Ήταν ένα θαυμάσιο σπίτι που ικανοποιούσε τις ανάγκες μας. Ο Dario, ήταν πολύ φιλικός και φιλόξενος και είχε προνοήσει για όλα όσα χρειαζόμαστε. Ενδιαφέρθηκε και κατά τη διάρκεια της διαμονής μας, αν τυχόν είχαμε ανάγκη. Είχε φροντίσει να υπάρχουν βασικά αναλώσιμα για το σπίτι, κάτι που δεν το συναντάς συχνά. Όλα τα δωμάτια ήταν ευρύχωρα με όλα τα απαραίτητα. Η θέα από τον 9ο όροφο ήταν καταπληκτική και σίγουρα θα απολαμβάναμε τα μπαλκόνια αν ο καιρός ήταν πιο κατάλληλος. Η περιγραφή του σπιτιού και οι φωτογραφίες ήταν ακριβώς όπως και στην πραγματικότητα. Σίγουρα δεν έχω κάτι αρνητικό να πω.

The appartment was exactly as we expected by the pictures! It was very hot, but there were two aircos to help us with that. Very smooth check in and out, lovely host!!

Die Wohnung ist super sauber und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Wir waren eine Woche da und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alessia antwortet immer sehr schnell und ist sehr hilfsbereit! Das einzige Problem war tatsächlich die Parkplatzsituation. Es gibt keinen privaten Parkplatz, dafür ist an der Straße kostenfreies Parken möglich. Leider mussten wir öfter lange nach einem Parkplatz suchen. Trotzdem empfehlen wir die Unterkunft!

Muy buena ubicación, cerca de la estación. El apartamento es muy acogedor y cuenta con todas las facilidades para cocinar. Lorena estuvo atenta a mis mensajes y y contestaba rápido. Muy recomendable

L’ alloggio ha tutte le comodità, pulito e arredato con cura. La posizione è ideale trovandosi nelle vicinanze della stazione ferroviaria e dal centro di Moneglia. Assolutamente da apprezzare il posto auto in box.

Gianni has one of the most amazing homes in Parma. The location could not be more central, and he did an amazing job of helping me check in and provide amazing local recommendations. If ever in a Parma, I would love to stay here again. Immaculate place with every for a comfortable stay. WiFi was huge for me and working. Gianni, I wish you the best, and thanks for being a wonderful host!

We had a great stay at Pier Paolo’s place. The apartment is in a quiet area, but still pretty close to center of the city. We were able to walk everywhere in max 15 minutes (and that was with an 8 year old and an elderly mother)! Would recommend to anyone…especially those bringing along their pup as well!

Host gentile e disponibile, casa perfetta, munita di molti comfort e molto vicina alla stazione. Ci si muove comodamente a piedi, nel caso Savona è a 5min di macchina. Ambiente rilassante, sia in casa sia nella piccola città. Super consigliato!

Ugo è stato incredibile, è stato proprio come essere a casa, di una disponibilità e una gentilezza rare. L'alloggio è superlativo, pulito, con tutti i confort e comodissimo da raggiungere. Consigliatissimo

Beautifully decorated flat a short walk from the main street in Lucca. For being in such a central location, it was generally quiet location. Bed is comfortable, but quite low to the ground. Bathroom is city-sized, but shower is quite large. Beautifully colored tiles in the bathroom - a few tiles from the shower pan were missing, but not uncomfortable as tiles are quite small. Kitchen is lovely with a very large stainless sink, although some of the cookware has seen better days. Flat was very clean. Check-in is via lockbox, so never met Salvatore (host) in person. He provided great recommendations for restaurants and a couple of wineries to visit in the Lucca area, and walking very responsive throughout our stay. It was nice having the elevator as the flat is on the top floor of the building. Would recommend.

Our stay at Adelina's and Simone's place was a very pleasant one. The building itself is gorgeous - a historical palazzo - and the apartment perfectly matches the description. Adelina was a wonderful host, always friendly and proactive and gave us a lot of local recommendations. The apartment is in Genoa historic city center and near a lot of restaurants and commerces (can be a little noisy at night but it didn't bother us). Overall, a very nice place, we recommend :)

Michela and the apartment were wonderful . The location was close to everything and walkable. Michela was very responsive and offered great restaurant, most of which we tried. One restaurant we visited more than once and the staff recognized us which is nice when you are a traveler/tourist. Finally, we spent more time in Parma than planned because the city is beautiful and full of life with lots of places to see and restaurants to try. Well worth the trip!

