Had a very relaxing 2 week stay. We rented a golf cart and visited all the nearby restaurants. Lots of music at different locations. Enjoyed spending afternoons in our private pool. Everything was very clean. Thanks Ron.

The house was great. Juanita the iguana (that’s what we named her) lives under the pool and peeks out once in a while. She runs if you move toward her (so no need to be scared), but she likes to poke her head out if you are not in the pool. The neighborhood is great, very walkable, and safe for kids. The golf course was fun, but bring extra balls. ;)

This was our second time staying at Guido’s beautiful property. We plan on staying again. We had Mary (cleaning lady ) make authentic chicken fajitas for us one night. The pictures of the house don’t do it justice for what you actually see in person. Guidos art work that he has around the house are really cool. We have three daughters and we walked everywhere. We felt very safe. I would encourage everybody to try the local food because it’s amazing. TripAdvisor has a pretty fair assessment of the restaurants in the area. The property is only 30 mins from the airport. Susana (main point of contact for us. Was very good at responding back if we had any questions. It truly was a great place to just go and relax and enjoy family.

My group and I loved our stay in Punta Sam. It had the amenities of a resort, but without the all inclusive price tag. We loved having the flexibility to hang out at La Amada without ever fighting for a beach chair / pool chair and be able to easily go out in excursions. Getting an Uber to / from La Amada was easy and fairly priced. The beds were comfortable, everyone had room to spread out in the house, the beach was clean and the kitchen was well stocked for a group between two fridges, ample cooking utensils and storage containers. I would love to return here again with my family!

Anas place was perfect for our family! The special touches with the water on nightstands and products in the bathroom were super nice! Ana was very easy to get in touch with and helped with whatever we needed during our stay!

Absolutely love that they provide a kayak and life jackets for the lagoon. The room was spacious and clean. Only had 3 bath towels for 3 guests. No face towels, or pool towels. Dishes were a little dated, but easily fixable issues. The buildings are nice, there is a hastily built fence around the pool area with no access to the pool other than one gate on the other end of the property (could be a 5-10 minute walk depending on mobility) The neighbourhood is up and coming. Currently not a big selection of restaurants or retail close, but a Walmart about 15 minute walk away and a new grocery store across the street will mean that the area will likely continue to grow. We enjoyed our stay, it was easy to access and the unit was nice and clean.

This was our first adventure off of a resort in mexico and it was absolutely amazing. We felt very comfortable and safe in the area. The lagoon is breathtaking and with the paddle boards and kayaks we got to see and explore the diversity of the lagoon. Its also a 5 minute paddle to Catalonia beach where there is white sandy beaches and more snorkeling. We were hoping to do more fishing in the lagoon, but its very weedy so we went to the main beach and fished off the rocks there. When we got there, we noticed that a ac unit was leaking. We messaged the host, and they replied and showed up and fixed it all within 30 minutes! We were very impressed the whole week with how responsive and helpful everyone was. I even forgot my wallet at a local restaurant the day we were leaving and hector offered to go get it and ship it back! I cant say Thank you enough! We will definitely be recommending your place, and will be booking again.

Due to a/c issues we were unable to stay in the original unit listed. Diego had found a replacement condo in the same building for us even before arriving.Diego was extremely communicative and found several ways to ensure our stay was still great! Our family enjoyed staying at La Amada as it is very family friendly!

We stayed here with our children for 1 week total. The pictures and description are accurate. We cannot complain about the location as it was gorgeous. We woke up to the beautiful lagoon and sounds of the many birds. The home is located in a private gated community which provided a sense of safety and security. The grounds were maintained beautifully and we had zero issues while there. The highlight was the host. She responds right away and helped us with everything we needed. That was a big plus for us because traveling with kids is already a difficult task. I would definitely recommend this place, and if willing, we would book again.
