We really enjoyed our stay. The house was spotless & had really nice cotton sheets. Hayley was super helpful & friendly (even when we accidentally broke something) Good cookware in the kitchen meant we could cook & it’s a fab location to the sea, playground & high street. 10/10!

Had such a lovely time in this gorgeous house. The garden is huge and absolutely stunning with an amazing barbecue that was in pristine condition. The house is really well equipped and excellently located. The host was amazing and had provided lovely finishing touches around the house to make us feel so welcome. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at Nancy’s house. It was in the perfect location for us after arriving from France. It was clean and comfortable and everything we needed was provided for us. Nancy was very kind and flexible with arrangements. The area was quiet and we had a lovely walk through a park and past the allotments. Thank you Nancy, we would love to return.

Excellent property. Owners were really nice. Can’t wait to go again when the pool is open. Went to a local pub called Coach & horses, excellent food there. We took our dog and owners kindly asked if we kept her on the lead when in garden of property as they have sheep but there’s a massive field with a woodland walk out back so was fine to let off the lead then. Barn is exactly as described. There’s some good little board games there and our kids got a bit obsessed with cluedo. Was expecting to be chilly as it’s a barn but the underfloor heating makes it really warm and cosy. Will definitely come back.

Jo was an amazing host very responsive and the photos matched the house perfectly, came here for my sisters hen weekend and everyone loved the house. There was 10 of us and it was so spacious everyone had their own space, the house was very clean and the beds were amazing everyone had an amazing sleep. Thank you again for having us we had a lovely time in your beautiful home Xx

We really enjoyed our stay in Steve and Diane’s house. It was lovely to find such a thoughtful welcome packed we arrived. The location of the house is great, it is just a few minutes walk into town and a short drive to the beach at Camber Sands. The house is spacious and well presented. The kitchen is well equipped - the minor exception, it could do with egg cups as we had eggs in welcome pack. Bathrooms were a delight - lots of hot water, great showers and a wonderful free standing bath with a view! The patio and raised seating area looked lovely - a bit chilly for us this time but we would love to come back. The parking space was adequate for a small car like ours but a larger one would need to use car park just down the road. Thank you very much Steve and Diane, we had a great time and would thoroughly recommend a stay in your lovely house.

Ivana’s place is wonderful. It has lovely bedrooms a great kitchen and social space. The hot tub and outdoor terrace are great. Ivana is super helpful. The village has a lovely pub, a great coffee house literally steps away. I would highly recommend.

Beautiful apartment, wonderful sea views and an extremely comfortable bed with luxurious bedding. Thoroughly recommend!

We had a great stay close to everything also enjoyed a show at the Whiterock Theatre. You will not be disappointed this is a perfect base for a Hastings visit and Madelaine made it very welcoming. Thankyou once again.

This was the perfect base for being in Brighton to run the marathon. Check-In was easy, the apartment was spotlessly clean, bright and airy and the balcony was a beautiful little sun trap. The location was also perfect and was easy to walk to the cafes and restaurants in Kemptown, and further on in to Brighton. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here, you won't regret it!

Jo is one of the best Airbnb hosts we’ve ever met. She’s such a lovely and genuinely helpful person. My partner and I stayed for a night after visiting Pooh Corner, Ashdown Forest, and many other charming places nearby. Everything was perfect. Jo made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Her home is beautiful, the hot tub was incredibly relaxing, and there’s so much to do in the area. We highly recommend staying at Jo’s place. Thank you for everything.

We rented the apartment for 6 of us to celebrate my sisters 50th birthday. Very comfortable, clean and great location for exploring St Leonards and Hastings. Easy roadside parking outside the apartment. Lovely beach and easy walking distance for exploring. Especially loved Hastings old town, St Leonards galleries and the Goat for lunch and cocktails on the beach is a must.

A lovely place to stay for the night, after going to an event in town. Has everything you need. Sean was very helpful. Would recommend and would use again.

My two (adult) kids stayed there for a couple of nights, as we didn't have room at our house. Jonathon and Lee were great hosts - they provided clear and timely instructions, and were very helpful and welcoming. The place was clean and well-stocked. And the rooms were large and could easily have fitted several more people. Overall a great place which we can thoroughly recommend.

Dan was the most attentive and kind host! Responded so quickly to any questions and was super helpful. The flat is in the perfection location with it just a short walk to town. Beautiful secluded quiet garden for your morning coffee or to just sit and relax. The flat has all you can ask for with easy Alexa instructions throughout( and the most comfortable bed I've had in an Airbnb thus far). Absolutely great value for money, would definitely stay again! We've just had a lovely few days at Rebecca's caravan - and what a well -kept & homely place it is too. It really has everything you could need. My daughter was pleased to see the toybox and books available. While I loved the decking in the sun! Rebecca made checking in very easy and the hamper of treats was such a nice touch. We like how easy this park is to get to by train. The holiday park is peaceful this time of year, has a nice playground/outdoor space to eat and is right on the beachfront, we'd ideally go back nearer summer when the outdoor pool is open and there's a bit more entertainment on. We enjoyed some day trips to nearby Whitstable & Herne bay too. Thanks so much Rebecca! x

Pristine place, literally couldn't find a spot of dirt anywhere. David was very friendly. We had a lovely time in Brighton - the flat is easily walkable to town, lovely little coffee shop opposite (with amazing coffee!). Seaside only a 5 min (or less) walk. Would love to stay here again. A very minor point, but the window in the front bedroom is an original so you can hear street noise, but it didn't affect our stay. Thank you David!

Kimberley’s flat was a beautiful place to relax on the south coast with sea views. The decor is exceptional and full of character which made the stay even more enjoyable and the kitchen and bathroom are both well equipped. She was extremely responsive and helpful and was a fantastic host!

This is a lovely peaceful place to stay with the beach just seconds from the Annexe. The place was spotlessly clean with everything needed for a short stay. David is really friendly and has great local knowledge. Although it is quiet we easily walked to the local pub one night, just a 25 minute walk and there is plenty to do just a short drive away in either direction. We would highly recommend for some peaceful fresh sea air.