My month-long stay in Genova was made amazing because of Matteo’s place. Matteo and his family gave me a warm welcome when I arrived. The apartment is very comfortable, beautiful, in a great centralized location, and it has everything you need. Shops and restaurants are all within walking distance. Important sights and the Porto Antico are also walkable from there. It truly has everything you could want. It is located inside of a beautiful Palazzo that is charming and safe. And Gaettana helped to keep my place clean with fresh linens and towels frequently. I highly recommend staying here, and I’m so grateful for this experience. I can’t say enough good things about my stay.

Lovely apartment in Genoa, well equipped with everything you need for your stay. Having a kitchen stocked with a few things like water, basic cooking condiments and tea and coffee makes an Airbnb stay so much more convenient for us so those details don’t go unnoticed!!

Without a doubt an extremely refined and beautiful place to be. This villa has been in Silvio’s family for a while and the thought and care that continuously goes into making it beautiful inside and out is extraordinary. We had a short but wonderful time and won’t soon forget it. Recommended for a memorable occasion.

The house was beautiful and more magical with the surrounding vineyards in the fall! You are enveloped by Moscato d’Asti grapes in 360 degrees. The house sits on the slopes of vineyards and it is so peaceful…the perfect way to unplug, without being totally inaccessible. We used it as a home base and traveled to Alba for the international truffle fair and to Torino for some good eats and sightseeing. But to be honest, we didn’t need to leave and would have been happy with 5 straight days in the house. For one of the evenings, we had dinner prepared by a private chef Joseph of Bevino. He made the most wonderful 6-course dinner with wine pairings from his personal cellar. Overall, It was the best way to experience Italian wine country! Make sure to take a car with you so that you can remain mobile and have the opportunity to explore all the pretty towns surrounding the house, including Cossano Belbo and Santo Stefano Belbo. We plan to return.

A perfect location in Viareggio - three streets away from the sea and two streets from the main shopping street in the other direction. It was a perfect choice for the holiday we wanted and needed - amazingly quiet in the house. The air conditioning was really good - and very useful when we arrived in 30C heat. All in all we had a fabulous ten day holiday there - and wished we could have stayed longer. Grazie mille Pamela

Wo sollen wir nur anfangen? Alessandro... wir sind schon drei Tage weg und schwärmen noch immer von Ihm und seiner Unterkunft. Der Service und die Annehmlichkeiten sind nicht selbstverständlich für uns gewesen. So etwas einzigartiges, in dem Umfang so noch nicht erfahren. Wir hatten uns bei Anreise sehr verfahren, da wir uns auf google maps verlassen mussten um noch einen kleinen Umweg zum Supermarkt zu machen. Er hat keine Sekunde gezögert u uns mitten in der Pampa abgeholt. Alessandro hat jedoch eine grossartige Beschreibung beigefügt. Mit der wäre es nicht passiert 🫣. Ein Vermieter der dir kostenlos Holz nach liefert... das ist nicht selbstverständlich und eigentlich nicht nötig. Gerne hätten wir es bezahlt. Unfassbar.Wir hätten theoretisch nichts gross einkaufen müssen. Irgendwie war für alles gesorgt, was wir so auch nicht kannten in diesem Umfang. Tag der Abreise kam eine süße Nachricht, wir dürfen uns gerne Zeit lassen... wow ? Alessandro bleibt in unseren Herzen!!!!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genommen. Angefangen vom Checkin verlief der Aufenthalt reibungslos. Das Apartment lädt abseits von vielen Menschen zum Entspannen und wohlfühlen ein. Zu zweit ist wirklich mehr als genug Platz geboten. Die Wohnung empfanden wir als sehr sauber und gepflegt. Den Pool konnten wir leider aufgrund der Temperaturen nicht testen. Für uns war kein Wunsch offen. Supermärkte sind super mit dem Auto innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, da wir abseits von der Stadt wohnen wollten. Zum Meer haben wir meistens je nach Stelle so 20 Minuten Fahrzeit- einfach perfekt.

I recently stayed at this beautiful Airbnb property with a large group, and we had a fantastic time. The place was spacious and perfectly suited for our needs. The kitchen was impressively well-equipped, making it easy for us to prepare meals together. We also loved the stunning garden, which would be a perfect spot to relax in during sunny weather. Unfortunately, it rained during our visit, but we’re definitely planning to return in the summer to fully enjoy everything this lovely place has to offer! Highly recommend it for any group getaway.
