Great space to stay with family! Plenty of room and comfortable spaces. Great location — walkable to great food (or a grocery) and shopping. The well-stocked kitchen let us bunker down in cozy style on chilly rainy days. Amanda is a great, responsive host, and this house is a terrific place to land!

My friends and I came here for a bachelorette party and it was exactly what we wanted and needed! It was super fun and in a beautiful part of town

We had an absolutely great time visiting Nashville and staying in this charming home! The home was in a great location, easily walkable to many things to do and places to eat. It was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. Alan was a fantastic host. He was super friendly, responsive and accommodating! I definitely recommend this house for a great experience in Nashville!

This was an excellent stay. Only issue was the WiFi would cut in and out frequently. Just a little annoyance. The place was great, location was even better than expected.

Our trip to Nashville for our granddaughter's wedding was made extra special by these accommodations. This beautiful home has been very well kept with nice large bedrooms, cumfy beds and well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The weather wasn't cooperating but looking forward to using the pickeball court during our next stay. Pat was the perfect host answering every question and suggesting sites to see while in Nashville. It's really no wonder they are a Superhost.

Danika’s house is beautiful. It was very clean. It was very comfortable for the 4 of us and it will still be roomy for 6 people as advertised especially if it’s just a weekend trip. The neighborhood is very quiet.

A very clean & well kept space. All the basics were covered. Ben is quick to respond & a very gracious host.

We were greeted by fresh cut colorful flowers when we arrived at this cozy and comfy Airbnb on a rainy evening. We had plenty of room to stretch out and relax. And there were so many extra touches like snacks, fruit, breakfast cereals and orange juice to name a few. I easily ran a Zoom meeting from the dining room table too. The yard was beautiful, as was the area. It was a quiet and serene neighborhood and you would never have thought you were within easy reach and access to I-65. This was our second visit here and anytime we’re in the Nashville area, this is our favorite place to stay.

Lisa was very responsive. Check in was a little confusing but location was great and the building was very safe. The condo was very comfortable and clean.

Brian's Airbnb exceeded our expectations, quiet, private, and a very nice apartment. If available, we will book his place on our next visit. We also had the pleasure of meeting Brian, he is wonderful host!

Donna and Randy were wonderful hosts! We loved every bit of our stay. It was a very convenient Nashville location as well as quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed ourselves as did my husband’s service dog. I highly recommend Nash Haven and would love to be repeat customers

Beautiful apartment, quite detail oriented. If you have children especially babies it will require some baby proofing. This isn’t a bad thing it just keeps you on your toes lol . A wonderful host and beautiful Airbnb highly recommend to anyone who is seeking a top notch and budget stay!

We had an amazing stay. The house brings you back in time. It was incredibly clean and the property is beautiful. The host, Linda, was available at all times to answer our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. The only thing we had to complain about, which is not Linda’s fault in any way, was the fact that the neighbor has multiple dogs that bark so much. It took away from the enjoyment of the backyard. Regardless, we were able to enjoy our stay and would definitely stay here again. We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a unique and beautiful Nashville stay.

Sally was a fantastic host! The room was clean and the exactly like the pictures described. Joe was also very helpful giving us recommendations for places to check out in Nashville and was kind enough to make us breakfast in the mornings.

Lori was extremely responsive and flexible. The space is beautiful and was exactly what we needed for our overnight stay. Lori and her partner are very friendly and made sure that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I would absolutely recommend this listing to anyone looking for a stay near downtown and I hope to be back again!

I cannot recommend Amanda’s space enough! I was traveling on the road, 14hr days from LA to MD and all I wanted was to feel safe, be able to relax and feel like I was in a space that felt like home. I walked in and there was music playing, the place smelled amazing, the essential oil blend in the diffuser was 10/10. I really appreciate that she uses natural cleaning products and nothing with synthetic fragrance. Bed was super comfy, I laid down and immediately thought “ I need to ask her where she bought this bedding from! “ The tea selection was great and coffee in the morning was also a plus before I got back on the road. This is a very well thought out space, and I will definitely be booking again when I come back to Nashville :)

Well....I can't say enough!! The space is part of Marie's home....and could not have felt more welcoming and private for our stay. Every detail was thought out by our hostess! CLEAN. COZY. COMFORTING after a long drive to arrive! I met two friends there and we had room to spread out as well as space to come together and laugh out loud! I searched and searched for a space that was warm and inviting and I found it!! You won't be disappointed! Coffee and toast was available to us in the morning! We LOVED it and I hope to have another excuse to visit! It allowed three lovely friends to connect, share and relax! THANK YOU MARIE!

How do we begin? Never in all our years of travel have we been treated so well! From the moment my husband and I walked into Rose's home, we felt like family. From the wonderful meals (she made us breakfast AND supper!) to the beautiful bedroom and furnishings, it was truly the most wonderful b&b experience EVER!!! We guarantee you will love your stay at the Rosetta!
