Great place to stay. I would say that it’s more geared towards couples rather than families as it’s located next to a large club. The beach was nice and the hotel staff were very friendly. We did have two nights where music was playing extremely loud. This was not the hotels fault but something to be aware of. It was very walkable but far enough out of the city to be a little more peaceful. The only other part that got annoying was there are a lot of guys that try to sell you drugs constantly outside of the hotel property which got a little annoying. Overall confortable place to stay. Just a few things to be aware of.

We loved Casa Moka from the first minute we arrived. The place is spotless clean and is a little piece of Paradise in La Penita. Minutes to The Beach and close by to Central. We really enjoyed the little outdoor Courtyard and My Husband always looked forward to Gabrielle’s muffin’s, which were delicious, along with her homemade jams and yogurt! Not to mention, it was always so enjoyable to chat with Gabrielle. Without a doubt we will return and highly recommend.

Mar gave great recommendations for local beaches and places to eat that were spot on. Whale watching from the outdoor balcony every morning and evening was our favorite thing. Boogie Howard’s, chairs and small cooler to use was great additions. We were 2 couples with good separation of rooms and own restrooms was perfect for us. Nice apartment, very centralized. The terrace has a beautiful view. The host, Fernanda was super sweet. I wouldn’t recommend this place for families with toddlers, the stairs right outside the door are a bit sketchy buts it’s great otherwise.

This is the place to stay!!! The condo is spacious and well-appointed, and the balcony is huge with amazing views! The building amenities were awesome (pools, gym, restaurants), clean, and the staff is so friendly! It is very safe with 24 hour security to let you in. The location is IDEAL. Very quiet but a short 15 minute walk from all the action in the zona romantica. I can't wait to go back!

Peter was an amazing host. From the moment I inquired about his place, he was extremely responsive usually within minutes. We had a couple of minor issues and Peter went above and beyond to resolve the issues. The place was exactly as pictured and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

This house was perfect for us. Our families live all over the country(ies) and a big house like this allows us to spend as much time as possible together. The backyard was great for the kids to play and swim in the pool. If you like fauna and nature, this is the place. Enjoy your coffee/breakfast in the covered backyard table every morning watching birds and iguanas roam around in the backyard. The kitchen and dining area had everything (utensils and appliances) we needed to feed all 9 of us. The grocery stores are a short drive or Uber is very affordable, and they help you with the grocery bags. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and comfortable, especially the master's. The house decoration and style are very charming, feels like living in a Spanish Hacienda. The area is super safe for walking and there are many restaurants and an OXXO only a short walk away. the beaches are better on this side versus Puerto Vallarta, that is also a massive plus. I 100% recommend.

Nestled in a prime location, this stay was an absolute dream! The outdoor patio quickly became our favorite spot, offering a perfect vantage point to watch whales play in the ocean every day. The comfort and charm of the accommodation made it a truly unforgettable experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a serene and captivating getaway!

Una casa hermosa! El Sr. Ulises en todo momento fue muy amable. Es muy cómodo estar ahí, todo está muy tranquilo, tener el mar súper cerca, gimnasio, alberca, etc. todo súper bien aunque por mala suerte nos tocó cerrado el restaurante que está cerca de ahí y salíamos a buscar que comer/cenar pero el Sr Ulises siempre ayudó con sus recomendaciones. Fue una estadía hermosa!

Wow. Amazing stay and outstanding hosting from Janet. We needed a last minute place and Janet went way above and beyond to make it happen for us. The place was incredible. Right on the beach. Full kitchen. Big tub. Beautiful vibes. King bed. Great housekeeper. Restaurant and bar with live music right across the street but still quiet inside. We had a chef come cook meals and he had everything he needed in the kitchen. You can hear the surf from the house at night. You are close to the action but it is really peaceful and quiet inside. Janet was quick with all of her responses and worked really hard to help us sort out the last minute stay. Thank you, Janet. Can’t recommend this place enough. Hope to make it back soon.

Great stay at Delcanto for a family vacation (2 adults, 3 teens). The condo is in good condition, well furnished, has beautiful views (we were able to see whales and dolphins from the balcony, bring a binocular if you have one) and a good layout (comfortable stay for 5 people). Kitchen is well equipped (high-end gas stove was nice) and beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are somewhat dated but large and functional. Delcanto is a quiet property with beautiful grounds, nice infinity pools and an easy beach access. The beach is sandy (no rocks unlike other beaches in the area), has a lot of chairs and umbrellas and property staff are friendly and helpful. Great communication, local activities and restaurants recommendations from Paul and Mariana. No crowds, noise or timeshare pitches - a peaceful paradise. We rented a car so getting to places and buying groceries was easy, otherwise would need to cab everywhere (there aren’t many things walking distance). Would definitely stay again

A traditional Mexican casa, the pictures don't do it justice. Stunning grounds leading to a private pool and a gate to the beach. We are a family of 5 and it suited us perfectly. You can walk to a restaurant in about 10 minutes but we had a golf cart and used it practically everyday. The ocean waves can be heard 24/7 and it's a great place to swim. It has great a/c and fans but we rarely had them on. The fans were tricky to turn off but we figured it out! We hosted my husbands 60th birthday with some other family dropping by, and they were all impressed by the beauty of the gardens and home. Would love to come back.

