We've stayed there for 6 years and just love everything about it. Great friendly neighborhood and easy to walk to places. Hopefully we'll be back next year.

Great place to rent in the winter, well ventilated and plenty of fans to go around. Spacious kitchen, living room area, bathroom and master bedroom. Very secure and centrally located to most places with easy access to buses and other transportation. The Montero Fruits and Vegetables Market is a great place to stock up on most things to keep things less expensive. The meat shop a block away is great too and has great chicharrón and carnitas on Thursday and Sundays. The host is always available, answers promptly and most importantly takes immediate action (great example when the water pump gave out on New Year’s Eve and he handled it within the hour). It can be a bit dusty for those with allergies, but nothing too concerning. I can confidently recommend.

My parents, husband, and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible Airbnb for the fourth time, and I can't recommend it enough! What really sets this place apart are the exceptional additional services—especially the assistance with securing taxis and grocery shopping. It truly makes the whole experience so much smoother and stress-free. The balconies are a highlight for us; we love spending our mornings sipping coffee while enjoying the fresh air and beautiful views. There’s something so refreshing about starting the day in such a serene environment. Each visit feels even better than the last, and the owners go above and beyond to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a cozy place with fantastic service, this Airbnb is a must-visit. We can’t wait for our next trip!

I love this place. The apartment complex is beautiful, clean, and feels super safe. It is in a great location and is central to everything. The multiple pools and gym were a huge plus. I would definitely stay here again. ✨

Departamento super bien ubicado, si vas a aprovechar todo lo que ofrece el centro de Puerto Vallarta y su zona romántica. Todo esta a distancia caminable. El departamento es amplio con dos balcones y forma parte de un complejo de bungalows por lo que hay recepción todo el día. Hacen el aseo aunque no diario y hay una alberca en el centro del edificio. Todos el personal es muy amable.

Nos gustó mucho la estancia, Nos sentimos como en casa. Aunque la ubicación no es tan cercana a los puntos principales, realmente es de muy fácil acceso y caminando llegas a Plaza Galerías, walmart, Sam's, etc. Quiero hacer una mención honorífica a los porteros porque fueron super amables. En cuanto a Raúl, es una persona muy amable, resolvió todas nuestras dudas y siempre contestaba muy rápido. Gracias por nuestra estancia!! sin duda volveremos.

This house is amazing and so beautifully designed. The pictures really don't do it justice. We were very active out and about most days but it was really easy to have a "home" day. The patios and balconies are inviting and peaceful. Such a great place to relax and recharge. Everything is easy to get to, but I would recommend renting a golf cart to get around especially at night. Highly recommend.

El alojamiento cumple con lo que se describe, la comunicación fue buena en todo momento, horario flexible, muy agusto la alberca, los aires acondicionados si funcionan correctamente; no tuvimos ningún inconveniente.

Todo excelente Jesús fue muy amable e incluso nos dejó salir un poco más tarde del check out pues nuestro vuelo salía por la tarde. La casa muy limpia, camas cómodas y siempre muy atento a contestar nuestras dudas. Esperamos regresar pronto!

Jaime’s place along with his team of Monica and Jesus worked very well to make sure our stay was comfortable. This is a safe and friendly area where local residents of Puerto Vallarta live. Jaime was there to greet us with a cold beverage when we arrived. The kitchen was fully stocked and has an air fryer/over/toaster and a 5 burner propane stove. Large fridge with freezer. We did a major shopping when we arrived and there are local grocery/fruit markets and a bakery within walking distance. The extra large king size bed was heavily to sleep in! We had a very enjoyable stay!

We had a great time at Paolo’s place! Beautiful view, gorgeous house, very clean. The daily housekeeping was a great bonus. The house was even bigger than we expected. The hill to get up to the house is as described but we found it walkable. Construction next door was also as described in Paolo’s listing but the workers were respectful and followed construction hours. Overall we enjoyed our time and would definitely recommend!

Our stay was great at Bolongo, the condo was better than the pictures. Plenty of space and amazing views from every room. You really can’t go wrong staying here. The complex has plenty of room for visitors so you don’t feel crowded with other families staying there. Would recommend staying here and can’t wait to book again next summer.

This is the place to stay!!! The condo is spacious and well-appointed, and the balcony is huge with amazing views! The building amenities were awesome (pools, gym, restaurants), clean, and the staff is so friendly! It is very safe with 24 hour security to let you in. The location is IDEAL. Very quiet but a short 15 minute walk from all the action in the zona romantica. I can't wait to go back!

We had a fabulous vacation. The condo description and photos are very accurate, actually the place is better than the photos Harbour 171 has multiple swimming pools including infinity pools, which overlook the beach. No speakers are allowed at the pool. This means no loud music! So bring headphones if that’s important to you. We loved starting our day having breakfast on our balcony watching and listening to the waves. Within 8-20 minutes you can walk to many restaurants in the Versailles area. Get groceries at OXXO, Soriana or La Comer. Condo has everything you need for a great stay, including a comfortable queen size bed. Host is very responsive. We stayed for two weeks, we could have spent more time - we’d love to come back.

Place was exactly as described in ad. Ozkan was very committed to us throughout our stay and offered any assistance we needed. It is located in the heart of the night scene, so walking everywhere was a breeze. Kitchen well equipped if you want to prepare something, but many restaurants close by if you don’t. Property is pristine clean. I would definitely stay here again if we make a return trip.

Condo is located in a private community. It's quiet and peaceful. The swimming pool is nice for lounging and doing laps. It's also close to Walmart, Sam's club and restaurants like Pasele Manchin, La 5ta burger, Cafe+Leche and Bourbon Bar, and LA CATA. The condo itself could use more bright lighting like a halogen lamp. At night the florescent ceiling fan lights don't put out enough light in the living room. Also, there are ants and salamanders due to the openess of the condo. Make sure you wipe down tables after eating, do dishes promptly, sweep the floors, and take garbage out daily to minimize the problem.

The property is really nice and easy to get in and out. The host is very responsive and attended to everything we needed.
