We loved our stay! The location is beautiful and just steps away from the ocean. Jorge was very attentive and had great recommendations!

Stefania's place is as seen in the pictures, and things work as expected: the AC in the bedroom works well; kitchen is fully stocked; Internet is fast; a jug of drinking water was provided. The outdoor patio is really nice, especially in the morning as the sun is coming up, and in the evening when the temperature cools off. The location is close to restaurants and the Ultramar ferry terminal for a trip to Isla Mujeres. The bedroom has air conditioning, but the main unit does not. It wasn't an issue for us, as a nice ocean breeze came in through the windows and back-door when we were there. It really helped to keep the front-door open. The room was warm but not hot. As others have noted, there can be loud noise from car speakers and loud motorcycles later in the evening.

My two retired adult children and I had a very pleasant stay. The room was comfortable and clean and well-provided with a good view of the beach. Email communications from the managers prior to our visit and during were clear and helpful and welcoming. The only downside for us is that our larger family who were gathered for a wedding were housed at other locations nearby, and because of the restriction preventing us from hosting persons not staying in our building it was difficult for us to connect with family. The convenience store across the street was convenient. And the small cantina/restaurant directly across the street worked very well for breakfasts, lunches/dinners, and drinks.

Das Appartment ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber wunderschönn mit einer gigantische Aussicht auf das Türkis blaue Meer. Es hat alles was man braucht. Sogar einen Wasserspender war auf dem Zimmer. Balkon, Pool,… alles top! Können wir sehr empfehlen! Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt

Very relaxing place to stay! We loved the pool and easy access to the beach with showers to wash off before coming back from the beach. The view of the ocean and the lagoon from the condo were beautiful, allowing you to see both the sunrise and sunset. Highly recommend The Caribbean Galleon restaurant just a short walk away from the condominium (Cash only). We would definitely return!

So happy we booked this unit. Very spacious , clean and amazing view from the bedroom and living room window. We left wishing we had stayed longer. The amenities ( kitchen/ in unit washer and dryer/ safe/ tv/ full size dining table/ balcony ) made it very convenient! The gym is right below and although small we were up early and able to enjoy. The air conditioning worked extremely well and having blackout curtain made it easy to sleep at night. Overall we were extremely impressed with how clean the building/grounds and pool were. Stunning beach that was very well cared for daily and lots of huts available and fresh beach towels every day. Good security on the property . Overall we were very impressed. Segunda vez quedándonos en una de las propiedades de Paola, tuvimos una gran experiencia de nuevo, estaba muy agradable la decoración, la zona era muy tranquila de noche, el acceso a la playa fue el mayor atractivo pero lamentablemente había sargazo cuando fuimos, el guardia siempre fue muy amable. De la casa no tenemos ninguna queja, solo el aire de una recámara no enfriaba mucho pero de ahí en fuera todo bien. Al fin fuimos a la cafetería de Paola y está muy rico el pan, no pierdan oportunidad de ir. Y las recomendaciones de club de playa y restaurantes fueron muy buenas. Rentamos un tour y un automóvil a través de Paola y fue de gran ayuda. Sin duda volveremos de nuevo :)

Carolina’s place was the perfect combination of having everything we wanted in a place to stay and being close to downtown Cozumel when we wanted see the sights. There was more than enough space for the two of us, from the spacious master bedroom with an amazing view, to the fully stocked kitchen and sitting area. We were outside more than in, either soaking up the sun, relaxing in the pool, or taking the ladder down fight into the ocean. We had planned to take snorkel tours during our visit, but the underwater life right in front of Casa Rojas was varied and spectacular. We had rented a car to take in all the island’s sights, but we were also able to comfortably walk into Centro Cozumel from the house. Carolina was communicative from the day we booked and throughout our stay. Needless to say, Carolina and Casa Rojas made our first visit to Cozumel everything we could have hoped for!

Jeffrey and Mariel are the best host we ever had. Extremely responsive, full of suggestions. House is beautiful and recent, nice furniture same as photos. El Cielo is a quiet gated community 10 minutes drive from downtown PDC. Strongly recommended!

