Really enjoyed our stay at Kathy’s place. After just a few nights, we liked it so much that we were lucky enough to extend our stay. Would definitely rent the upstairs in future to have friends or family come along with us. Can’t emphasize enough how great it was to have air conditioning and hot water on demand. We also used the washer and dryer more than expected, so that was great too! And always appreciate the little touches, like beach towels and a few puzzles :) It’s nice to have kitchen basics and a little bit of patio furniture, as the outdoor space is really nice to spend the afternoon relaxing. Thanks for having us Kathy, we hope to return!

Great villa in a fantastic location in town. Very lively area so can be a bit noisy but nothing like downtown, which has a lot of club party noise. This was perfect for my partner and our town kids. Everything was walkable. Great restaurants, bars, night life near by. Close to the quieter north beach, while center of town is two blocks away. Recommend!

Amazing place to stay. Everything was as listed, house was perfect for what we needed and loved the pool. I’d say it was walkable, restaurants and shopping within 15-20 minute walk, uber was very responsive for the times we didn’t feel like walking. Jeffry was very responsive and addresses issues quickly. Only thing I’d suggest is on check out day that cleaning and maintenance staff not start till check out time.

We loved staying at Homero’s home. It is beautifully designed and decorated. It is well stocked with nice linens. The location is perfect… Just outside of the main part of town which can be very noisy at night but easy to walk to the beach and restaurants. Homero was very kind and responsive and even helped us secure a golf cart. The pool is lovely as well. The home has everything you need to have a relaxing and peaceful vacation.

Lorena was our contact. She was very good about texting back-and-forth and when we needed something, she was quite responsive. Once we got through any language barriers it worked seamlessly. She and her daughter came one afternoon and prepared a multicourse marvelous meal for our family of 12. They were delightful and so pleasant. We loved them both.

Casa Norte was wonderful! Walkable to the beach, restaurants, bars and more. Very responsive, provocative, helpful hosts that provided options for groceries, shuttles, and recommendations. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Nikolai's place was fantastic! Great location- walkable to the city center, but quiet enough at night. There was plenty of space in all the bedrooms and everything was very clean. The hosts were very communicative and helpful when we needed it. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a truly enchanting place to call home for 10 days. The private courtyard and pool made for an idyllic and relaxing retreat. Our 7-year old delighted in splashing around and cooling off in the refreshing water. Not only does the casita embody the romanticism of traditional Spanish architecture, but it is located only a few blocks from an authentic Parisian bakery, Casa Tropical (restaurant with live music most nights), a gorgeous beach, and the lively town square. We were lucky to have timed our visit to engage with the Dia de los Muertos festivities and release some baby Olive Ridley sea turtles during our visit. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Amazing apartment overlooking marina, balcony was great place to enjoy breakfast and look out over the water, restaurants and beach was all in walking distances, was a perfect place to get away from the busy tourist spots, Diego was awesome met us with keys and gave us great information and very welcoming, David was very accommodating with all check in details.

Great place. Quiet, clean, comfortable beds, good internet. Close to the beach. Accommodating hosts. No view of the beach or trees, but for the price, this place is well worth it.

Eunice was super friendly and gave great recommendations for things to do during our stay at Puerto Vallarta. The place was spacious, clean, and very conveniently close to everything. I would 1000% recommend if you are looking to stay in Puerto Vallarta.

Location Location Location! This is the ideal setting if you want to experience true Sayulita life while nestled in a private oasis. Everything was a short walk away, but coming back to the private plunge pool and relaxing with a game of dominoes and a cool Cerveza was exactly what we were looking for. We were in town for Flag Day so the festivities were ongoing with parades, music, and of course, the dancing horses. We would Recommend staying at Ruben‘s place. Would definitely return and stay again. p.s. A warm shout out to Will who was always very friendly and responsive. N & P

