What an amazing place for our family getaway. We had three generations stay and everyone loved it! So much fun, so much for everyone to do, an incredibly well appointed, comfortable house. Beds and blockout blinds were awesome. Lots of time spent on the kayaks and in the water. Rachel is an exceptional host. Thank you! We hope to return.

We found Andrea’s house to be clean and homely with all amenities you could need. Kids loved going down to the river for a quick fish.

Amazing stay. Husband and 1.5 year old stayed 3 nights to escape renovations and the Fringe festival mayhem. The home is set on a large property which I would say is one of the Hills most beautiful. Peaceful surrounds, horses, goats and ducks to greet you in the morning and evening. Tastefully furnished home with high-end finishes in a luxe farm-house feel. Larger than expected, with loads of natural light. A perfectly maintained tennis court which we made good use of. Beds are comfortable, bed and bath linen is good quality, breathable. The home is quiet with the doors closed, flushed with calming natural sounds with the patio doors open. Block out blinds were perfect for our little one's midday nap. The host was kind, warm and accommodating when we barged in early by accident. She gifted eggs from the chooks, cherry tomatoes from the on-site veggie patch and everything you need in the cupboards to get comfortable. We are going back next weekend to escape the last week of the Fringe!

Lovely house in a great location, walking distance to town along the river track. Spacious enough for our group of 8 adults, the beds were comfortable and it had everything we needed for our getaway

We had lovely weekend, such a beautiful and cute space. i loved that the message came to you and had in the garden, it was such cosy environment would be great in winter. Loved the little things like music outside and cute fairy lights it just makes it so homey

From the moment we met Wilfried and Helen, we felt right at home. Chesterdale is exactly as pictured and Wilfried and Helen have thought of everything you may need to be comfortable, from the farm fresh eggs to the candle and wood fire set-up all ready to go. We wish we had more time to spend around the grounds seeing the beautiful surroundings so we will have to return another time.

we had a lovely stay. Tania and Cameron were great hosts and were very accommodating. the cabin has everything you need for a relaxing stay. we loved the cabin location, very peaceful and secluded with a great view. Great 4WD tracks that cater for all levels and had a lot of fun. Will be back to camp with kids near the river - campsites look great and spacious.

Our 2 night stay at "over the fence cabin" was exceptional. Our hosts were charming the attention to detail perfect and location, location, location !!!! If you are wanting to recharge the soul and get back to nature, we recommend this staycation and hosts. Minutes from Hahndorf and extremely private which is perfect for the beautiful claw bath placed perfectly on the deck.

We had an amazing two-night stay at this beautiful property on 72 Murrayview Rd, Tailem Bend. Lynton, the host, was incredibly friendly and cooperative, making sure we had a memorable experience. He took us to see the stunning River Murray and offered our daughter the wonderful experience of feeding a kangaroo every morning—something she absolutely loved! The property is also home to three alpacas and his friendly dog, Sammy, which made our stay even more special for the kids. The house itself is new, modern, and well-equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. We particularly enjoyed using the communal BBQ area, which was a great spot to relax. The location is fantastic. Overall, this was a perfect getaway for our family, with a great mix of nature, wildlife, and relaxation. Highly recommend for anyone looking to experience the beauty of the Murray River region! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had such an amazing weekend! Although our first day was a 42 degree day, the Cabn crew were absolutely wonderful! They allowed us early check in to turn on the air con and try cool the cabin down while we went for lunch, unfortunately it was just too hot and the cabin was like a sauna, I emailed the Cabn crew and they were amazing! Offered us to head around to one of their canvas cabins, it was beautiful! We filled up the outdoor bath with cold water which was so refreshing! And the air con was more powerful so cooled the room down enough for us to relax and get some rest. The next day was a lot cooler so we packed up and went back around to cabin Chloe, it was so peaceful and relaxing! Went for lunch, then had a wine tasting at the vineyard where the cabin was located, Tom the wine maker was awesome! Gave us a full tour and explained the process, my little boy loved playing with Alfie the 3 legged Kelpie! Watching the sunset over the vineyard was beautiful! Highly recommend!

Was SO nice to wake up to birds and kangaroos. Walking distance to the pub, good aircon, comfy bed, clean…✅😊