Gianella's home is beautiful, spacious, safe, artistic (incredible paintings), and inspiring. The beds are comfortable beyond our expectation. The waves lull you to sleep at night. All bedrooms are on the second floor, all have AC. The master oceanfront room (green bedding) has it's own walk-in bathroom and shower, and an additional sink and area for luggage and storage. The second king size oceanfront room (mosquito net and wooden bed posts) shares a bathroom with the quaint spacious library with the double and twin beds. All rooms upstairs stay cool with the AC. Downstairs gets warm, but the ocean wind helps. There were ample beach chairs and umbrella, as well as beach mats to lie on, and the private beach and gentle waves with perfect turquoise water was like a dream. Highly, highly recommend. Gianella was flexible with us as we had elderly family members, and a later departing flight, very kind, good energy. Safe, gated neighbourhood. Alarm system.

The house is a great Location on the island with beautiful sunrises over the ocean as well as the sunset from the very top. Three couples enjoyed the three separate bedrooms and three separate bathrooms. That kitchen and living space was perfect. We all had a wonderful experience on the island and this house made it all the better.!

First, I would like to express my gratitude for the level of help Mac gave to, two very old, technically challenged travelers. It was dark and rainy, and we were travel weary. Mac stayed on the phone with us until we reached his amazing Airbnb. I have been renting beach houses for 15 years and this place by far was the most impressive place yet. We had several tours planned, and we truly did not want to leave paradise to explore Tulum, but we did. The area is not only historically and culturally rich, but has everything you can expect from a tropical beach environment. Also, a big thank you to Edwin and his lovely wife who were great neighbors, we only saw them when we needed them ☺️ Jim and Dawn

Lovely place within a walkable distance to the ferry terminal (10 min walk), Playa Norte, restaurants and shops. The location is great. We stayed for two nights and the only time we needed a golf cart was to visit Punta Sur. Everything was clean inside. We were pleasantly surprised with the ocean view from the master bedroom. It was awesome to watch the sun rise just by walking out to the terrace from the bedroom. Easy access to the small beach as well. The pictures don't do this place justice. We'd definitely stay here again.

Fernando’s place is clean, central, and exactly like the photos. We loved the rooftop pool and massive hot tub; we went in early April and it was never crowded. The building was always staffed with concierge and we always felt safe. We travelled with an 18m toddler and while the Airbnb is not baby-proof, Fernando was able to accommodate a high chair and crib for a small fee. Having the washer and dryer in unit was very convenient. You can’t drink the tap water but fresh water is provided in those 5 gallon water containers. The kitchen is well stocked and even had a blender and kettle. We loved the supermarket named Selecto just a few steps away on 10th Avenue with fresh seafood, pastries, steaks, and lots more. Overall, we’d highly recommend this Airbnb to other travellers.

This was an amazing stay! We even overheard a couple staying at an all inclusive when we were at a different beach, they did not enjoy that hotel as much as they did at the Residences Reef. Host was very responsive as well. Overall highly recommend!

Stayed here for a few nights with our family and the location was amazing. Collette’s place is nice and clean. We loved that it had extra towels for our family. We relaxed on the balcony in the morning drinking our coffee. The kids had a great time snorkeling and really enjoyed the pool. Definitely recommend Collette’s place!

Elegí este Airbnb a nada de irme para Cancún. Tuve toda una aventura con este viaje y de verdad sentí paz una vez que elegí este alojamiento. Fueron los mejores hosts del mundo. Fue un viaje por mi cumpleaños y permitieron que llegaran flores de mi novio y amigos. Todo el tiempo se ve el staff de los condominios cuidando y procurando, excelentes instalaciones no solo del departamento si no de todo el complejo. Las aplicaciones como DiDi, Uber, etc funcionando al 100% muchísimas opciones en especial si llegas tarde. De igual manera pasan los camiones de la ruta hotelera seguido, enfrente de los condominios. Se puede caminar muy tranquilamente por fuera y dentro. Nunca hubo escándalo, algo que se agradece. El departamento es tal cual se ve en las fotos, pudimos cocinar nuestros alimentos y bañarnos sin ningún inconveniente. En ningún momento vimos bichos. Me encantó! Y def es un lugar que recomendaré y volveré pronto.

Hola toda la estancia estuvo muy bien, estaba limpio solo hubo un detalle en unos de los baños te bañabas y el agua se salía de la regadera lo cual ocasionaba que que el piso del baño quedara todo mojado