Just got back from staying 9 days here. Location is awesome - close enough to town but not too close. $7 Uber rides to get into town. Beautiful and private pool and beach area. Had one issue come up on our first day in which the Property Manager Nacho took care of immediately. Nacho also was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and also lined up an in-house masseuse to come to the villa. The villa had plenty of room for the 5 adults and the kitchen was stocked with all the utensils one would need. Some key things one may want to know: there is private washer and dryer but they are not located within the unit but within in the building. There is only one hair dryer in the unit. Beach towels are supplied. Our villa was cleaned twice in the 9 days we were there - toilet paper and towels were restocked at those times but if more is needed you would need to supply. We will definitely be back! Host very responsive and even checked in with me during our stay. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay and felt at home. It is a very nice apartment in a quiet residential area facing the mountains. Host was excellent in responding to any inquiries or any issues. The beds were comfortable and kitchen was equipped enough for cooking some light meals at home. There were enough dishes and cutlery for 4 people. The two balconies were great as you could take your pick from a full sun to some shade at different times of the day. Because we had a long stay we were offered a weekly cleaning service with fresh sheets and towels. The wifi worked great and there was always hot water in the shower. The rooftop patio with the grill was an added bonus. There is a fresh fruit and vegetable market plus fish and meats a couple of blocks away. There is a great seafood restaurant nearby. Every Friday, there is a market by the ballpark with many items for sale. We found that it took about 15 minutes to walk to the Malecon.

Loved the unit. Normally I go for a higher level with an ocean view but I have got to say it was absolute perfection to stay on the ground level. Super easy access to pools and palapa and no need to negotiate elevators if we needed to pop into the unit. Comfortable beds, a lovely ground floor garden view, plus we really enjoyed the large patio. I would definitely stay in this unit again.

We had a great stay at 171 harbour ! We stayed at a different unit last year & I preferred the 4th floor as I don’t enjoy the higher balcony’s ! Spacious balcony we were able to enjoy for meals ! Great layout ! The kitchen is good but tight, not much room to prepare or store food but we made it work 👍 amazing beach views as always 🐋❤️ we would definitely book again !! Miss you already PV xo

We had a wonderful time at Lupita’s place with our 2 boys. The condo is well stocked with towels and kitchen items and we had plenty of room to spread out. Lupita is a wonderful and kind host and was always one step ahead with communication. The condo is quiet and the pool is large and made for a relaxing time. What makes this unit stand out is the access to Vidanta. It is a standout resort with amazing amenities. Getting there takes some patience and learning while you transfer golf carts. The pools at the Grand Mayan have something for everyone and you can easily spend an entire day pool side with activities and relaxation. Highly recommend walking to the beach for sunset, and crepes at the Mayan palace. We found it necessary to stock up on groceries as restaurants and stores are a bit of a hike from this unit. We were able to easily take cabs or Uber when we needed. We are leaving relaxed and grateful for the Mexican hospitality. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Great stay at Delcanto for a family vacation (2 adults, 3 teens). The condo is in good condition, well furnished, has beautiful views (we were able to see whales and dolphins from the balcony, bring a binocular if you have one) and a good layout (comfortable stay for 5 people). Kitchen is well equipped (high-end gas stove was nice) and beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are somewhat dated but large and functional. Delcanto is a quiet property with beautiful grounds, nice infinity pools and an easy beach access. The beach is sandy (no rocks unlike other beaches in the area), has a lot of chairs and umbrellas and property staff are friendly and helpful. Great communication, local activities and restaurants recommendations from Paul and Mariana. No crowds, noise or timeshare pitches - a peaceful paradise. We rented a car so getting to places and buying groceries was easy, otherwise would need to cab everywhere (there aren’t many things walking distance). Would definitely stay again

We had an amazing stay at Todd's place! Everything was exactly as advertised. The rooftop pool was a highlight—we used it every day and barely felt the need to hit the beach. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of a walkable area filled with fantastic restaurants and galleries. Despite being on the second floor and surrounded by the buzz of 24/7 parties, the condo was impressively quiet and peaceful. We loved every minute and would absolutely stay here again!

Place was exactly as described in ad. Ozkan was very committed to us throughout our stay and offered any assistance we needed. It is located in the heart of the night scene, so walking everywhere was a breeze. Kitchen well equipped if you want to prepare something, but many restaurants close by if you don’t. Property is pristine clean. I would definitely stay here again if we make a return trip.

Our stay in Puerto Vallarta was absolutely fabulous. The place is just as described and was very comfortable. The pool and beach access were perfect for our family vacation. It was easy to get to town by bus or taxi/uber. We had breakfast every morning at the restaurant in the condo poolside which was great. Really we just hope to go back soon. Thanks Joe and Heidi for sharing your amazing spot with us!

Peter was an amazing host. From the moment I inquired about his place, he was extremely responsive usually within minutes. We had a couple of minor issues and Peter went above and beyond to resolve the issues. The place was exactly as pictured and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.
