After all this place is 5/5 based off the place. Daher was so kind and very responsive! The place is pretty true to the pictures. The rooms were very spacious and the bathrooms were well stocked with towels and toiletries. Pool fee was $45 a day. We definitely tried to go swimming during the winter, but it was quite cold. The hot tub warmed up really fast! Everything that you would possibly want was in the kitchen so me and my family were able to cook during our stay! We love the idea of the fire pit, but never got to use it. The grill was amazing to cook lots of food all at once! I love that the living room and the kitchen were all connected so we were able to always participate in each other’s activities and no one felt left out.

The house was very clean, comfortable with a lot of space. The pool and hot tub were fun along with the game room. Hosts were gracious and cared about our stay. Location in La Quinta was close to the places we like to go.

Charming and unique 3-level cabin built on a steep hillside that feels very private and secluded. Very roomy for our party of 6. The king size beds were very comfortable, cabin was well furnished. Loved that theatre room! Living room is very inviting gathering place with nice wood fireplace. Lot’s of outdoor deck space to hang out, too. Easier to find home from lower cul-de-sac entrance. Use upper driveway entrance from highway to avoid stairs but may be intimidating with steep and curvy turns. Shelley is an excellent and communicative host. Great location only a 5 min drive from town.

John’s place is a lovely respite! He understands good hospitality and has stocked the kitchen with absolutely everything you could want. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, fire pit and beautiful, private back yard. All three of the beds were very comfortable with high end linens. We found the location close to shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend!!!

We had a wonderful holiday at Bills home. The Palm Springs location is great - quick drive from the airport, lots of grocery stores nearby, and downtown is very close. The backyard was a private oasis that we were reluctant to leave. Bill was responsive and helpful when needed. We can’t wait to come back!

We Are a group of friends that travel well together and this place was a delightful find! The outside area was so well equipped and kept up beautifully. I highly recommend this little oasis.

By far the best experience we've ever had with air bnb or vrbo. Eduardo & Armando's home in Palm Springs is exactly as listed. We stayed as a family of 4 with another family of 3. There was plenty of space for us all, the pool and outdoor space was incredible. We had the best time. And above all else, Eduardo and Armando went way above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. They even ordered a mattress for the pack and play for our baby to sleep more comfortably. To say they are the best hosts would be an understatement. Their communication and level of effort and care was incredible. We will definitely be looking to stay with them again next time we come to Palm Springs.

We thought Dianne’s place was very comfortable, sparkling clean, and she has great taste in decorating. The pool area was delightful, the flowers, towels, and pink pool flamingos made the pool area fun and inviting. Dianne was a very gracious host, providing a charcuterie board, champagne, and a well appointed kitchen. The location was very accessible to many activities in the area. Thank you!

Beautiful and peaceful location with a great view of the mountains. The neighborhood is quiet so this a great place to get away from the hustle and relax. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The house is also very well equipped.

The Blue House was perfect for our group, a sense of open space, and not cluttered. Loved the interior design. And, loved the outdoor space, huge open yard, privacy, beautiful view, great morning breakfasts outside and evening chats around the fire pit. The narrow kitchen space could get crowded, but, we navigated that. The beds were very comfortable. We definitely want to come back.

Sandra’s place is amazing. It’s perfectly located giving you easy access to town as well as multiple trails for hiking. The hot tub is great, fireplace is easy to use…. The place is perfect. She’s also thought of everything. From leaving flashlights, head lamps, dog poop bags, lint rollers… anything you need, it’s there. I highly recommend staying with Sandra!

Thank you so much for a great stay in Indio. This home is wonderful. The beds are very comfortable and all of the furnishings are what they need to be. We esp enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor fireplace. Chris, the building manager is a star. He helped us out with a smile. We would 💯 book again. 😊

Very pleased with our stay here. We wanted a peaceful and private pool to enjoy the sun and warm weather and this home delivered. The backyard was larger than expected and it felt very private. While we had some concerns that proximity to the airport might be noisy, this proved not to be the case and the home and yard were perfectly peaceful.

Great place to stay. Booked for 8 of my friends for a golf trip and it was perfect. Very close to airport and golf courses. We had an issue with a beeping sounds when we first arrived but Eddie the property manager came by and took care of it quickly. Would book again

The place was great for my 5 day stay in Palm Springs! Plenty of room for my extended family to join me for 2 1/2 days. The local host was very communicative and met me at the home, gave a quick tour, and was flexible on my arrival time. She also gave me a couple of recommendations of things to do and a family-friendly place to eat. Very friendly. The home is very cozy, was clean, and plenty of room. I definitely recommend Cindy's place!

Ian's home was perfect for our last minute family getaway. His home was tucked away in a very quiet residential area that backed up to the beautiful mountainside with a paved walking path and trail that we took every morning to begin our day. The home layout was plenty of space for our family of five allowing privacy in each of the bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable. The well stocked kitchen had plenty of countertop space to allow for meal prep everyday along with brand new appliances with the latest features. We enjoyed coffee every morning poolside with the comfortable outdoor furniture while taking in the sun, and natural beauty. The family room was a treat with the 85 inch TV that became our own personal home theater every evening with couches you could fall asleep in. Ian was extremely response and answered any questions we had. Ian was also proactive and helped out with a few questions we had regarding the pool heater, filter.

Our family had a great stay for Spring Break. The place was spacious, clean, and a great location with easy access to stores, restaurants, etc. Most mornings were spent on outings while afternoons were spent in the pool/backyard, which our kids couldn't wait to get back to. Adrian was communicative with great instructions and nice to work with.
