

Such a lovely couple of nights here. Very cozy home with log burner and peaceful garden. The host made numerous recommendations for restaurants and places to visit, many of which we took. We loved them all. Great choices! Would highly recommend.

We would definitely recommend staying at the cottage. It’s perfect for a peaceful break in beautiful Wales. The cottage is gorgeous, Alex was so helpful and responsive to calls and messages. The closest shop & pub is 15min away, so make sure to take essentials. It is worth every penny. Enjoy and definitely have a dip in the stream, it’s good for the soul!

Beautiful property with everything we could possibly want. Felt completely at home, lit the fire which was wonderful. Very spacious. Very clean. Lovely furnishings. Elizabeth was there to meet us and show us where everything was. Fabulous location. Would happily return

We loved staying at Miranda and Alex’s place. The cottage was spacious and neat and the amenities were thoughtful and provided in adequate quantities. Miranda was an extremely helpful and generous host. She was kind enough to also bake us extremely tasty bread that we thoroughly enjoyed. All in all an enjoyable experience and we would certainly recommend this to anyone looking for a good base to explore nearby parts of Cotswolds. Look forward to staying here in the future.

Cheryl and Charly were lovely hosts. We were made to feel very welcome and also very accommodating about us having a 4 month old with us, which we feel you could never get with a hotel stay! We would definitely return!

We had a fabulous stay at Sue’s place in Malvern Wells. The flat is cosy and comfortable, with a super comfortable bed. Sue was a great host and kind enough to leave us some eggs, milk, fresh bread and lots more! There are two parking spaces and a lovely garden that has the sun almost all day, including a beautiful view. The location is so serene and just a 5 minute drive from Malvern. There are so many fantastic walks, we were spoilt for choice! Such a nice area of the UK and a perfectly convenient spot to stay for a few days whilst you explore the area.

Peaceful location and clean, cosy accommodation. Ideal for our purpose which was researching properties in Chepstow. There is no kitchen so be prepared to travel to eat and the location is off the beaten track so use the what3words reference for accurate sat nav especially in the dark.

We had a lovely break away, the accommodation had everything we wanted and as described. It was easy and quick to walk into Bath centre while being in a very quiet street. Would recommend.

We had an amazing time! The views are incredible! Alison was so accommodating. She gave us excellent directions and suggested great places to go and eat! The accommodation is ever better than the pictures. And we really enjoyed the homemade bread and cake! And the breakfast was really tast with local eggsy! I also worked from here and the internet was fine for video calls all day. We will be returning soon as it was one of the best airbnb's we've stayed at. And Alisons hospitality and attenattention to detail was second to none!!!

A lovely, well-equipped apartment which had everything we needed. Gabrielle gave clear instructions for finding the apartment and a helpful guide for the local area - including walks, pubs, restaurants and more. The apartment was clean and well-presented. Amazing place, nice to go off grid and relax. Easy to get into town for a lovely meal and a walk around. Very quiet and nice surroundings, hosts were friendly and you have to try the perfumes from the hosts perfumery, absolutely stunning

Tim was a great host and the cabin was just as we were expecting from the description. As we were cycling to the cabin having provisions provided by Tim like bread, milk and bacon was a great touch. Would highly recommend .

We had a lovely time staying in Clive and Debra's beautiful lodge. It was so peaceful and so relaxing. We was surrounded by the singing birds and nature. The views were spectacular and you really are on top of the mountains and it was amazing. Clive was very helpful and met us at the libary and guided us up to the lodge. The drive isn't for the faint hearted but Clive was very helpful with guiding us up the track to the lodge and I felt very comfortable with the driving. We were greeted by their lovely dog Maddie who was so happy to see us and wanted extra attention. Clive gave us very helpful information about the walks we can go on, the near by restaurants and pubs we can visit. We definitely would come and stay again it was lovely. We highly recommend. I would give this place more than 5 stars if I could. Such a gorgeous, cosy place, in a great location. Its woodland setting is so lovely, waking up to bird song every morning was a joy. Probably the best Airbnb I have stayed at in the UK. Hosts were lovely, friendly, and super responsive. It was nice to be able to take our dog here and lots of room for her to doze off on the deck. Extra special is being able to see the sun rise and set from the cabin.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a phenomenal weekend at Cuckoo Cabin in Wales! If you're looking for a peaceful getaway by the river, this is the place to be. The log burner was absolutely incredible, providing the perfect ambiance as we relaxed and enjoyed our time together away from the rat race. It was so nice to cozy up in the middle of nowhere, listening to the soothing sound of the water while the fire crackled. Our dogs had a fantastic time exploring the area too! David was an exceptional host, ensuring our stay was comfortable and memorable. Thank you for everything you have an amazing property. Kate & Phil (and the terriers) x

We had an amazing stay with Victoria, the cabin had everything you could need and all the logs to keep the hot tub going all weekend. The pizza oven was a lovely addition and the pellets needed were all supplied. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful and very peaceful. I wish we could have stayed longer!
