Great place to stay. The bed in the master bedroom really needs replacing. Master closet was clean but smelled. But in general it was great. We needed to ship several things for our project but had to ship elsewhere b/c no shipping allowed.

Flor and Dianna were great host from the beginning. I loved the place and felt at home. We were in the process of moving to the area from our off state and Dianna offered her assistance. Great host and great place. Very peaceful neighborhood day and night. Thank you for allowing my family to stay in your home.

We have stayed at this house several times and absolutely love it! It’s the most amazing location on a great street with easy access for early morning beach walks. We will most definitely be staying again soon!

Super calm place, it is as described, super spacious and with everything you might need during your stay. Just 10 min drive to Mayo Clinic, this was very convenient for our trip. I highly recommend this place.

Great communication. Was in need of extending our stay, no problem whatsoever. Great location. Will definitely be staying here again next time we are in the area.

Konti is truly a super host and was so responsive to any of my questions or requests. The home was just as pictured and had all of the amenities you could need. We had a wonderful time and I will absolutely stay with him again!!!!

This place was perfect for our Jax getaway. The space was able to accommodate my family of 3 without any problem. We had a few questions before & during our trip and the response were always quick!!! The community amenities (specifically the pool 😁) were added bonuses for our preteen. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Amazing please! Located in the town of San Marcos beautiful sunsets down the block and close to everything!! The space was clean! Super comfy beds and everything was perfect!

Marisa has had been great to communicate with and responsive. She was a great advocate for making sure our packing space was for us. The room was wonderfully decorated and very welcoming!

Kevin’s place was truly wonderful! The apartment looked just like the photos. The space was very clean and decorated beautifully! I also very much enjoyed reading about the history of the home during our stay. The host provided complimentary snacks and waters as well which was very much appreciated. Check in was very simple and the host was great with communication. Would for sure recommend Kevin’s place to those visiting Jacksonville!

My friend and I were in town visiting a friend at Baptist Medical Center. The proximity was great and the neighborhood was a great place to unwind after long days at the hospital. We had some changes during our stay and Jim and Jorge were so accommodating and helpful. The apartment was stunning and so very comfortable. Prior to this apartment we stayed at another of theirs and it was equally beautiful and comfortable. I wish I could give them more stars!

We had a great time! We came for a concert at VyStar and enjoyed having a place that was close by so we could all hang out afterward.

What a beautiful gem this home was, tucked away in a quiet,charming neighborhood within walking distance of St. Augustine's historic district. The morning view of the sunrise over the marsh right across from the home was a breathtaking and soothing site to see from the cozy porch. The home retained its vintage appeal with a touch of modern accents such as spotlights, plasma screen tvs, and outdoor shower overlooking bamboo forestry. Beds were so comfortable and home had all amenities such as towels, cookware, iron, etc. Courtyard was so expansive and kids loved playing there. Highly Recommend :-)

This place is absolutely lively. A real home from home. Great location close to downtown but still quiet. The place is very light with so many windows. It was spotlessly clean overall when we arrived with plenty of fresh bedding and towels. Perhaps the only tiny criticism was that the cleaner had not done the inside of the fridge but that is being a little picky. (it only took a minute to fix). I would love to go back again. overall definitely 5 star.

Wonderful historic home and beautiful property. We had the pool heated for our entire stay to fully enjoy the tropical back yard which is every bit as good as in the photos. Walking distance to shops and restaurants in Avondale makes it quick to grab a bite to eat. The master has a lovely little veranda although the French doors and proximity to the street can let road noise in. The home is furnished with everything you need plus extra touches like fruit, coffee and fresh flowers from Angela. The house was especially clean upon arrival. We enjoyed our stay.

This home and property is absolutely spectacular. The home is beautiful and the lake on the property is breathtaking and peaceful. This place is a 10 out of 10 if you are looking for a peaceful and gorgeous getaway with friends or family and very close to downtown St. Augustine.
