We came here for a few days honeymoon and loved it. was a lovely little place and so peaceful. We loved the chicken, bee hives and birds that visit the garden. Comfy bed and everything we needed. We loved the hot tub too.

What a hidden gem of a place! We feel so lucky to have found Stable Oak Cottages and to have spent New Year there with our family celebrating our sons 18th. The place was gorgeous and the hot tub such a treat! The alpacas were great entertainment and the luxurious little touches from bath robes and sliders, to home baked bread and muffins were just wonderful. Highly recommend.

I didn't actually stay in Sundial Cottage, as Tori messaged me to say she was fully booked, but she found me another property just a few yards away. We stayed in The Hideaway, hosted by Holly, and it was lovely. A beautiful property, with two pubs you can walk to. There is a cafe really close by that we got breakfast from and it was delicious. The sandwiches and toasties also look amazing. I highly recommend The Hideaway, but hope to one day stay in Tori's cottage too. Thank you Tori and Holly for a wonderful stay.

We had a fabulous stay with family here.The kids especially loved the hot tub and table tennis.The kitchen was really well equipped so it was easy to cook and serve for a group…the beds were comfortable.Theres a shop in walking distance and the house is 2 minutes from the edge of the forest….took us 6 minutes to reach Lyndhurst.Came home very relaxed!Thank you for having us!

We had such a fantastic time in Jocelyn and David’s Air B & B with our 11 month old twins. The place is very child friendly with cots, highchairs and plenty of toys which our twins loved to play with. Everything is very cosy and comfortable (with comfy sofas and beds) and the kitchen is well equipped. Everything was also very clean. We also enjoyed having a glass of wine in the hot tub after we put our twins to bed. It is in a great location with plenty of great nearby pubs and walks. A big highlight was all the amazing gentle and friendly animals - horses, a donkey, and chickens to name a few which we and our twins enjoyed going to see every morning. We also thought Jocelyn and David were thoughtful hosts and very friendly. We would thoroughly recommend to families or couples. We hope to be back soon! Thank you Jocelyn and David!

Lovely weekend with friends. Beautiful location and the hosts were happy to provide suggestions on where to go etc and were very responsive. The croissants, jams, coffees etc were a lovely addition to our first morning!!🌞 Sue and Robert were also flexible with us leaving the car in the space after check out for a bit so we could go for a walk and make the most of the weather!

The bothy didn’t disappoint. Beautiful and peaceful. The cottage had everything you needed with a wood burner and hot tub which we enjoyed using . Chrissy was a great host , checking in to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay . I would recommend having breakfast at the potting shed and there also a lovely pub which is in walking distance. We had a lovely relaxing few days and wouldn’t hesitate recommending this beautiful place . We will be back !!!.

we had a wonderful stay at Keiths place. they went above and beyond, providing breakfast, milk, orange juice, and lots of other little touches that made us feel very welcome and comfortable. it's a beautiful cottage in stunning surroundings, and Keith was really helpful in explaining local walks. the hot tub was gorgeous, and they provided dressing gowns and towels which again made it feel more comfortable and welcoming than most other airbnbs that I have been to. we will be back, thanks so much to the wonderful hosts! Fijne woning. Afwerking van de woning van hoge kwaliteit. Het huis is schoon en zeer compleet met onder meer goede wandelkaarten van de omgeving, zeer goed uitgeruste keuken met een fijne voorraad aan verbruikszaken (olie, kruiden, bakpapier, vuilniszakken e.d.). Verder ook ruim voldoende handdoeken e.d.. Een uitstekend verblijf.

We had a wonderful stay at Louise's cottage. The cottage was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location was perfect, great walks and close to two beaches which the dogs loved. Louise was a great host, very helpful and friendly, made us feel very welcome. We highly recommend staying here and would love to come back in the future.

