Ms Marigold and her property were hospitality at its greatest. She communicated with me prior to arrival to make sure everything was prepared as needed. She is an amazing host and her property is as welcoming as she was. I highly recommend this property for your home away from home and venue needs. Held my daughter’s 9th birthday here with the whole fam! The place was super clean and peaceful. The whole family had nothing bad to say about the place because it was as beautiful as the photos. 🖤 we specifically enjoyed the recreation room with the billiard pool table and karaoke. Warms showers was a plus! Will definitely go back here.

My family and I loved the place! There were so much things to do from the swimming pool to the board games - perfect for both families and friends. Only slight downside was that cooking is not allowed but the place is easily accessed by grab and is just near the highway where many restaurants are. We also highly commend the interior of the house because the layout was really well thought of and is highly maintained. Would recommend this to anyone looking wanting to get away from the business of the metro!

We had an amazing stay! This house is absolutely perfect for families. It's very well-maintained, clean, and offers everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The pool was a highlight—clean and inviting. The beds were cozy, making for restful nights, and the nighttime ambiance was just lovely. Even our pets had a great time! Plus, the caretaker kuya arvin was exceptionally accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place—already looking forward to coming back!

Mountaintop Villa with Panoramic Views

We really enjoyed our stay at Monique’s place. The villa is modern and secluded, offering a fantastic view of the mountains. They have done such a great job with the design, there is ample space inside but we spent most of the time outside in the large kitchen and pool area taking in the view and enjoying the weather. The WiFi was reliable and the place had everything we needed for cooking. Monique is an amazing host, very responsive and made sure we were taken care of. Jaime was super helpful and was always available if we needed him. Would definitely love to stay here again!

5-stars for everything! Our family enjoyed the short weekend escape from the city, thanks to the beautiful Tipolo house and the very hospitable hosts and caretakers. Will definitely be coming back!

Near family getaway from Marikina. Great view! There are a lot of amenities aside from the big swimming pool. The kids enjoyed them all! Good for team building too. It’s the second time that I went there. First, was with my officemates, 2023. This year, with my family.

We enjoyed our stay. We got to celebrate and family bonding. Rest house is clean. Very accessible and the caretaker is nice. Definitely will book again!

We had an amazing stay! The host is very accommodating, responds quickly, and is very considerate. I also loved the welcome book—it was so helpful—and the house rules are fair and reasonable. The place is fantastic! It has everything you need, and the pool was perfect for our group. The space is very aesthetic, with high-quality materials, appliances, and furniture. Plus, the entire place was clean, making our stay even more comfortable. The beds are comfortable, and the room sizes were just right for us. The bed availability was perfect—we all slept well. With three bathrooms, no one had to wait in line for a shower. I also loved waking up to the sunrise in our room. Their caretaker was kind and helpful, and the location is super convenient, with stores and cafes nearby. For the price, this place is absolutely worth it. Highly recommend booking for your next getaway or special occasion! Thank you so much, Ms. Marian, for making our stay so enjoyable!
