Had a lovely few days stay. Was a very tranquil location and very relaxing. Stopping by to see the animals on site was a wonderful experience. The kitchen was equiped with enough pans to make meals while we stayed there. The shop was a wonderful touch to pick up produce from the farm or just a few ammenities that might be needed. So relaxing to sit in the hot tub in the evening after exploring local attractions which have very helpfully been highlighted in a small guide. Looking to return in summer to make full use of the bbq on site and firepit.

Location was stunning, the host was lovely and it has beautiful walks on the doorstep. Hot tub definitely worth the extra money as elevates the stay to another level. The dog thoroughly enjoyed his stay as well!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Our dogs absolutely loved the space and it was perfect for them to really stretch their legs. The cabin was super cozy, we stayed during a bit of a temperature drop so it was around -3 at night but the log burner was so warm we didn't even need a jumper on! Along with the temperature drop came some snow and we actually ended up getting stuck on the hill on toward the entrance but Mark answered his phone immediately and rushed down in his Land Rover to give us a tow up and nothing was too much to ask, we felt super accommodated. Thanks again :)

Absolutely amazing, peaceful & tranquil hut. It has everything you need, including tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil and everything pan and you utensils you can think of. The compostable toilet is amazing, I was worried it would smell, but it doesn’t smell at all, the shower was really powerful and really hot water! The mattress was so comfy and the duvet was even comfier. The views, the birds, the river, everything makes this stay perfect. The hosts are very responsive and friendly. We will definitely be back 🐾♥️ Thank you for having us!

Was a very clean delightful shepherds hut and hot tub. Jessica was so very friendly and welcoming. Lots of lovely extras like cake, Prosecco, chocolate etc. Such a lovely thoughtful touch.

Really beautiful scenery in a tranquil countryside , the hot tub was perfect for watching the sunset , cabin bed was so comfy & also we loved the 2 dogs who visited us for dinner & breakfast 😂

We had a fantastic stay at Dru's cabin with our young children. They were delighted to meet the turkeys, chickens and super friendly dog, and had a blast running around in the garden and interacting with Dru's very friendly family. They also loved the cabin and having their own space above where mum and dad slept. The cabin is cosy, well appointed, and plenty warm (once you get the fire going!) and the views are a delight. There is some noise from the main road immediately behind the cabin - didn't bother us but bear this in mind if you are a light sleeper.

We had a relaxing and comfortable atay at the Suffolk 2. It is ready when we arrived (1h early). Looks exactly in the picture. I like that the hot tub is ready as well on our arrival. Comfortable beds, clean toilet and walkinf distance from the carpark. The common area is tidy too. Enjoyed our stay 😊

This is a slice of heaven! The setting is absolutely beautiful with views of the black mountains behind the huts and rolling countryside in front. So peaceful with just the sound of the lambs and birds. There is a field behind that the kids ran around in too. We enjoyed watching the sun set each evening over the mountains. There are three friendly cats that the kids enjoyed stroking. The village is a drive away and the shop is incredible for local produce. The cabin was perfect for two adults and two children. We brought a camp bed as our twins are quite big and the sofa bed would have been a squeeze. With two smaller children you would be fine. The cabin has absolutely everything you need. The shower is great and we had enough hot water. The hot tub was super clean and warm. We loved the fact it had a private garden and then a space that was shared with the cabin next door. You are close to the cabin next door but it still felt private. I loved that there were loads of games.

The most perfect getaway in the beautiful countryside. The cabin is lovely and clean with everything you could need and the hot tub was perfect and easy to use with instructions. Luke was really helpful and answered all our questions. Would absolutely love to come back here!

What can you say about Sean and his Bed in a shed? What a lovely bloke, can not do enough for you and so knowledgeable of the surrounding area. Was lovely to have a drink with you around the fire pit. You are a gem of a guy and you have a lovely place. Can't wait to visit you again😁

We had the best stay in the pod. The views were beautiful and it was the perfect place to disconnect. We loved the natural pool and hot tub and the pod was lovely and cosy a night. What a place to wake up to! Thank you and we hope to return

Me and my partner stayed here for a few nights and had the best little break away! Private with beautiful views and very peaceful. The bathroom/ kitchen were pristine and fully functioning. Comfy bed, lots of room. And the hot tub of course was a lovely addition that was well kept. We will definitely be back :)

It’s private, peaceful, perfect. The view from the cabin is perfect - you can sit in the hot tub and stare at rolling hills and nature going about its day. Sam and his Dad were incredible hosts. Who could ask for more?

We had a lovely and peaceful stay here... it was very rustic and unique. Recommend if you fancy something a little different.

I stayed two nights at calm acre cabin with my dog. We have been to lots of similar places for short weekend breaks, but I must say calm acre is my favourite! We walked for hours and miles around the surrounding areas. There were great views and lots of hills, streams, bridges, wild horses and hundreds of sheep!🤣 We bumped into two dog walkers over the whole 2 days so you really are very secluded and remote. After a day of exploring the wilderness we would arrive back to the cabin, take my muddy boots off and your dog can go for a quick swim in the private river access (to wash off any mud.🤣) then it was time to have a cup of tea and light the fire pit and sit in the cosy outdoor area until dark. I had the best nights sleep I have had in a long time inside the cabin! The comfy mattress and hot water bottle was lovely.. everything is simple and easy. Chloe has thought of pretty much everything you may need and if not she is always nearby to help you out if you need anything. :)

Absolutely loved my stay in the Hay trailer! The place is cosy, authentic and peaceful - perfect for a quiet trip away. But still a short drive to Bath City, which is a fantastic place to see with loads to do. Sophie is a lovely host, responsive and provided lots of recommendations. Her place is brilliant to have long walks and really unwind. Cannot recommend enough!

Jims place was wonderful! Such beautiful surroundings, it was lovely to wake up to the sound of birds and to have breakfast with the sheep! Really cosy interior and bed. The hot tub took some work to get it hot 4 hours but was great in the evening. The sauna is super easy to use and was a great treat. It worked well to have the outdoor solar shower so I could switch between hot sauna and cold shower! It was a nice touch to have the bbq all set up to go and the massive bag of logs for £10 was very good value and did us for one sauna and one fire pit. Jim was very friendly and helpful and left local produce for us on arrival which was a nice touch. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Great place, the outdoor bath does take a while to warm up. Took us about 3 hours, but once warm, it just got hotter and hotter. Great to get off grid and away from the hustle and bustle of day to day life. Would recommend a stay to our friends. Thank you.

our primary choice of venue was its close proximity to where my sister lives, we were not disappointed with that decision. For future guests' stay I would suggest lubricating the keysafe as it was stiff to open; the bed area would benefit from small shelves (triangular) to store eg clock. Stacey & her parents have done a brilliant job in installing the pods. Thank you

A fantastic stay. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect- very rural and peaceful. Yoann was a great host—friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience!

Have returned home after a couple of days stay here, The place was exactly as described, Beautiful setting, peaceful and plenty to do with in close proximity of where we were. We made use of the bbq, weather was on our side! Waking up to the deers in the garden was a nice bonus. Joe was a really nice host and responsive with questions. Highly recommend staying here

Booked here as a surprise for my girlfriends 21st birthday, and it exceeded expectations. Nicola is a wonderful host and made us feel right at home. The views are stunning, and the cabin & hot tub were perfect. The farm animals were the icing on the cake, we will definitely be staying again. Thanks again for a memorable, relaxing few days :)
