Greg’s place was lovely and so peaceful. We didn’t feel like we were in the city, but so many things are right around the corner. It is a lovely home and the location is amazing. The neighborhood is so nice and the locals are very friendly. All in all one of the best stays I have had on Air Bnb.

Lisa was very friendly, responsive, and helpful. The house was the nicest AirBNB we’ve ever been in and during a different stay with different weather the playset, pool, and hot tub would’ve been perfect amenities for this location to serve as a good stay-cation location. We’ll definitely consider again if we’re in this neck of the woods. Thank you Lisa!

Great place near downtown—clean and welcoming! Loved that we could bring our dog, and the fenced backyard was a big plus. It was also super easy to catch an Uber to Broadway for a fun night out.

This home is stunning and it was the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever been in. The place was spotless and we truly felt at home. We literally had everything we needed plus more! Great location, walkable to restaurants and other activities. It was a short drive to downtown Nashville, with a parking spot for guests. The pool was a nice bonus to cool off in after spending the day walking the city. We would recommend this property!

This is the spot. If you’re coming to Nashville and want something unique, fun, luxurious, look no further. Amazing spot and great walking distance but also no more than a 1 minute uber wait. The owner is also unmatched, I’ve stayed in over 300 and this is by far the most personable and easy going experience in an Airbnb thus far. Great property, great people, book it!

The place is peaceful strategic close enough to downtown Nashville; Easy to access to great restaurants, all activities, also quiet and peaceful from all the downtown chaos. The place provided all the amenities mentioned with easy parking.

The host was very friendly and quick to respond! The balcony was super nice and the location was nice. I felt safe knowing that you had to use codes to get in to the building and such. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Nashville! The apartment/condo offered beautiful views in a quiet, elegant setting — the perfect place to relax after a day exploring the city. It’s within walking distance to Broadway, and I felt completely safe making the walk both during the day and at night. I loved this place! It was the best location it could have been, and right next to the river trail for a scenic walk into Broadway. I loved how close it was to the Sounds Stadium and the new restaurants there. Also, Liz's touches were so thoughtful! It wasn't just normal stuff, she had cotton pads that I realized I had forgotten when I arrived and nice shampoos, and made sure that since we had to start the dishwasher to check out, it was an easy pod! Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful setting, great location, close to downtown action and close to Germantown restaurants. We'd stay there again.

Me and my boyfriend made a quick weekend getaway to Nashville for his birthday. Zac was so proactive and responded very quickly to any questions we had. Zac’s place is very clean, tidy, and we felt very safe. The people we interacted with while at the condo were also very friendly and easy to get along with. The instructions Zac gives is very clear, and the condo is very easy to find. Zac was great to check in and make sure we were settled and we had no questions. Publix is right across the street, with Restaurants being in walking distance. This condo is not in the smack middle of main street Nashville, it’s more on the outskirts so if you are looking for somewhere that’s not in downtown Nashville, this is perfect for you. I would recommend Zac and this rental property !
