Very nice flat, fully matching the description and pictures, with a nice sea view. It was spotlessly clean on arrival. Estelle was very responsive to all our enquiries and we were warmly welcome by Jean-Luc. Everything was perfect.

Wir haben schon einige Airbnbs gebucht, aber Bryan und Sara haben mit ihrem Airbnb besonders heraus gestochen. Sie waren die freundlichsten, zuvorkommendsten und hilfsbereitesten Hosts, die wir je hatten. Sie standen uns nicht nur mit Rat und Tat bei allen Aktivitäten zur Seite, sondern halfen uns auch bei allen Anliegen rund um die Unterkunft und den Aufenthalt. Besonders für Gäste, die auf einen ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub in der Toskana Lust haben und dabei authentisches italienisches Flair genießen möchten, ist diese Unterkunft perfekt. A beautiful home, a little like living in an art gallery. The views and sense of place are very authentic, and Sandra was always available to answer any query we had.

Situé dans le quartier paisible du petit port de Cadimare, le logement est atypique et très sympathique. Nous avons même pu profiter de la terrasse en ce début novembre ! (attention, pour l'accès :escalier étroit en colimaçon). Maria a été parfaite :hyper réactive, très à l'écoute. Pour les personnes se déplaçant en transport en commun, prendre en compte que les accès se font grâce à des escaliers. Arrêt Cadimare P.Ta Ferro, ligne 11 ou P depuis Garibaldi.

Fabulous location in old Nice, right next to the market and steps from the beach. You could not ask for a better situated flat. Everything in the flat was clean and spacious. A great stay!

Lovely apartment with beautiful sea view, waking up each day to watch sunrise from bed is a must! The apartment is spacious and very clean. We really enjoyed staying here for 3 weeks. Thanks to Giulia for providing the new washing machine on demand, it helps those who need long staying.

We had a fantastic stay at Heidi’s place. It was spotless and had everything you could possibly need on hand. The view of Salis Beach, the Mediterranean and the mountains was incredible and the location is walking distance to the old town and all of its amenities. We had daily hikes up into the Garoup and walked in to town to the movies (VO), brasseries and holiday shopping. We had a vehicle for exploring and were able to easily make trips into Nice, Vence and Valbonne.

Vassil and Stephanie’s home is beautiful. As soon as we walked into the living room and looked down over the port, we were so happy. It really does feel like home. We liked to sit on the balcony, drink coffee and watch the oranges come loose from the tree. Their furniture is stunning and it is beautifully decorated. We are a youngish family and enjoyed walking up and down the hill and it only takes about 20 mins to walk into the flower market. The kitchen is well equipped and it was nice to have things like olive oil already available for our baguettes. The shower is hot and strong = perfect. Truly cannot find one fault. I said this in my first review after our first stay...WOW! And I'll say it again...WOW! Jack's place was wonderful and we enjoyed our second stay just as much as our first stay! The location is great. Close to town and to the train station so it made it very easy to get around and see all the French Riviera has to offer. The view from the large terrace was spectacular, so spectacular that we almost didn't want to leave the terrace at all. Jack is a fantastic host and was very responsive. The check in process was easy. The apartment is very clean and had everything we needed. We're looking forward to our next stay there!

We spent the month of February at Paul’s place. Paul was there to greet us upon arrival. He was warm and welcoming and gave us clear directions regarding all aspects of the apartment. The apartment is beautiful but it’s really the view that that makes Paul’s place outstanding. The location was perfect for us - 5 minute tram ride to La Vielle Ville or 30 minute walk up La Promenade des Anglais (which as retirees was great). Finally Paul was a very accommodating host changing our departure date twice. We highly recommend staying at Paul’s place!

L’appartement est très bien situé, une superbe vue sur les toits de Nice, près de deux églises dont une qui sonne à 7heures. Nadia a répondu à toutes nos demandes nous avons pu arrivées plus tôt et partir plus tard que prévu un grand merci à elle. Tout est très propre.

beautiful apartment in nice, directly beside Promenades des anglais! Fun location to walk everywhere. Bring running shoes. The apartment is on the 4th floor- no elevator so be ready to climb. Inside it is really nice. No parking but one next to it- expensive but convenient. Kitchen is well equipped, rooms are great with a steam room also a bonus. On of the shower had a issue with drainage but was fixed.