We had a wonderful stay here and didn’t want to leave. The cottage is very quirky, clean and comfortable. It is situated in a very quiet peaceful location with a short drive to local amenities. I would certainly recommend it and would love to stay there again

Firstly thank you Paul & Sarah for your directions. If you put the cottage post code in to your sat nav it will have you carrying out a U turn on the A31 so please note the directions given. The cottage is in a lovely location and was cosy, well furnished, well equipped and clean. The garden was lovely and great for our dogs but small dogs can squeeze through gaps in the fence (Paul is aware and is planning to block off any escape routes). There were fresh tulips and shortbread to greet us, which was a lovely touch, as well as lovely toiletries. Paul & Sarah were responsive to any queries or needs we had. There are lovely walks through the forest right on your doorstep. There is an outdoor hose for washing muddy footwear and paws. There are outside lights but the torch inside the cottage came in handy. We would happily recommend the cottage for a relaxing break.

It was a lovely stay at a beautiful cottage. The cottage was everything we hoped for a little two day get away. We spent time on local walking footpaths and getting to know the local pubs. Our recommendations are; The Falcon, Ye Olde Reine Deer Inn and The Blinking Owl over the road. The owners of the Blinking Owl were lovely hosts, really traditional English pub and great food from Sylvia! We spent our New Years Eve there and it was a lovely evening. Couldnt have asked for a better stay. Mary was super helpful and responsive on the run up to the stay. We hope to visit again soon.

Just returned from a delightful stay at Deer View Cottage in Blockley. Firstly, the location is perfect just a short walk form the centre of the beautiful village of Blockley and the cottage in a row of terraced houses is exactly as described and in the pictures, in keeping with the surroundings. Despite arriving in the evening, entering the cottage was easy thanks to the clear instructions given by the hosts and on entering the cosiness of the cottage quickly became apparent. Furnishings were good quality and in great condition and added to the ambience ensuring I felt very comfortable and able to relax shortly after arrival. The hosts have thought of everything that may be required during your stay with a full range of utensils and appliances (including cleaning products) in the beautifully laid out kitchen on the lower floor and towels and bedding already provided meaning you needn't bring your own. Only warning would be the narrow staircase but perfect for a cosy getaway cottage.

The cottage was very lovely and cosy, we felt at home! It was very tidy and clean. The garden is also lovely and has a nice view on the fields and horse. Ann and Bob are very friendly and interested in their guests, but respected our privacy as well. They also gave usefull information about things to do, where to park etc. We would recommend this cottage! The low ceilings might be a bit of a challenge to taller people, nevertheless they also contribute to it's charm. We had a lovely week!

2 Badgers Rest is worth its rating. Tina our host was helpful, let us know she was available but not at all intrusive. The cottage is clean and warm with good quality furnishings and super comfy bed. 5 Star throughout and we will look forward to another visit.

Fischer’s cottage is a wonderfully tranquil getaway in a beautiful part of Kent. The cottage was very comfortable, with everything we needed in the kitchen and a magnificent wood burning stove in the living room to keep us cosy on a slightly chilly Summer evening. The garden was a delight and allowed our two-year old daughter a great space to play. We even made use of the BBQ and outdoor wood-burning stove. D was so helpful with directions, recommendations of where to visit and which pubs and restaurants to eat at. We would certainly come back again.

I stayed at Andrew's place for a week with my husband and 3 year old son and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The open kitchen/lounge area works well with young children. The wood burner had a sturdy safety gate and all plug sockets had protective covers. It's well placed for visiting the local area. Plenty of national trust properties nearby and we drove the Heart of Kent route one day. Port Lympe zoo is also brilliant. Unfortunately, our son became ill during our stay so we had to cut our stay short by a couple of days. Despite that, my son hasn't stopped talking about our stay at Long Stable and will be booking a return stay in the near future. Marie, Oli and Alfie.

Stayed here for the weekend of our Wedding which was local. Absolutely wonderful location, lovely cottage, with a perfect Cotswold country feel. Really clean and well supplied amenities. Quite tricky to find but owners were so lovely and extremely helpful with communication and directions. Couldn’t fault our experience!

The most beautiful comfortable cottage to stay in whilst golfing at Sunningdale nearby. The decor very stylish and extremely comfortable beds. Rachel is hugely worthy of her Superhostess status. Kindly stocked the cottage with delicious goodies. Very welcoming and warm and accommodating to our arrival time. We would certainly wish to rent the cottage again. Thank you
