Our stay was amazing. This is such a beautiful location and peaceful setting. The design and thoughtful amenities were really appreciated. We hope to return for another visit in future.

We had a great stay at Ruby Soho Villas. When traveling in a group of 8 Adults and 6 children under three it was great to find a place that accommodated all of us. we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Ruby Soho Villas

Great stay for us and nice and close to the Spirit of Tasmania. Lovely large open space living and dining area which was great for the kids. Great views of the ocean too!

The house was nicely renovated while keeping its original charm. The bathroom and kitchen were modern and clean. Lots of space for the family to feel comfortable. Close to the city centre.

Great location, close to CBD and great eating spots. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

It’s heaven for nature lovers. There is so much wildlife around and we never got bored by simply looking outside the windows and locating different little creatures. It’s also convenient with a supermarket, a cafe and some food stalls just within 10 min drive from the house. All in all, a great pleasure to stay for a relaxing holiday!

The cottage is so cozy, lovely, and comfortable like home. It satisfied both adults and kids including a fresh breakfast and the beautiful furnitures. It's very meaningful to stay a night in this historical house. My kids loved the feeding session in the morning and Louise made it a great experience for them in detail. Although if there is one thing, the wood stove was under construction even though we didn't expect it to be and was excited to use it. We will never forget the day here!

Kelly’s beautiful beach cottage is right on the beach for swimming or beach-combing . It’s very comfortable with everything you would need for a relaxing holiday from home . We enjoyed the beautiful views of the river even in stormy weather and the sunsets are superb .We look forward to returning soon .

Beautiful relaxing location, taking my first step into beachside the place felt clean and homely. The house is old but has charm and could do with a little bit of maintenance. Shan is a very good host and when I needed to contact her she responded quickly. We appreciated that she allowed us to stay with our long haired chihuahua “Sasha” and we all plan to return as this is a great place to just chill out and relax. Wendy, Ray and Sasha ( might I add we had to carry Sasha out as she was not ready to leave😂😂)

We had a great 4 days at Westbury, using it as a base to attend the Australian Rowing Championships at Lake Barrington. There are many good sites within an easy drive, we visited Deloraine, Sheffield and Great Lake, and had a great walk at Pine Lake. Overall Marg's cottage was a great base for the area.

House was very cosy. Everything you need. View was spectacular. Beds very comfy. Fabulous location

Amazing property and gardens, with beautiful accommodation and thoughtful touches. Kids loved the gardens and animals. Wife loved the fresh eggs, honey and veggies straight from the patch!

Thanks to Katie, our stay was most comfortable and enjoyable. Their unit is both comfortable and quite spacious and has a conveniently large garage attached with direct walkthrough into the unit. Katie left milk and bread for us and some condiments etc They have a large BBQ nearby which was handy as there isn't a cookstop/stove in the kitchen. Enjoyed our stay there and will be going back there in a few days time.

Cosy and full of historical charm. Right in the middle of Evendale historic town. Perfect for a couple or 4. Peter and Di were so helpful and friendly.

Such a lovely heritage home and nice garden space. Great coffee is 40 meters away. Too good. Very elevated for a breeze and views.

Our long stay at June and Gil’s home was an excellent experience. As soon as we walked in the house it felt like a home away from home- actually reminding me of my Grandmothers home. A lovingly restored heritage home in a great neighbourhood. The location, close to coffee shops, grocery shops restaurants and the CBD cannot be beat- very walkable to all. Well stocked kitchen with great amenities- great oven, very clean barbeque, lots of crockery, cutlery, glassware etc. June was easily available via phone, text and email with a very quick response time. My husband and I had a very enjoyable stay while Launceston to visit family and will not hesitate to rent again. We highly recommend.
