A beautifully decorated apartment in a convenient and quiet location. Hannah was very responsive to my messages and we had everything we needed for our stay. As with many properties this age, the ceiling height was a little challenging in some areas for the taller members of our group but did not affect the enjoyment of our trip!

Great place to stay, probably the most cleanest Airbnb I’ve been to, everything looked brand new! The place has thermometers around so you’re able to control the heating temperature in different rooms which is awesome. The place is located in the heart of the city centre, so close to the pier, seafront, and all the shops, bars and restaurants (all walkable). If you are staying during the weekend be mindful that there will he noise on the street from bars, pubs and people etc, as it’s in the centre - can make it difficult to sleep at times. It’s a short walk from the two train stations and there is a paid parking service around the corner. I would say it only fits 5 people comfortably rather than 6, the sofa bed is meant to fit 2 people but it’s broken on pulling it out, so only really suitable for 1 person to sleep on. Otherwise is an immaculate place, safe, clean, good rooftop, convenient, and responsive hosts for any q’s. Would definitely book again!

Sea View is a comfortable flat which is in a perfect location for visiting family in the Southend area or exploring this part of Essex. The flat has a lovely view across to the River Thames estuary. The flat has two bedrooms with comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen, a clean bathroom with hot shower and a comfortable lounge / dinning room. The flat is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is parking for a small car with off road free parking for something bigger. The flat is easy to access with clear instructions for the key pad and with using the heating etc. The flat is in a good location for many tourist attractions in the area and within walking distance of local shops, pubs and the shore line. Trevor is a very helpful host who provided lots of information and advice prior to our visit. He was very understanding when we reported an minor accident to a furnishing and we resolved the issue amicably. Thanks Trevor and our apologies.

Fantastic little apartment minutes from all amenities. Very secure car park so I wasn't concerned for the security of my van overnight. The block is on a busy road and the traffic noise is noticeable if you are used to a quiet night. TV had all the apps so you can watch whatever you want to. Bar and grill directly below the apartment block does an amazing burger too. Will definitely book again next time I am working in the area.

The apartment was wonderful just how the pictures looked the host were all so helpful definitely will stay again beds where so comfortable the balcony was lovely could see the sea so peaceful

Anthony has an amazing Georgian house which is easily to get to from Sheerness train station The house is absolutely incredible and feels like you are stepping back in time.Anthony is very accommodating and is close by incase of any difficulties.

A lovely spotlessly clean property, had everything we needed with a great outdoor space. Loved how close it was to the beach and the shops, with great recommendations from Bernadette on nearby walks and restaurants. Would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Fab location, only 10 minutes walk to the sandy beach. Comfortable and cosy home for a family of 4 (11, and 14 year old). Equipped with everything we needed for a week's break. Able to park 2 cars on the street without any issues. Host was responsive. Camber is quiet itself so we went to historic Rye in the evenings or returned to the beach to watch the sunset!

We had a wonderful long weekend at High Knap. We really appreciated being just 2mins walk to the beach, the vast sea views and great walks along the sea wall.  The Rye Harbour Nature Reserve was just magical at dusk. The design vibe of the bungalow is great. There are wonderful views from every light-filled room. The kitchen is well equipped. The shower is great. The bed is comfortable.  Recommended. 

I can’t rate this place highly enough. Great location, beautiful house, well stocked with all the essentials and more. Marta was super helpful and quick to respond. We had such a lovely stay. We will return 🥰

I had a fantastic stay at Andy & Anne’s place! The location is absolutely stunning, with a peaceful lakeside view that made my mornings and evenings so relaxing. Sunset view was amazing .The hosts were friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect. It was the ideal getaway, and I’d definitely love to return. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a serene escape! :)

This was a beautiful location and property to spend quality time with family for our Dads 80th Birthday. The living area was amazing all in the same room but different seating areas. The bedrooms were large and comfortable, black out blinds, heard the owl and woodpecker in the mornings and saw horses in the field opposite, log burner was perfect for the cold evenings. Straight out the front door into the forest for long walks. I would definitely recommend to others.

Lovely relaxing weekend at the coast out of season. Very cosy place. Very short walk to the beautiful beach. Lots of thoughtful touches and very clear and helpful instructions prior to arrival. Sunshine even came out for us too!

This was one of our most memorable stays EVER! It was spacious and perfect for our party of five. The home is stunning and we felt like we were staying in a museum. An experience we will never forget. Rye is a lovely village and we enjoyed the location immensely. Highly recommend but just remember to duck, we all bonked our heads a few times.

We had such a lovely time at Sam's property. It was lovely and clean and the location on the High Street was perfect for all the pubs, restaurants and shops. Parking was great with the car park ony a stones throw away and just £2.50 per day, just like Sam had said. Really easy to get to all the seaside resorts and local attractions. Gorgeous place, thank you Sam

A beautiful flat. We have stayed in the area many times and this was the best place by far. We would definitely book again.

I am a heavy travellers . I stayed so many places before. Hotels or flats. Aniesha’s flat is like a five star hotel suite! Very modern and stylish. The building is only 1.5years old. Very clean and the location is very convenient just in front of railway station and near supermarket and shopping center. Lots of restaurants nearby. It makes me feel like home. Thank you Aniesha! Aniesha is a very nice host. I already look forward to coming back again! Wish a merry Christmas and Happy new year.
