Just as described! Conveniently located next door to a great grocery store. Walking distance to bars, restaurants, and rental spots for ATVs/cars. The place was very clean as well as the entire condominium it’s in. Hosts were great, very responsive and had great recommendations for beach clubs. I would stay here again.

The place was perfect for our needs! Really appreciated the advance and on-site communication and assistance. Loved the rooftop pool, close proximity to the beach, restaurants and 5th Avenue!

I will absolutely stay here again. It’s out of the bustle of downtown and just a $5-$7 can if you’re looking for nightlife. The view from the deck is incredible. The hosts were very communicative and timely in their responses. It was nice and quiet in the evening and the pool along with the ability to access the beach for shells searching and enjoying the waves is absolutely incredible.

I loved my stay! The room is very clean, and it’s located in a very nice surrounding. Many coffee shops and cute restaurants around the area. The hosts are very helpful, proactive and super responsive. Thank you Jay!

We had a wonderful 8 day stay! Rooftop pool, one block from beach, great for relaxing/reading. Safe, convenient location with 24/7 doorman. Contemporary building. The condo is roomy and smart with an open layout and kitchen. Nearby restaurants do play music outdoors till 11 pm but it was not an issue for us. It’s well worth going beyond Fifth Avenue to “local” restaurants. We used Open Table and found Ooh Lala! A real delight. Trip highlight was an Xcaret tour to the Maya ruin at Chinchin Itza on March 21 — a ceremonial date in the Mayan calendar — with a swim in a magical cenote. Thank you, Alizee!

The place was good, three bathrooms is always a plus. The place lack windows to the outside or balcony. The roof top is a little updated, can use a makeover. Overall it was a nice stay.

Mark was a wonderful host. His place was located close to everything we needed. Having bikes to use was a real plus going to the beach. He helped us with food recommendations and getting a taxi to the bus station.

Andrea was a truly exceptional, delightful, sweet, perfect host! He clearly really wanted us to be as happy as we possibly could - we had no idea breakfast was part of the package, and his beach recommendation (X'cacel) was an unexpected pearl we would never have encountered otherwise. We got the tucked-away jungle experience we wanted without being too far from the amenities of Tulum pueblo.

Antonio‘s house was absolutely wonderful and everything we hoped for. The outdoor living space is phenomenal and where we spent all of our time when at the house. The kitchen was well equipped, and if there was anything that we needed, we were provided it after asking. Each bedroom was comfortable and had its own bathroom, a bonus when traveling with other people. If Antonio offers for you to visit his glamping facility and take the jungle tour, take him up on it! It was one of our favorite parts of the trip. A couple things we were unaware of the pleasantly surprised by: - The house comes along with a housekeeper that stays a minimum of two hours per day. She is incredibly sweet and will assist with anything you may need, whether it be dishes, laundry, cooking etc. - The house itself is in a gated community. Shame on us for not researching the area so we were quite surprised, but also ended up having a really fabulous time with so much going on around us. There were tons of restaurants, a beautiful beach, great areas to walk around, and lots of close towns to visit. We did not rent a car so so we ended up renting a golf cart to get around Puerto Aventuras. This worked out fabulous and just provided an extra element of fun for the trip. All of the locals seem to be taking Covid extremely serious. That was a bonus for us and much appreciated when visiting different areas. Thank you Antonio and Ayda!

Modern and very cozy flat located in a big resort area. Very good communication with the host AL and many useful tips. In case you do not have a car, it is not easy to find a place to eat since the resort area is includes exclusively all-inclusive hotels. You need either to take a colectivo/taxi to Akumal or Tulum, or to buy a daily pass/ lunch / dinner ticket to eat at the central building called Casa de Club ( the Club House). However there is one close place to eat -" Beached bikini bar" located directly on the beach 10 minutes from Bahia Tulum beach towards Akumal. They serve great ceviches, tacos and pizzas and the atmosphere is very relaxed. We went there every day.

We loved our stay at Quinta-Aqua! Everyone in our group is already planning to come back and rent the same Airbnb again. The place was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning was excellent. We had a little trouble finding the Airbnb using Google Maps, especially since we arrived in the dark, but we were able to problem-solve and find our way. Being on the ground floor was a huge plus—we enjoyed hanging out on the patio, and it stayed cool without getting blasted by the morning sun like some of the other condos. Puerto Aventuras felt very safe, and we had no trouble getting around with the two golf carts we rented, which fit perfectly in our designated parking spot. The home came stocked with plenty of drinking water, which was great. We did run out of toilet paper at one point, but Miguel was quick to bring more. However, we had to purchase extra to last the rest of our trip, and the scented toilet paper provided didn’t work for some of the girls in our group.

This trip was our second at the Terrazas complex. The suite was as described with comfortable beds, great kitchen, laundry, etc. The exterior yard and pools are fantastic. Within the gated community are many restaurants including a taco bar, pizza place, burger place, breakfast place as well as higher end restaurants. Explore your options. Beach club was very nice, great service and also live music on Sundays. There is also a market/store and farmers market. Talk to other people while at the pools as many stay for months and they are full of useful information. Hoping to get back again next year.

Florencia is an amazing host, always so helpful and very prompt in any communication! We enjoyed our stay and the home was lovely!

Antonio was very helpful with giving directions on how to get there as it can get confusing but he answered straight away! The apartment is beautiful just like the pictures and very clean! There’s restaurants inside the complex that you can walk to!!! I really enjoyed staying here, it was worth it! I recommend 10000% staying here! Thank you Antonio xx
