This was a gorgeous place - Nicer than I expected once we got there! Was torn between Airbnb and a hotel but so glad we did the house. Definitely not a party house which we were happy about/fine with for our group. Didn't feel like we missed Modernism Week since we were among the beautiful mid-century homes in the neighborhood. Heating the pool was a great recommendation and worth the extra expense. We spent 2 days just at the pool/using the hot tub. The guidebook was helpful for us who were first timers. Will be adding this place to our list for when we go back in hopes we can stay there again!

We enjoyed our time here! Easy to find, lots of grocery options nearby. The kids loved the pool- they’re 5 and 3. Vidal was so quick to reply and very helpful. The garage game room was a hit. The kitchen was well stocked too! Thanks for making our trip so easy!

We’ve stayed at Ryan’s place a couple of times now. It’s clear that they love their home, and have made it so comfortable for guests. It’s all in the details, from the pool furniture and towels, the comfort of the beds and sofa, the variety of kitchen supplies, through to the choice of shower products. It has become our home away from home when we are fortunate enough to visit Palm Springs.

This property is as described and has excellent space and amenties. The layout is great for a family with each of the 4 bedrooms separated and private. Pool and spa are very nice features. The property is modern and well maintained. Grocery and small shops within a few minutes drive.

Eric is genuinely an incredible host! Right from the initial booking to sending clear instructions and following-up to make sure we settled in well. He has a beautiful vacation condo nestled in a calm and peaceful location. All activities and tours can be arranged within a driving distance of 15-30 mins. Multiple stores and restaurants are in close proximity of the condo. Overall 10/10 for the condo, location and for the amazing host!

Thanks Amit - the house was clean, comfortable and exactly as advertised. The backyard is pretty private being on the teebox area of a golf course but the course is far enough away you didn't hear or be disturbed by golfers. the gated community made it all feel safe! Thanks for a great place to stay and base out of to golf all week!

Enjoyed our stay - comfortable home and beds. Had a plumbing issue one evening and John was very quick to arrange for a plumber to come fix it

With a lot of accommodations and service in the area, it’s as if you’re truly having a temporary getaway to bliss and peace. I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were very kind and helpful. The food was very good and prompt. Made new friends and enjoyed the holidays there.

Staying with Karen was delightful! The place was easy to find, we found the accommodations very comfortable, and Karen made us feel right at home! Really appreciated the 11am checkout time for a nice lazy morning.

Stop scrolling and book this place! What an Air "BnB" should be. Amazing breakfast provided every morning: HUGE and 11/10. No need to go out for breakfast. You choose your menu and time: WOW. There isn't any, "clean this, do that laundry, empty this, blah, blah" so common at Airbnbs now. Nancy does it. When you leave, you hand off your key, pack, and go. Stayed there with teenage daughter who slept on the couch that Nancy equiped with sheets, blankets, and pillows (also offered a futon). 10/10 The pool and hot tub are amazing (there is no "it's an extra $50 to use the hot tub" that is so annoying). She has a small dog, who is incredibly friendly and mellow, mainly follows her around, but is happy to be pet if you choose to. She has all the bathroom stuff you need available. This would be perfect for single, couple, or 1 child family. Bring your suit, don't worry about towels. Driveway spot for a car next to door. If you're looking in this area, book this place now.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Haunted Mansion, one of 11 quirky and unusual rooms at Hicksville. We appreciated the cleanliness of the room, the complimentary breakfast, communal hot tub, and various other amenities. The only thing that we’d recommend improving upon is better insulation for the ceiling. We could hear our neighbors walking on the ceiling throughout the night.

My first experience at a bed and breakfast… it was very cool! Freda is so kind, she felt like family. Beautiful, serene, and clean place, walking distance to all our favorite spots downtown and the beach. We love San Clemente and just found our spot!

Debra is a gracious host and we had a great stay with a comfortable room and our own bathroom with a cozy common area. The continental breakfast is a nice touch in true bed and breakfast fashion and it was centrally located and easy to get to things around town. Thank you again!

MJ and Mhykee are great hosts. They have a beautiful house and were very welcoming. We had the Asian themed room - it was beautiful. Mhykee also served waffles for breakfast, which was so very nice of him! Cannot thank them more for hosting us! Definitely recommended to stay at their place if visiting the area.

Spent the night at Beth’s is a comfy room. Very flexible with my undetermined time for a late check in—was watching tennis at Indian Wells. Super sweet to do a quick check of my room before I left to make sure I didn’t leave anything.

This is a quiet, comfortable room in a lovely space. The set up is thoughtful, with everything we needed. We were happy it was so convenient to the tennis tournament and enjoyed the nearby cafes and restaurants.
