This place is the perfect location to literally everything downtown Wilmington. It is louder bc you are in the heart of the city but that didn’t bother us one bit. Parking is about a block away. Place was just as described and I would stay again!

Great location right next to restaurants, bars and the beach. The condo was clean and comfortable and the patio was fantastic, would be perfect for summer stays. The hosts were responsive and we had everything we needed during our stay. We would definitely stay again!

Very unique lovely space. Very clean, it is a studio but she did a very good job of making it feel like there are separate rooms. Noise outside can be loud as described so we brought an extra white noise machine and it was fine. We biked downtown from the airbnb. Great stay!

The location and unit were perfect for 2 adults. The gym was really nice, which I hadn’t expected. Location was so convenient - Mayfaire is a fantastic area. Mary worked with us in the evening to address issues with internet that were resolved quickly. Will definitely visit again !

Great stay, location is directly in downtown. Missed the part about parking being separate, we would’ve unpacked by the door instead of walking with everything through the busy downtown area (but it worked out okay!)

Patricia's place is a Great Place to stay to enjoy all Wrightsville Beach has to offer. Walk across the street to public access to the Channel. Great kayaking and fishing in the channels. Short walk to the Beach, shops, restaurants and especially Ice cream. Neighborhood is very friendly and relaxing. Patricia and Don were Great. Very friendly and informative of the area. Definitely recommend staying there for a Great Vacation. Unit was very clean and had everything we needed.

The location was very short walking distance to restaurants which was good because after dinner it was pouring so we we glad we could just run the short distance. We did have to call to get on the internet. Apparently the router has to be reset with the company every so many days. They were helpful in getting that reset but should probably do that before guest arrive. We had to be there and on the phone with them in order to reset. That being said I would rent this place again.

We enjoyed our stay. It was in a great location downtown and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. There are two parking garages very close by if you can't park on the street in front of the unit. The place was comfy and had everything we needed. My only complaint was the city noise on Friday and Saturday night seemed very loud, but I'm a light sleeper so it may not bother others.

Close proximity to UNCW, which was my reason for choosing this AirBnB. Very reasonable accommodations for 1-2 people. Murphy Bed was very comfortable and restful sleep was had. Equipped with a full Kitchen as a part of the "studio" layout. Blackout shades were very nice to allow me to grab a nap during the day, when I needed it. There were K-cups for coffee, fresh towels/linens, and complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body soap which made the stay quite easy on my end. I met Sandy in the yard as I pulled in (as she was hard at work in the yard because she cares about her property) and she was so pleasant and kind. I would absolutely stay here again given the proximity to UNCW and good price-point.

Our stay was amazing, and Lisa was so helpful. I came to Wilmington for my birthday and the hotel I had originally reserved to stay in was just way below standard. I canceled my booking there and requested a booking with Lisa, and within the hour she had my booking confirmed and the place ready for me to check into. the Palm Hut is just amazing, so much thought and time went into building and decorating the unit. everything was so clean and tidy. the little porch was private and beautifully decorated as well. every time I went outside I saw something new. parking is a little tight if you have a huge vehicle like I do, (Yukon XL) but Lisa went out of her way to accommodate us so that we could comfortably park and get in and out. I'd give this place more than 5 stars if I could. between the amazing unit and the wonderful host, it deserves it!

Excellent stay close to downtown. Very walkable to many shops, restaurants and the river. Parking included was a nice bonus as parking in downtown Wilmington can be difficult. The apartment was very clean and the bed was comfortable with plenty of extra linens.

This place was a great stay! We only got to stay one night but we will definitely be back for a longer stay in the future! This place is a 1 minute walk to the beach- beach access is super easy and quick! We got to watch the sunset and sunrise which made our whole trip. This place was the perfect size for 2 couples and had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and respectful in communications. We will be back!

I totally enjoyed my stay there. Unfortunately I wasn’t there for pleasure and relaxation trip. It was last min and Brandon was a lot of help. Quick response and even called me to make sure I had no problems with getting in. I will use him again but hopefully I get to stay longer and really enjoy it. It was a beautiful place. Thank you for helping us Brandon.

Thorough check-in and parking instructions, and thoughtful amenities. Perfect location to attend a wedding at 128 South and explore downtown. Kathleen was a great host!

The home was absolutely beautiful and peaceful, quiet and relaxing. I couldn’t have asked for a better place for my son and I to stay for our golf trip.

We had a great stay at Denise's place in Kure Beach. She was friendly, communicative, and gave us great restaurant recommendations. As other reviews have mentioned, the amount of amenities were more than any other Airbnb I've stayed in. Air fryer, two types of coffee machines (drip and Keurig), olive oil, Tupperware, basic spices, extra toilet paper, tampons, games, puzzles, beach equipment, etc. - the list is endless, and they truly made it feel like home. In term of other features, the beds were firm but comfortable, and the view was outstanding. We could see the ocean (and dolphins!) from the sofa. The community rec center was also nice to have access to, especially in the winter. it was easy to pop by for a swim and squeeze in a workout. Keep in mind that the location is about a 10-15 min drive to where restaurants and bars are, so you're away from all the action but in a peaceful spot.

Chuck and Jennifer were super responsive and quick to help get the ac fixed during our stay. 100% recommend!

Tracy was very responsive to any questions we had. Sea Trails is a favorite place to stay. It’s very quiet and beautiful.

A quaint cozy and interesting place. She has collected lovely decor item that are beautifully displayed. Lisa very generously stocked the fridge and pantry with delicious foods that made it unnecessary for the most part to even go to the store for breakfast or snacks! It was too chilly to try the hot tub… maybe next time! 😁

Had a good stay at Ryan’s place. It’s on the 3rd floor (no elevator but Ryan was clear about this before booking). Right across from the pool club and easy access to the road to get to Sunset Beach. Ryan has really maximized the space with the beds set up. Couches were comfortable! Thanks Ryan!

The condo was great! Clean and beautiful! We loved the pools and being right on the beach. A great vacation spot!
