We had a great stay! Our trip started with a medical emergency. Amy and April were amazing in helping us with extending our stay if needed at another rental. The house is BEAUTIFUL! I am so grateful to have run into such wonderful people. Thank you so much! 😊

An amazing place with an amazing view. Tim communicated from day 1 and was there if needed. Home had plenty of amenities that made you feel at home. Would recommend to anyone in the area looking for a great place to stay! Would definitely stay again if possible.

Great place to relax after long days of outdoor excitement.

This is a GREAT place for families or groups. Especially those who are active. Lots of room to move around. Appears that the owners are constantly reinvesting and keeping adding to the property and what it offers. Seeing eagles daily was a treat. While we were off peak season, the area is well maintained and worked for us and our extended family coming from multiple locations. This home and location is highly recommended!

David and Claire were great hosts. Answered questions quickly and offered to help if needed for anything . Would highly recommend them and their home to anyone coming to the lenoir city area.

Mike and Samantha’s place was such a beautiful and peaceful stay in Knoxville! They keep it very clean and organized, and always responded back quickly. I highly recommend staying at this airbnb if you’re visiting the area! You will not be disappointed at all. The house has plenty of space, is easy to find, and located in a quiet neighborhood. An added bonus is the view of the sunrise from the master bedroom. 10/10 most definitely

My sister and brother in law now reside in Tellico Village. The location of this home was perfect for us while visiting. It was easy access to their home and all the adventures which they had planned for us to partake in.

We had a fantastic stay at this large and spacious home! The property is perfect for families, offering plenty of room to spread out and relax. The amenities were excellent – everything we needed was provided, from a fully equipped kitchen to comfortable beds and entertainment options like a pool table and a cozy living area. The outdoor space was also a highlight, with a beautiful deck and views of Watts Bar Lake, the marina and restaurant. While the house is a bit outdated in terms of decor and style, it didn't impact our overall experience. Everything was clean and functional, and the charm of the home made it feel comfortable and welcoming. If you're looking for a place with lots of space and great amenities, this is a fantastic choice!"

We had an excellent stay at Travis’s spot. Ate at their restaurant that it is attached to twice, and got to meet both he and his wife, who were just so friendly and hospitable! Parking right out front was also plentiful and easy. It was exactly what we needed for a quick weekend trip with a 38 minute drive to climb at the Obed when too cold to camp! Would definitely stay there again!

Moving to the area, dealing with delays in between, needed a place last minute. It's great! Awesome location, close to everything, on the lake... felt like home. Host did an amazing job with the space. Look forward to staying again.

We traveled to TN from Cleveland, OH for a family wedding. We've had family in the area for decades, so the area was already familiar. The apartment was as described. It was exactly what we needed. It was clean, cozy, and quiet. The deck is a nice, comfortable place to enjoy the view of Watts Bar Lake during our downtime. The kitchen was adequately supplied. We didn't need anything, and a couple things we were looking for were borrowed from the unit next door that my brother's family was staying in... and vice versa. We all slept very well during our stay. Our kids, 5 & 2 years old, had never slept in the same room together, and they were very comfortable and slept well in an unfamiliar environment. The trundle bed was perfect for them. We would like to thank our host for our stay and we would gladly stay here again.

This was my first ever air bnb experience and I was a bit anxious and nervous about being 1000 miles from home. Jacob and Moe are literal angels! They were there in my time of transition and allowed me to bring my cat and extend my stay. They were super responsive to any needs and what started as temporary family became permanent! They invited me to a Super Bowl party and Jacob is a fantastic cook! The apartment had all the comforts of home and was very welcoming, cozy and peaceful. They had coffee in the fridge for me to brew with a coffee machine I fell in love with. The bed was super comfortable as well. They are an active family with little ones and yet treated me a stranger new to the state like family. Also the price compared to other air bnbs was amazing and helped with my budgeting in moving from Texas to Tennessee! I would have loved to have stayed with them longer. Highly recommend! If you are looking in the area, these are your people!

Awesome place. Super clean and very cozy. Easy access with private boat ramp for tournament day. It was absolutely perfect for two anglers with plenty of room for boat and trailer.

It was so very peaceful and cozy. It was a perfect location near my daughter’s house . I will definitely stay here again. Anita greeted me when I arrived and walked around to the entrance with me . She also helped me with my groceries and key pad. Thank you Anita and David !
