Beautiful spot to get away. Not too far from restaurants and bars and shops but also not too close to the noise. Cheryl was a great host. She was very welcoming and helpful, showing us around and gave us some local tips. She also responded quickly to anything we needed. Johanna and Mikhail were very sweet and served a delicious breakfast every morning. The room we stayed in was spacious with a comfortable bed, plenty of pillows. Although we did not need room service, it was offered every day. The whole place was as described and had everything we needed for our 3-day stay. Very relaxing and serene. We would definitely stay here again!

Fue una experiencia súper excelente el lugar está cerca de la zona viva y a la distancia perfecta lejos del ruido. Mathieu fue muy amable para responder mis dudas antes del viaje y durante mi estancia, me recomendó tours que si valieron la pena, ellos ofrecen tours y los súper recomiendo pero el también te recomienda lugares y actividades a realizar por tu propia cuenta para evitar que te estafen y tengas una experiencia 10/10 en el lugar Celeste es esposa de Mathieu y fue mi anfitriona en uno de los tours que ellos ofrecen y la verdad es una chica maravillosa, yo sentí que andaba con una amiga paseando 🩵 Es muy atenta, busca que la experiencia sea única para ti, se asegura que tú estes bien, segura, cómoda y te diviertas, está hasta pendiente de tomarte fotos para que te lleves un pedacito de recuerdo de todas las actividades ✨ También estuvo muy pendiente si necesitabamos transporte durante mi estancia y los viajes al aeropuerto Súper recomendado y volvería definitivamente 😉

Dustin and Tracy were the most amazing hosts! They provided us with transportation to/from the airport (for a fee), have the best breakfasts on the island, and an amazing view. The stay was so relaxing and peaceful. They shared their recommendations, had lunch at Sandy Buns with them and also played some music video bingo at a local bar one night. Tracy also took us and another couple to visit the sloths and monkeys, visit the chocolate store, and go zip lining. We both got sick halfway through our stay, and Tracy shared some OTC medicine with us and even went to the store and picked up cough drops for us. Dustin and Tracy go above and beyond and have a beautiful piece of paradise! We didn’t want to leave!

I am really appreciative of Talia accepting my Puerta Azul reservation at the last minute. My flight was canceled on a carrier that flies yellow planes from San Pedro Sula which required me to book with the largest carrier in the world to get back to the United States. This caused me to desperately need a nice and comfortable place to stay at the last minute since my previous hotels were completely booked. Talia was able to prepare a delicious dinner for me at the last minute of coconut shrimp, rice, and salad which cost $23.00 for one person. She offered filtered mint water for dinner and breakfast and water in a pitcher within the room. The bed and linens were PERFECT!! I had a good nights rest before heading back to the USA. Talia even offers the option of having your clothes washed at Puerta Azul for the price of $10.00 per load. This is definitely a must stay if you are looking for a secluded peaceful location with free breakfast. I feel very lucky to have this opportunity and experience. Thank you!

I had an amazing stay at Las Orquideas. Beautiful view on the ocean, with a huge balcony. Spacious and luminous bedroom, with kitchenet and mini fridge. It's steps away from a dive shop which is convenient. Very close by restaurants, and bars/other dive shops and beach area. Included breakfast at Polo Cafe was delicious :) Highly recommended for a tranquil stay and avid divers :)

Quiet little spot just up the road from the main strip in Roatan. Little bit of a hike up the road but well lit at night. Breakfast was delicious and great views from the top of the house. One critique might be that it would be hard to squeeze in 8 people in this spot 4 definitely comfortably. Other than that had a great time at this location.

Great place to stay - very quiet and still very close to restaurants and bars The room was spacious and the view on the sea was amazing I enjoyed a lot the breakfast at the cute Cafe de palo I highly recommend it

We really enjoyed our stay...very responsive and wonderful hosts! The view was gorgeous and the studio was very accommodating. The restaurant downstairs was adorable and excellent breakfast. Only 5 or 10 minutes walk to restaurants, shops and beach. We used the balcony every day just to watch the beautiful view, very peaceful ❤️

Puerta Azul was awesome! If you're looking for a peaceful spot in Roatan with excellent snorkeling than this is your spot. Snorkeling here easily beats West End and West Bay. Food at the restaurant was excellent! Head to the West End from here for a cheap cab ride to hit the bars and restaurants of Roatan, then return to the peacefulness of Puerta Azul. Will definitely be back!

This place is in a great location. If you want to be near the hustle and bustle of west end but want to be slightly removed from the noise, this place is perfect. Everything is within walking distance. The cafe attached with complimentary breakfast was beautiful and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I loved staying at this Airbnb. I had beautiful views of the ocean and the room was very spacious and clean. The hotel is located very close to the main part of town. I especially loved the small cafe that was on the property. Thank you for your hospitality!
