We had a great stay! we want to stay a bit longer and extend our stay but sadly there is someone who already booked their place after us. The place was good and we enjoyed the pool!! there are a bit of dusts on their ref and microwave and a bit of trash around the unit but other than that everything went smoothly. I liked how they have an honesty store just in case you forgot to buy some drinks or snacks. thank you ms. janice for being responsive and helpful during our stay! we'll definitely book and stay here again.

I had an amazing stay! Dan was an awesome host who was super helpful with any questions I had. Check-in was a breeze, and the place was spotless. It was also conveniently located near everything you need (as in right outside the building). Highly recommend it! .

Maganda siya, kung ano talaga sa picture ayun talaga siya. Very responsive naman nagkaroon lang ng problema sa pag check in pero naagapan nila agad kaya ayun, wala ako masabi kasi maganda yung place at malinis grabe

Host is very responsive and is proactive of possible needs. Place is complete with basic needs and more, extra sheets, linens and towels are also provided (freshly washed) and kitchen is also equipped with complete utensils. WiFi is also very fast and stable, perfect for WFH setups. Will surely book again if needs arise. Thanks!

We had an amazing staycation! The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. The place was really near the Marikina Sports Complex where the Swimming sports meet was held. It was easy to go back and forth the place and there are many restaurants and the grocery is is just around the corner. Place is clean. Only the cr Shower head needs replacement. Thank you!

It was a nice place to stay but one thing I concern about is it was really hard to control the netflix if you are willing to focus on Netflix you will get stress with that except this one thing everything is perfect!!

Krstine & Kervinne are friendly. I like how they helped us from the beginning until the very end of our check-out. We enjoyed the place, it looks like I visited a simple tattoo shop. The household furnishings are more than enough to what we need. The unit is walkable from the entrance (guard house). My only concern is it's hard to go home in public transportation/commute. The PUVs do not accommodate us. The street vendor told us that the Tricycle Drivers will get mad if we rode an E-Jeep or UV express going to megamall. She also mentioned that we need to ride a tricycle and go to Lifehomes / Pasig so we can ride a PUV going to megamall. We do not want that as it's so hot outside (2PM). In result, we booked a grab. But all in all, the place is affordable and we enjoy our stay. :)

I had a fantastic stay here! The place was spotless and felt just like home. It was easy to find, and the check-in process was seamless. I loved the fully equipped kitchen, which allowed me to cook comfortably, and having an automatic washing machine was a great bonus. The host was extremely responsive, quickly resolving any issues. we had a wonderful stay! from the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The unit is spotless and very comfortable. It has a 1-bedroom with extra folded foam bed and a sofa bed in the living room. They provided two free coffees and a container of mineral water, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. We had a lot of fun playing Scrabble as well. Highly recommended this place!

I had a wonderful four-day stay at his place. It was spacious, clean, and tidy, with easy access to amenities nearby. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to coming back!

This unit was a two bedroom with kitchen and washer/ dryer. it had a great place for us to eat as a family and to just sit and talk. The wall unit air con in both bedrooms kept the temperature just right. The hot water heater on the shower functioned perfectly and the full size frig was a life saver for a birthday dinner. Great closet space and quiet! Would stay there again.
