It is a great place to stay. It's very peaceful, private and comfortable. it's great to enjoy nature. There's view from all the spaces of the house. It's very clean and everything is good quality so it's a pleasure to just stay, cook, relax, and use the amenities. We could feel the love put in everything detail of the house. We definitely recommend it and would love to come back.

This place was all it appeared to be and more. Although I never needed to call on Jesse I knew from her communication if there were any issues they would be sorted straight away. I will definitely go back.

Chantelle is a conscientious host , always responsive and trying to accommodate our requests. Thank you so much Chantelle! Her place is a vintage home and we had the feel of the yesteryears while staying there. The kitchen was stocked with oils and sauces and tea bags and sugar sachets. Really all the basics were covered which I don’t see in all places. Checking in and out was super easy. Beautiful and peaceful neighbourhood. There was a wonderful restaurant called Food Factory just across the road within 5 minutes walk.

We had such a wonderful stay in “The Cottage”. Andy was such a gracious host and super responsive! We had a small leak in the washing machine and Andy was there within 2hrs and had it all fixed! The location is so beautiful and calm. We walked the gardens every night with our 6 month old and saw so many birds. Kitchen was fully stocked. There isn’t a dishwasher, but there is a drying rack for washing dishes which isn’t too bad. Swimming pool is just beautiful. We are looking forward to coming back again!

Peaceful, homely and unique stay. Our son and dog absolutely loved the place and it’s a great place to escape the busyness of life and reconnect with nature and each other. Tessa was quick and friendly and the check in process was simple. It’s a lovely area and community and the church is unique and fully equipped to cater perfectly to families, couples and pets :) we will be back! Thank you Tessa and family x

This is an actual paradise, you could mistake yourself for being on a tropical island overseas. Completely private, peaceful and the Island is stunning. Very easy to access also via the ferry from Brooklyn. We will be back for years to come.

We had a lovely time at Stephanie's cottage. It was very peaceful on her property and feeding the horses was an absolute highlight for us and the kids! Although the cottage is right next door, it still felt very private. Stephanie was a great host! I would highly recommend her place to anyone looking for a peaceful, rustic stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Josette's charming Airbnb, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was amazed by the stunning surroundings. The property is nestled in a picturesque setting, surrounded by nature, which instantly made me feel at peace and rejuvenated. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring I had everything I needed for a fantastic stay with a gift on arrival. One of the highlights was enjoying my morning coffee on the lovely outdoor patio, relaxing in the garden. The area also offered plenty of opportunities for exploration, with beautiful beaches, trails and charming local shops nearby. If you're looking for a serene getaway in a delightful setting, this Airbnb is a great choice.

Very few places exceed my expectations, the Mud Brick Hut was one of them. I was looking for something private ✅ quirky ✅ with a fire ✅and bath ✅. You feel like you are a million miles away, where in fact. 15 minute drive has you in Nth Richmond. It was raining, we loved the space so much we didn’t want to leave. We spent hours around the fire playing guitar, and then raided the games and spent an afternoon playing chess! Fiona’s place. Is rustic and full of charm and stories. The upstairs loft space is huge- with comfy bed and quality linens. Fiona is super nice, helpful and just lovely host . The little town of Grose Vale is cute and I would love to explore more one day. I definitely would recommend The Mud Hut. Thankyou Fiona!

We had a fabulous time at Carla’s place! It had everything we needed for a girls weekend away. The location was great, super close to the beach and we went down for an early morning swim and a coffee which was perfect 👌 I would highly recommend Carla’s place.

We had an incredible stay! The place became our home for 4 weeks. We would start our morning with a coffee in the sun-filled backyard, take the boards to the beach, visit the many coffee shops & restaurants surrounding the place. After a big day, we were always so excited to come back, relax and have a drink in the afternoon sun. It was so relaxing! We were sad to leave, but excited to get back asap! Marie was a sweetheart and made our stay super special. I would recommend this place to everyone, it truly is an amazing spot!

This was our second time staying at this wonderful Airbnb, and once again, we had a fantastic experience! Our family loved the short, flat walk to the beach and arboretum — it’s perfect for easy trips back and forth. Our 4-year-old daughter was thrilled with the selection of toys, books, and arts and crafts, which kept her entertained for hours. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Communication with our host, Suzi, was both professional and friendly, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The cottage is thoughtfully set out with a kitchen that has everything you could possibly need, lovely ceramics and good quality pans, fresh flowers from the garden, as well as locally made sourdough bread, honey, butter, milk and eggs from local hens - such a treat. The surrounding gardens are wonderfully peaceful. Alex and David were great hosts, warm and friendly. This is a lovely place to stay when you need a break from the city.

Absolutely adored our stay at Janelle’s. Was a perfect idyllic getaway with family. The space was open and homely with lots of thoughtful touches. Lots of spaces throughout the house to unwind and relax. Full amenities made cooking and food prep a breeze. We loved our stay and would definitely go back! 😁

Birdsong Cottage was a lovely spot to relax over summer. Easy walk to the beach and great location. The beds were super comfortable and house had lots of character with Jan’s trinkets and mementos. Jan was a great host and very responsive.

What a wonderful Airbnb experience this was, Paul’s place was sparkling clean, comfortable, well located, and communication was efficient with a late check out allowed. This was our second time in Avalon and we will definitely look to stay here in the future when visiting again.

We had a fantastic stay here. Deborah was the perfect host. The home is actually bigger than it appears in the photos. It was spacious, immaculate and had everything we could have needed. The location is great with a short walk to the Grumpy Baker for delicious pastries and coffee. We also had a wonderful dinner at Melange Restaurant just across the road from the bakery. Being able to walk down the road to Eden Equine to feed the animals was an absolute highlight. Our daughter was made to feel very special by Kaitlin there and the experience was so much more than we had expected. A must do! Would highly recommend this Airbnb and would definitely return next time we show friends Bilpin and surrounds.

Wonderful! First of all, Marie was so so kind and helpful when we messaged asking for a last minute booking: within an hour we found ourselves in the cleanest, most homey, welcoming space! Great quality was throughout: from the amenities to the finishes to the fluffy soft towels, this is what an Airbnb should be. Surrounded by peaceful greenery but close to everything you need.