Absolutely loved this condo. View was my favourite part. Simply stunning. Very bright and spacious. Huge balcony. Fully equipped with everything you need. Josh had excellent communication from booking and throughout our stay. Covered pool was great for our young fair children. It was great having a small bar there with snacks if you wanted something you didn’t bring from your unit. Not a lot right nearby for restaurants but we did like Baklava. We took Ubers and taxis into town. Only downside might be the rocky beach. Our kids liked being able to boogie board which you can’t do there. In my opinion the quiet and epic view is worth the lesser beach. Overall I highly recommend this condo. You will not be disappointed!

Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay when visiting PV. Beautiful space, spectacular views, perfect accommodations, super convenient location. We loved everything. We were traveling with our two sons, ages 20 and 18, and our 18yo said it was the best vacation we’ve ever taken. We sat on the patio morning and evening to enjoy the warm breeze, played cards and games on the outdoor table, slept well, relaxed at the pool, and explored restaurants and activities from there. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. We also appreciated the ability to do laundry. All tenants/guests were friendly as well as staff, plus being very welcoming. We would love to visit again and would definitely try to stay here again.

Our stay at Cesar’s place was everything we hoped for and more. Its location on the beach provided us with great views and a great place to walk from the house to the nearby marina and local restaurants. The house was open and comfortable, and fully equipped for cooking meals. Large grocery stores are 15 minutes away in Bucerias, but the Marina was a great source of freshly caught seafood on a daily basis. The expansive yard had sun exposure all day long, and the private pool provided a great way to cool off. The house was a comfortable temperature with minimal need for air conditioning. We rented a car which made it easy to visit nearby Punta Mira, Sayulita and Bucerias. Cedar was an excellent host, checking in with us regularly over our 10 day stay. He provided us with recommendations for local activities and restaurants, and was always available if we had questions. We have stayed in Puerto Vallarta and Bucerias previously, but La Cruz de Huanacaxtle is our new favourite!

Perfect amount of room for 3 couples. The Airbnb is steps from the beach and the private pool is fantastic. We had a few queries that were always responded to and solved in a timely manner. Hope to stay again one day!

Our experience at this Airbnb in Punta Mita was beyond anything we could have hoped for! From the moment we arrived, Flor, the house manager, made everything effortless. She is truly amazing—sweet, incredibly helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile, whether it was grabbing a snack or adjusting to our changing plans. Having her prepare our meals was one of the best decisions we made. It allowed us to host family from the nearby hotel for a much more intimate and memorable dinner experience. The condo itself was spacious and beautifully maintained, with access to multiple pools—all with shallow ends, which was perfect for our toddler. The beach was just as incredible, offering long, peaceful walks and a friendly atmosphere. Even though I don’t speak Spanish, I was able to easily navigate with the help of a translator app and, of course, Flor’s support. I’m already planning my next visit! Es nuestra segunda visita y volvimos a quedar encantados. El lugar cuenta con todo lo necesario. las habitaciones son espaciosas y con un clima excelente. la alberca cuenta con un clima agradable. el mercado de mariscos y una tienda de abarrotes son de mucha ayuda ya que están a unos cuantos metros de la casa. supermercados a 15 min. sin duda 100% recomendada. la atención cordial y rapida.

We love this place and, with the new toll road fully opened, it took us only 3 hours to arrive from Guadalajara. We've stayed here several times before, because of the fenced in yard. It's perfect for our dogs. We love being able to walk right from the yard onto the beach.

We had a great stay in 105 at Casa del Mar. It’s a really great location in Bucerias being about a 5 minute walk to restaurants, bars, market. But just outside the hustle and bustle, so nice and quiet at night. Also being right on the beach is amazing. Hearing the waves dance with the beautiful sandy shoreline never gets old. The apartment itself is very nice. The double sliding doors opening to the patio overlooking were always open allowing the nice breeze to keep the condo cool. AC is available and also worked great. It has all the amenities you’d need. A couple suggestions would be a cooler, or cooler bag or two for keeping drinks/food cold if going to the beach, or grocery store and some to-go cups for drinks. And perhaps a portable beach umbrella and chairs, Tommy Bahama style or something like that. Brian from Vallarta rentals was awesome. Very pleasant to deal with and extremely responsive to any questions we had. He’s a great guy. Overall, my family and I had a great time

The perfect place to relax and enjoy some down time. Punta Negra Beach is one of the nices beaches in the Puerto Vallarta area. Clean, swimmable, and walkable. The condo was just as advertised and we really enjoyed our stay. One restaurant down at the end of the beach with very good food. Bus stop is very close to go into town or you can catch a taxi. Not to far out of the main town, but far enough to be more secluded and quiet. The pool is great and not crowded. The condo is very safe and secure. We are already looking at our options to come back and stay next year, as this has become our favorite beach and the casa was beautiful and well equipped for for making your own meals if you want. Having the washer and dryer is an added bonus. Beautiful Casa and great Host. Thank you Agustin, we look forward to trying to get back next year.

There are many positives to this property - Very spacious Great views (although one cannot see the sun set but can certainly enjoy the 'glow') Walkable to Bucerias and La Cruz Huanacaxle Large balcony Very comfortable beds...I want one at my home Only cons - Construction next door BUT this will not be forever and no one seemed to work after 5-6pm, before 9am or on Sunday We asked for a late checkout which was granted but, without our knowledge, the maid went into the unit to start cleaning so late checkout really was not granted as we had to work around the maid. She was very accommodating but it would have been nice to have known this prior her actual entrance to the unit. I am sure the Samson group will make sure they communicate these types of situations better going forward. *Samson group is very responsive to any queries Thanks for letting us stay at your accommodation.
