It is a simple but This but immaculate property with lots of thought to the detail. Well equipped and very cosy. Abbie was very responsive and transparent about a gas supply issue that was sorted out without problem. Would certainly return.

Gorgeous house and lovely location. Drive is tight but we have a big car and managed it absolutely fine. We had a lovely relaxing weekend there, we did some walks directly from the house and relaxed in front of the fire, which was exactly what we went to do! House was exactly as described and felt huge! The living room was very cosy, and it was great having the two log burners, and all bedrooms were very comfortable.

Our stay at the cottage was very pleasant, a beautiful location with a nice village within walking distance for pubs, food etc. The cottage itself is really well thought out, with lots of charm and cozy touches. We settled straight in after a long day exploring Wales and would definitely stay there again next time we are in the area.

It was beautifully presented and lovely and clean. Everything you needed for a break. It was smaller than expected but didn’t spoil the break at all. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely accommodation in an equally lovely part of the world. Deborah and Emma were swift to respond to any questions I had beforehand making our visit even easier. The Paddock is a wonderful property that manages to provide everything you could want and more with fantastic sized bathroom and bedroom. The outdoor area is nice and private, leaving just the amazing views to soak in whilst soaking yourself in the hot tub. The alpaca neighbours are a delight to have grazing right next to you and just add to how special this property is. The EV charger works brilliantly and means having an EV when wanting to travel a bit further a field is a doddle. We loved our stay and will hope to be back at some time

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming cottage! The place was cozy, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. A special thank you to Alex, who went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and enjoyable. Alex was incredibly helpful in guiding us to the cottage and ensuring we felt at home from the moment we arrived. One of the highlights was the amazing Stanley cooker—it added such a warm, authentic touch to our experience, and Alex was great at showing us how to use it. The heating kept us snug and comfortable throughout our stay, making it even more delightful. This cottage is a true gem, and with such attentive hosting, we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended! 🌟

Ideally situated if you want to explore the Roman history of Cirencester, in a quiet village with beautiful Cotswold countryside around. A spacious, warm houae ideal for a family gathering.

Stayed at Dan’s place for a couple of nights to relax and do some walking in the Malvern hills. Dan was very responsive with replies and went out of his way to accommodate everything we wanted, great hot tub and sauna with great view of the hills. We will be staying with Dan again. Thanks Dan for making us feel so welcome, excellent stay.

Beautiful property with everything we could possibly want. Felt completely at home, lit the fire which was wonderful. Very spacious. Very clean. Lovely furnishings. Elizabeth was there to meet us and show us where everything was. Fabulous location. Would happily return

We loved staying at Miranda and Alex’s place. The cottage was spacious and neat and the amenities were thoughtful and provided in adequate quantities. Miranda was an extremely helpful and generous host. She was kind enough to also bake us extremely tasty bread that we thoroughly enjoyed. All in all an enjoyable experience and we would certainly recommend this to anyone looking for a good base to explore nearby parts of Cotswolds. Look forward to staying here in the future.

Me and my parented stayed here for 3 months during my placement in the Swansea health board. What a lovely place to act as home for a little while. Stylish, clean and hosts are lovely. Plenty of space. The view is 10/10. We used the hot tub and sauna room as an add on, and we couldn’t have asked for a better space for our last night there - would highly recommend. Fabulous accommodation, clean, fresh, welcoming, luxurious and so relaxing. Perfect for our family break to rest and unwind. Facilities onsite were enjoyed and local area has so much to explore. Definitely recommend!

A lovely flat, beautifully decorated with big comfortable bed. The eggs, milk, butter and fresh bread that awaited us when we arrived was a lovely touch.

Peaceful location and clean, cosy accommodation. Ideal for our purpose which was researching properties in Chepstow. There is no kitchen so be prepared to travel to eat and the location is off the beaten track so use the what3words reference for accurate sat nav especially in the dark.

We had a lovely break away, the accommodation had everything we wanted and as described. It was easy and quick to walk into Bath centre while being in a very quiet street. Would recommend.

Amazing place, nice to go off grid and relax. Easy to get into town for a lovely meal and a walk around. Very quiet and nice surroundings, hosts were friendly and you have to try the perfumes from the hosts perfumery, absolutely stunning

We enjoyed a fantastic weekend at Tim's place, it was a perfect location for a short break. Very peaceful and beautiful setting, the cabin was just as described and exactly what we were looking for. Would definitely visit again.

What a gem!! We were looking for a relaxing couple of days away and that is exactly what we got. Amazing views, brilliant for bird watching, walking, or just chilling out. The outside space is great for the warmer weather, with a BBQ and fire pit in the garden and the decking area next to it, with a large table for dining and sofas for taking in the views. Inside we made the most of the log burner, which kept the lodge very cosy in the evening. Great stay, thank you Clive & Debra.

Dave is a fantastic host. We arrived fairly late from London, but he was on hand to welcome us. The cottage is set in beautiful surroundings right by the river, it has a log burner which kept the place nice and toasty, furthermore this added to the charm of the place. The place was extremely clean, spacious for a couple and a large dog! Internet was high speed and perfect for what we needed especially in the middle of nowhere. I would highly recommend a stay in this place, it's close to Snowdonia and the beach.

I highly recommend staying here! It’s perfect if you are looking for somewhere to unwind and relax. The hosts were amazing, very responsive and helpful. They really made us feel at home for the short time we were there. We would love to come back and will 100% recommend this to friends. 10/10
