Great house and place to base ourselves to explore Austin. Stayed with our young boys who loved the basketball hoop out the back and yard at front to play. Katy & Rick very friendly and helpful.

Our stay at Thuy's place was absolutely fantastic! The location was perfect, the space was clean and comfortable, and Thuy was incredibly responsive and helpful. We highly recommend their place!

This home was a wonderful place to hang out hats after a long day of travel. They had a beautiful backyard with a fire pit, and the inside was cozy for a game night. I would recommend this place to anyone!

The place was amazing, very comfortable for a family. Close to many restaurants and attractions. The pool was fun and the backyard patio was a great place to spend an evening together as a family. we enjoyed the house. Great place.

What a fantastic stay! Top to bottom would 100% recommend to stay at Zoel’s listing. In fact, I would say the photos do not do this beautiful home justice. Entire place was fully stocked with everything needed for our stay. Comfortable beds and couch. Clean kitchen and bathrooms. Zoel was nice enough to let me use his garage for one of our cars. The whole process was seamless and needless to say we were impressed. The open floorplan in the kitchen/living room/dining room helped to create a welcoming environment to enjoy time with family. Backyard is gorgeous and would be a great place to host a small get together. Not to mention this is a pet lover’s dream location. Huge backyard, room to play, and Zoel was very accommodating of our pets. Shout out for this great property and wonderful host who was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We will be back!!

This spot is in the best part of town, lots to do around it and many nice spots that are walking distance. The apartment is in a really nice complex and easy to get to.

Great apartment located in a fun, walkable, and easily accessible neighborhood in Austin. Close to amazing food, restaurants, shops, and outdoor activities. Our hosts had great recommendations listed, their studio was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Congress Ave is not far away and walkable. Parking is on the street but right in front of the studio so it's not an issue. Grind your own coffee beans in the morning, almost every style of brewing available in the kitchen! The bed is very comfortable. I would say the studio is perfect for 2 guests only.

Lisa’s place was great for our quick get away situation. Located in Austin close to our family is exactly what we needed. We return to Austin every year so it’s a peace of mind knowing this place is available. 5 starts ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I really enjoyed my stay at the Austin Sanctuary. The apartment is in a quiet area but near 6th & Lamar, so lots of dining and shopping options nearby. The space was clean and comfortable, and Jenny’s directions and tips were accurate and helpful.

This was the best birthday trip ever! Jaya was very responsive to messages and provided plenty detailed useful information. Her place was quiet and just steps away from breathtaking views. Perfectly located from the parking garage, elevator and pool/spa. We would definitely choose to stay again in the future.

We had a great stay at Kelsey's place. The condo was exactly as described and was in an excellent location. Kelsey was a wonderful host and a great communicator!

We loved our stay here! We had plenty of room and loved the big shower in the master bedroom.

Would highly recommend. Location was the best, you are two blocks from Rainey Street, so about 3 minutes walk. We went all over Austin, and the Lyft rides were no more then about $12 + $15 per trip. This place has the best of both worlds, you get to have a condo, but the lobby is like a hotel. 24 hours check in/check out, a coffee shop in the lobby, which is also a bar. Not an out of control bar, but a grab a glass of wine or tap beer kind of bar. The pool was perfect, never overcrowded, always had chairs or loungers open and fire pit going if it was slightly shady. Amenities were exactly as described, unit was clean, and the bedding/beds were the comfiest I have ever been on. Literally took pictures of all the tags so I could purchase for home. When we go back to Austin, we will be staying here again.

The condo was exactly as described and absolutely gorgeous. It was overlooking lake Travis, which you could see from the windows. The natural light was amazing. The atmosphere was serene and peaceful, just a nice change of pace from everyday life. Wendy was very sweet and responsive, and helpful and a great hostess. I definitely recommend.

I would recommend staying at the place. It is clean and centrally located too downtown. Everything was exactly as advertised.
